Ill change the review when they actually pick up/ return my call to reschedule my appointment, because I actually loved them the first time I visited.I have an appointment Thursday, October 21 and have been trying since yesterday to get it rescheduled. They dont answer (I stay on hold for at least 20 minutes every time) and I left a message which they havent responded to. They apply a cancelation fee if you dont cancel or reschedule before 42 hours, so I not happy about this.Edit: they called me a minute after I posted this, so the matter was resolved. I highly recommend Dr. Sandman, hes amazing.

Great staff and Dr. Daniel Martinez was amazing. Great bedside manner, walked me through the process and guided me on every move he was about to make. I know everyone has their own pain tolerance, but all I felt was 3 slight pinches and in 20min, he was done!! I feel no pain what so ever from the vasectomy. Highly recommend Urology Specialty Care.

Was very nervous prior to appointment. I have been having some serious health issues over the past two years and thought I was finally out of the woods. Needless to say there was a 360 degree change after my appointment. The nursing staff and Dr. Sandman could not have been any more professional, courteous and informative. They clearly outlined the results of my prior tests and thoroughly explained the procedure that was to be done. The doctor actually reviewed test results over the past 2 years to get a full picture of what was going on. Future tests were explained fully as to why they were being done. I left the office feeling like a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I am very grateful to Dr. Sandman and his entire staff.

I’m very happy with the quality of care and attention I have received from Dr. Gomez and his staff, from his PA, nurse, and front office, whether it’s a check in or check out. My only complaint is there pre-recorded answering system. It is too long and the person’s voice is very annoying. Please change it and get another person to record the message and update prompts. Other than that I’m extremely satisfied.

This is a first class facility that embraces your visit from the moment you enter to the time you leave. They are at your side to make you feel comfortable and the doctors take their time with each visit to make sure all my questions are answered so their is no rush to get you in and out. I have been going here since 2009 and this is my first review. I recommend this facility.

Doctor Cosme Gomez is a very knowledgeable, wise, professional, and caring doctor I have encountered. Very thorough in his study of the patients history and ailment. Doctor Cosme Gomez is a very gentle and kind human being, who transmits calm. His nurse, Yanet, is a sweet and professional member of his staff; kudos to her as well.

I booked an appointment with this clinic and they told me my insurance was out of network so i had to pay $400 for the visit. They said in order to set up a the appointment i would have to pay $200 which was half. When i arrive for my appointment they said i had to pay $400. I told them i had already paid half. They said the visit was $600 that they changed there rate. when this appointment was only booked two days prior. Typical miami scammers thief’s with a business license.

Dr Sandman and his staff were wonderful. I had to go to Miami to see a urologist, because there are none in the Keys that accept Medicare. I received excellent care and would highly recommend Dr Sandman.

Nice staff. Short of the medical side of wanting u to treat physical issues, not much in the way of other bedisde manners. They wont care what you are feeling/going thru, rather just the physical side of things and dont take the time to actually listen to your complaints/issues/ailments. So yeah, if ur goal is to just being able to get it up (that seems to be their bread and butter)...go for it. Anything short of that will leave u with your head spinning in general like me! Its a factory and nothing more.My fave is having to come in and pay a $50 co-payment just to hear the results of a lab test....really? This is why I hate going to many doctors offices. Its all about $$ for many of them....like this place 😐

From begining to end everything was on point. From customer service to staff and cleanliness. The Dr. Assistant was great and very discreet and respectful. I was very anxious and nervous, and he gradually took it all away with his explanations, he even spoke with my father over the phone to get his history with prostate cancer. Then came in Dr. Sandman and literaly blew my mind as to what a doctor should be like. He answered every question to the point and even showed me on this huge toich screen explaong to me hiw the prostate work and fuctions. I was very impressed and would recommend this office to any one. One more thing, the music there rocks!!! They had nothing but great classic rock songs playing the whole time I was there, and it wasnt that low either. Go my head bobbing back and forth.

Unfortunately this center like many in miami is lacking of good customer service. They do not respect schedules, make patients wait long hours and then you dont even see the doctor, you go from room to another and see one assitant after another. I asked for Dr Puig and they said he was busy of course My appointment was at 1230 with Dr Puig and after asking several times was finally called in. The recptionists dont pay attention and dont even care. I asked for the doctor and they said he was busy of course what else they can say, I saw him walking around though but never came to see me. My wife was with me, she is handicap and needed to use the bathroom, they said she could not use it as it was for patients only, totally mean and rude. Definitely not happy with my experience at this center, for that reason i would not recommend it.

Great doctors but staff needs serious training. Not real friendly with quite a few with serious attitude issues. Need to chase them down as their follow-up is pretty bad. I only need to see my Dr. once a year so that’s why I tolerate it.

I really like and have a lot of respect for Doctor Gomez. On my last visit the checking in was a mission the new girl did not know how to check in and had to get up and ask someone else 2 times how to check me in, but I was very understanding because of corona-virus thing are different.The visit with the Doctor Gomez was great as always.At checkout I waited patiently as the lady was helping another client, once she was done the ladies started talking to each other and I am there standing and waiting, one them saw me looking at them and told me to go wait outside the glass door while they are chatting away. I waited another 5-10 minutes more, I was super mad at the way I was being treated but I kept quiet, did not see a need to make a seen, and I left.About 10 minutes later I get a call on my phone, where are you? I said I got tired of waiting as you guys chat away, so I left. she said you have a balance of $30 I said to please bill me, and I would be happy to pay it.Today 6/19/2020 I get a call that they are closing my account that they do not want people like me in the practice.The only thing I did wrong, was not making a seen when they ladies were chatting away...I have enjoyed doing business with your practice for many years, Better management is needed you have great doctors.I am sure your business will do fine without me, and I will be just fine with a new Doctor, But Doctor Gomez deserves a better front desk.

DO NOT GO HERE!! My father is a patient here he had a biopsy and they scheduled him for the results 3 weeks after the test. You can try calling until your fingers fall off and they will not help put their patients at easy. My mother high blood pressure and has been anxiously awaiting these result. Now the day before they cancel my Fathers follow up appointment and reschedule it for another week. All because he didnt answer his phone when they called for the telehealth copay. No voice message no repeat call that easy for them. Find another office any office but this one their poor customer service will make you sicker. Totally unacceptable.

The office was very nice and clean. My visit was in October 2020 and in spite of being in the middle of the Covid pandemic it felt very clean and I felt safe in the office. The doctor was great. Dr. Sandman is an excellent doctor and would recommend him to everyone that needs a great urologist. The team is wonderful, helpful, very friendly and courteous. Never had a problem and were very halpful in answering a question and very explanatory. The parking is horrible, but they do have valet for free. The employees in the valet are very kind and courteous also. I do give them a tip though and they deserve it. There have been times I couldnt because I didnt have the money and they treated me with kindness.

It seems Rebecca and the manager thinks it’s a joke when your try to schedule an appointment for your husband. Since he works out in the field it’s more complicated to arrange his appointments I have been doing this for 26 years but today for the first time I was told that he would need to do his own appointment. This was said to me in the worst way and when I asked to speak to the office manager I was interrogating as to who I am going to complain about. When I was finally able to speak to the manager after being threatened by Rebecca the manager Roxanne was no better. I was looking for support on such a difficult time in our lives instead I was threaten and at the end wasn’t able to make the appointment. It’s sad that the Doctors might be very good here but some of the office team is working against them.
