After 7 years and two children I am very grateful to have found Dr Lisa Perez- Grossman and her staff when she was recommended by a friend who is almost family. She cares for my children from birth. They are awesome as professionals and as a person. Dayme and Dianelys are fantastic. My kids love them. I have never received a no from the office they always see my children regardless of time or situation. I always recommend them.

Terrible front desk service. I scheduled my daughter’s annual checkup as a new patient, provided the insurance information and was told the doctor accepted my insurance. When I arrived to the office they asked me for a $200 copayment claiming the initial visit was not for the annual checkup covered by the insurance. Front desk is responsible for informing patients about charges at front, not on the day of the visit.

Every staff member is an amazing person and the office has a very good and accessible location.

Dr. Lisa is very dedicated to her patients. She has answered all our questions every time that weve had to visit her practice.

Dr. Lisa Perez-Grossman is both of my daughters pediatrician for several years. She is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend her to everyone. She is caring, genuine and very experienced. Her staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The doctors and nurses are very nice and they know they job pretty well.Well if you want to know how much I appreciate them I drive 30 miles every time with pleasure, because I know my baby is in very good hands.

The best dr and team work ever.

The staff is very nice and accommodating, especially during emergencies. Dr. Perez-Grossman is very knowledgeable and caring. She continuously follows up or has her staff contact you after seeing that a patient has an issue. In cases where our little one has been admitted she will call the hospital or have the hospital her to provide case history and recommend on treatment based her patient knowledge and history. This has been a tremendous help for accurate diagnoses and treatment since when you first get to a hospital the staff and doctors don’t know anything about your baby. Highly recommend this pediatrician.

Dr. Perez-Grossman is 100% recommended. I’ve taken my oldest son since birth and now my new baby. The staff is friendly and service is prompt. The doctor dedicates time to the patients and makes sure you leave the office without questions. I surely appreciate all the guidance during the first year, since us parents tend to have so many questions. Office is spacious and welcoming with good parking. So if you are looking for a pediatrician in the area, you just found it.

Dr. Lisa Perez Grossman has been taking care of my two kids, since they were born, she has always been professional, kind and sweet with them. She explains everything to the parents, in a professional and understandable language. She returns our calls and is available when need it. I couldnt have selected a better doctor for my kids 11 years ago. The staff is always willing to help and follow up with any concern.

First of all, the staff called my husband stating my child needed the Measles vaccine and needed to come in right away. My son just three years old and the measles shot is given at age FOUR. The front desk staff called my husband twice about it, so he took him. Again, my son just turned three. Once we were called into the room the doctor came in stating she didn’t know why we were there, because measles shots are given at age FOUR.She then proceeded with doing a physician (although he was already seen for the first time a week prior) and rudely asked why my son was still wearing diapers (which he is currently in training) and said that children age 3 who are still wearing diapers is an automatic red flag and means the child has a developmental delay! I was disgusted!The first visit her PA said my son was above average and everything was fine. My son in fact, is in a Montessori school and is examined yearly. He is above average in most activity and has been evaluated by OT. My son reads, writes and counts up to 30 in English and Spanish. He can express himself perfectly. I’ve never in my life have experienced such a rude, heartless doctor.I will NOT be bringing my child to this horrible office who also charges for vaccine and school forms. Front staff is terrible! Especially the girl who sits in the back-TERRIBLE! The worst!

I’ve been with Dr. Perez-Grossman since my first born and that was 15yrs ago. I’m not moving from her office. She’s the kind of doctor our society is lacking... she loves what she does and it shows. Her office is beautiful and always clean and organized...did I mention her staff is five stars too? If you’re looking for a pediatrician, she’s got my vote!!!

Dr. Lisa Perez-Grossman was my Son Pediatric since he was 9 yrs. Old back on 2002 , now she is the Pediatric for his Daughter that is 6 yrs. This is how long I know her, My Sister also have her as a pediatric for her Kids and Grandkids . I can not recommend another Doctor she is a Great . My Granddaughter is Asthmatic Dr. Lisa Perez-Grossman is always there when we need her Care and Kindness in reference her health issues. Her Staffs are very Respectful and have Patience with any Questions or Concern you may have specially Dayme, Yanelis and Fermin. If you call her office and the answer machine come out , its because they are busy with other patients given the time they need , please be consider and patience. They always return the calls when listen your Voice mail or Messages. I Recommend her 100 %%%%

This doctor’s office is absurd the answering service has been on and no one is picking up the phone to make an appointment. The phone message actually says to call during working hour but I have been calling without anybody picking up.

Horrible doctors. liza perez grossman is my childrens doctor and she is disrespectful she never explains anything and she doesnt now anything on being a doctor because when my child had a rash on his arm she just said to keep drinking whatever pill he was drinking and then my kid had the rash for a month. she is an idiot and makes people look dumb because she thinks she is so smart she called me stupid straight to my face. her clinic has bad parking, horrible doctor, horrible receptionist that never want to help you, and a horrible equipment in the clinic. she doesnt care about her patients she just cares about getting money from medicare. she treats kids horrible, kids are always crying in her clinic and i am never taking my kids there again.

I have only been going to Dr. Grossman for a bit. She was recommended to me by a family member. It was the best recommendation ever! Dr. Grossman is very personable and very knowledgeable, along with her staff. They are the sweetest group I’ve come across. Being a new mom, I don’t know what to expect. I had a situation with my daughter of 9 weeks old over the weekend and Dr. Grossman was there for me. She was out in a conference yet she made time to look at my babies pictures I sent to her via email. Not only her but her nurse Dayme was on the phone with me walking me through the issue. Calling me every half hour to make sure I got the meds I needed. Then called the following day to follow up. Mind you, don’t forget this was on the weekend. I’ve never heard of a pediatrician being so available. My husband and I can’t be anymore pleased with Dr. Grossman and the team. They are simply the best!

Awful doctor awful staff! I couldnt say ENOUGH bad things about this doctor, She doesnt explain what shes doing. I asked her to tell me how to do cpr for any emergency my baby might have and she snatched my baby from my husbands arms and preformed cpr on my baby, my baby started screaming and crying lke I had never seen before. She has no tact for human interaction. She ruined my babys umbelical cord by yanking on it and the it started bleeding, then she put neosporin in it and it got infected! She doesnt wear gloves and doesnt wash her hands before touching your baby, unless you consider running water over your hands for two seconds washing your hands.... She talks down to the parent like shes better that you, she shouldnt be doing medicine or ANYTHING that involes people oh and there are ROCHES in the bath room! final verdict- Nightmarish doctor. The doctors from Midway Pediatrics are an amazing pair! Go to them instead!

Both she and her support staff are excellent, very kind to children and Lisa is a very good doctor. She is patient, she pays attention to you and clarifies all your doubts, I usually bring her a list of questions of personal doubts and she always clarifies them for me😅 I live far from the Clinic but it is worth the trip.

They do not notify you when the vaccines are due, nor their physical examination, nor are they responsible for giving the children the pertinent exams of each time. Doctors are not bad but have very little concern for their patients.

More than 4 years ago I visited Dr. Lisas office and I could not be happier with the service and especially with the treatment, both from the doctor and the rest of the staff, I fully trust them, the best in Miami without a doubt.

Horrible the most unexpected doctors that my girl could have with only 2 months gave her cojontibitis and the doctor lisa told me that she was the bushy tear, until I could not take it anymore and took her to emergencies, they only took her to an emergency they did a crop, I called the doctor on different occasions and I told her what happened I sent her a photo and she kept telling me the same thing that was the drop that spilled the spleen, my girl had problems with milk since the month she did not like her and she She insisted that the girl give it to her, she could hardly make 2 hurt, and she told me that it was normal, if I had ever done 2 lying down, that was normal in a baby, I am a new mother, my girl had a huge ebb. and she did not send him medicine or anything I thought that I would go crazy crying for hours in the milk that the colic fell ill and not being able to poop well that was horrible, on my own I took her to a Gastronterologist, and I changed her the formula without thinking thank you d He improved a lot, when I told him that I went to a gastro told me who sent me? I answered him if you do nothing about it, thank God I changed my pediatrician I think he is the best there is in all Miami, this lady as a doctor I do not recommend or a pet is the most horrible thing in the world does not seem not Aya studying pediatrics so that the only doctor who stays here I would take her again for nothing in the world and that was recommended to me by a very close person
