I had THE MOST amazing and beautiful experience at the Stirling road location. I had my fetal anatomy scan here. The office was very clean. The receptionist was friendly and quick to sign me in. The wait was very short and I was seen almost right away. I felt my tech was very thorough. She was also extremely nice and had such a lovely and wonderful attitude and kept encouraging me to get comfortable and enjoy seeing my baby. I wish I could remember her name (baby brain, am I right??) but my ultrasound says performed by LC. I was also able to film the entire ultrasound on my phone for my husband, as covid prevents him from being present (unfortunately). I was surprised with a 3D viewing of my little one that I did not expect. We left with 2D and 3D pictures. I honestly had the best time and wish it never had to end!We had absolutely no issues with our insurance or any other problems I read about on other review sites. The service I received was friendly and absolutely awesome. I was apprehensive going in with some of the other reviews I read but honestly...I don’t know how anyone could review this location a anything but 5 stars. I highly recommend this location.

For my visits I go to suit 329 the team there is great but I definitely love the lady who does all my ultrasound visit Jenny from room 5 I really recommend her, she take great pictures and I feel comfortable with her...always answer all my questions too I love her definitely recommend her❤️

I had an ultrasound done by Yole at the North Shore location and she was the absolute BEST!!! She’s one of the main reasons I come back every time. She’s extremely professional, kind and considerate. She always explains in detail and reassures you about any questions you may have. Very well trained tech, I’d wait extra time just to be serviced by her.

Every time I attend my appointment their tell me their three hours behind and I need to either reschedule or wait three hours to be seen, this happened to four different times. It’s like who’s running this place stop booking all these patients if you don’t have enough staff, So inconvenient.Also, during this COVID pandemic they have a contradicting sign on the front door that states “only patients can be in the waiting room” & prior to your appointment they’ll tell you no visitors. However, they allow patients to have with visitor accompany them & occupying the minimal seats they have available leaving many expecting mothers to stand the whole time until their called by the ultrasound technician.. beyond ridiculous

When going to the Kendall Regional location I always had a positive experience. My last visit was the best, although the wait was long, it was worth it. Jenny the ultrasound technician was just the sweetest and welcoming tech. I forgot to bring a USB and was going to purchase one of theirs but instead she gave me the option to have them emailed to me using a health portal, despite her saying it was a bit time consuming. That meant alot that she was willing to go above and beyond and it saved money and time for me because I wouldnt have had to upload the photos from the USB. During the session she talked about the things that we saw and was very patient when baby wasnt cooperating. The front desk receptionist was also always kind. I would definitely go back because I felt welcomed.Only con is parking cause its at the hospital. Make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to find parking and walk if needed. The walk isnt that bad, its just the parking process that can take long.

The girls in HIALEAH were very nice to me and the nutritionist took her time with me to explain everything. When I had an issue, I called and they got back to me immediately. I’m a first time mom and a type 1 diabetic, they made me feel better about my situation and didn’t judge me for getting pregnant without planning or having a perfect A1C. Overall I was pleased and I didn’t really have an issue.

What a nightmare experience. The ultrasound my wife and I had today was a complete scam for 15 minutes of work they bill $600!!! This comes down to $2.400,- an hour!!!And our unborn baby wasnt in the correct position, so they asked us to make another appointment.ARE YOU KIDDING ME?Sorry I gotta go and open my own ultrasound clinic to rip becoming parents off.ASK THEM HOW MUCH ITLL COST YOU THERE AND CHECK OTHER PROVIDERS FIRST.

Got here at 10:30 am it’s 12:50and I have not been seen 5 people that came in after me has went in front of me I get to the window the lady tells me I already had my anatomy scan which I know I havnt! Then she tells me my dr scheduled me for a different day which I knew was false. Comes to find out their looking at the wrong chart... this is unexceptionable!

I came here for a 20 week ultrasound and discovered it to be a place that does not treat patients with care and compassion. I would seek care elsewhere and certainly wont return myself.

The worst place you can go. I been going there cause my doctor send me there.there Soo unprofessional I have call 3 times since February I started going there every time I wait over 15 minutes on the phone and when u tell the receptionist about she hangs up on you. Then they give excuses we called you Soo many times back with is a bunch of B.S. save yourself Tha hassle and go somewhere else cause them people dont care. But they sure want that check a bet. I wouldnt even give them one star l. It should be negative 5 stars. Disrespectful!

The worst ... Ive been to Hialeah twice and every time I go they have charged me money that they didnt have to charge me ... I called my insurance because I saw it strange because I never had to pay and my insurance He told me that they didnt have to charge me anything that they took care of everything and my insurance even talked to them that what they were doing was not right ... well my insurance told me to go somewhere else the worst experience with they .... and they still say that they are a specialized office🤦‍♀️ I do not recommend it ... and I do not even talk ...

Ive been patient there, the first wonderful experience with the ultrasound technique. But unfortunately Im going for the second time and have had many bad experiences, first the lab nurse is a bit rude not to say another word has very unprofessional, so much so that being one day there waiting was expressed very badly of a Pt who was sitting outside, waiting like me, all of us who were listening to him, and Pt, touched the window and demanded his lack of professionalism. In my case the apoiment give you the card with the day and when you call they did not put you on the computer they are really working very disorganized and it is unfortunate because the girls of ultrasound mainly the blonde is a wonderful person that I was more there for her It makes you feel very calm.
