I’ve been coming here for a few years the staff is always nice and they are following social distancing and COVID safety precautions.

Very nice place, I’ve been here many years ago and this clinic was horrible. I think they changed management and upgraded everything inside. Staff is friendly, service is very fast, I liked their doctor too.

Poor communication from staff. Staff speaks Spanish in front of you when you are English speaking. Are you speaking Spanish because you dont want me to know what you are saying?The office manager was not willing to help me. After waiting for about 30 minutes I decided to walk out and never return. The physician is great but the staff is the reason I am not returning. You have to have good communication skills, be empathetic and courteous. This office staff lacks. I guess that they do not realize that without patients their is no business. Please train your staff to be better. I do not want to come back.

Unprofessional office. Managed by ignorant people. Seems like a cash grab at an uneducated population and insurance. First time in the office I knew there would be an issue when I saw the receptionist area is 7 feet above the lobby. already a bad sign.The office manager, maria, is rude. hangs up mid call or places you on hold. good luck trying to speak your physician. Avoid!

Doctors are Amazing, office manager is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Maria gets paid to do nothing. She lacks common courtesy, her presence isn’t welcoming, she does not belong in a healthcare setting with an attitude as nonchalant as hers.

Staff is like no other Ive ever seen. The 2 front desk ladies are short, rude and lacking listening skills. Every tine I make an appointment with my initial doctor, on day of visit w/o notice a different doctor sees me. I have to repeat myself about my history, very irritating. My first visit, I paid, was called to get my stats and told to seat in lobby again. Waited 2 hours, finaly I was called by my full name, once at nurses area I was asked which doctor I was wating on, told them doctors name. They couldnt figure it out. I paid for visit, showed reciept to them and was advice to make a new appointment and come back another day. I asked to have my $ back, then was told to wait again. I had lost it by then. . . Come to find out they had mistaken me with someone else namw with familiar date if birth. 4 hours transpired before they figure it out. Clinic was almost empty. Every time I ask a question I get an answer to something else. I have experienced a lesser quality than a walfare recipient. (they should be treated equally, regardless) I pay for my insurance, this is totaly unhuman and lack for humanity no matter on social status.

Bad. Every time I go there, I pay cash and then they send a bill, EVERY time. Then you call billing and they dont know anything. Then you call the office and the girl is very rude and tells you to trust her, but nothing gets done. The odd thing is that you cannot even see anyone until the bill is payed, so it is impossible to get a bill, sounds like a cash grab because it happens every time.

Slowest place. They are just hanging around like all confused and dont know what to do. They leave you waiting while they are chit chatting

My experience with the gynecology and obstetrician area is very bad. All the consultations were something new that my record could not be found, that supposedly they had given me an order to do an exam and nothing, and there is no order regarding the appointment times.
