Amazing experience for a Dr. appointment in Miami, I thought I was somewhere else… very very kind people, I just had to wait around 5 min to be called into the room, the Dr. came pretty fast as well; now to the most important part… what a nice person! Very interested in my case and my health, not one of those Miami Drs that are only interested on how much can they charge. He was pretty clear on what my condition can be so now to the tests and follow ups; I’m sure I’m in very capable hands. BTW… staff members also very committed.

Dr. Lerman is a warm, wonderful practitioner who really knows his stuff. I’m thrilled to have him as my doctor!

Dr. Keenan is a great doctor with lots of knowledge and patience plus his staff is very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Lerman saw me for the first time today. He took time to find out about my symptoms and history and arranged for testing, a medicine and supplement regimen, and scheduled me for more appointments. I was very impressed with him. He is smart and kind. His staff is efficient and kind as well.

I referred to this office by my primary care due to a headache that doesnt go away. After calling the office I was met with a machine that asks for your info and youll get a call back. After a week of calling and leaving messages every day I gave up. That was 3 months ago and never got any call back.

Dr. Lerman is not only an excellent neurologist, but also a kind and caring human being.

Saw this doctor on a Telehealth call. Quick non helpful visit. Was charged twice for an office visit $473 and the same day $905 for a 5 min office visit. I paid $80 which my insurance company said it should have been free. I called the office and they said they will look into it. Two week later it will take 6 to 8 weeks to refund your money. Are they hoping I will forget about it? Doctors that only care about money are a disgrace to their oath.

Andrew Lerman is a helpful and polite doctor. Just one thing is reaching the office & Dr. Lerman is difficult. The employee never turn back your calls. I think patients should reach the doctor in an easy way. I am seeing several doctors, and I have their email address. I am sending them some emails sometimes, and they are answering my questions very well and quickly. I didn’t reach just Dr Lerman when I needed. I asked him that how I can reach him an emergency (because of epilepsy) and he offered reach him with an online portal. That portal isn’t helpful and a little bit waste of time. :)

I was having brain fog and vertigo symptoms for a few months and in July had an intense episode that also caused nystagmus (when eyes move side to side).During my evaluation, Dr. Lerman was very attentive, empathic and it was clear that he cared. The symptoms were affecting my ability to concentrate, balance, mood, sleep and overall quality of life. After the initial evaluation we decided the best course of treatment was to rule out anything serious and then come back once I got my MRI results. In the meantime I made changes to my diet, continued to work out (although not as often nor with the same intensity), I ramped up my meditation and stress management techniques and focused on healing.On my follow up visit which was in December, Dr. Lerman took his time, went over my results and reviewed the MRI, answered all of my questions and made me feel taken care of. Im a physical therapist and have taught neuroscience. However when you are going through your own symptoms it can be a scary experience. I knew I needed to seek expert care. And this is what Dr Lerman is, an expert. I would highly recommend him to any friends or family.Im happy to say Im feeling better and I was able to do so without medication. His recommendations and attention to detail was top tier.I had a great experience overall. His staff was friendly, skilled and resourceful. From his front desk to the medical assistants and everyone on the team. Their smiles made all the difference, especially when I was feeling at my worst. Thank you Lily, Berto, Giancarlo and Melissa! And thank you Dr. Lerman, we need more docs like you in this world.

Called to make an appt. with this office as a new patient. Female answering the phone seemed disorganized and not too smart. Told me to hold and never came back on the line. I called the number back again and an answering machine came on telling me to leave a message. Left a message. No one ever called me back. Going elsewhere. Doctors should hire better help and not be so cheap. This inept employee cost the doctor a patient.

What an amazing doctor! Truly dedicated. We went to visit him after my grandfather had a fall and he was extremely attentive, and helpful throughout the entire visit. Dr. Lerman requested a follow up CT Scan, and he reached out to us on the weekend to provide us with the results. He has followed up with us non-stop and is caring. Words cannot express what an amazing experience we have had with Dr. Lerman. I would recommend him 150%! Thank you so much for all you do!

Doctor Lerman and his staff are amazing! My daughter suffered for 5 years seeing double on and off almost everyday. We have been to numeriois neurologist who say they couldnt explain why this is happening. Our first visit with Dr. Lerman, he explained why this was happening. I have suffered from migraines since the age of 17 years old. I was diagnosed with Chronic migraines last year and began Botox treatment (none of this with Dr. Lerman). I was give previously very few options and one i became addicted too.Fast forward my very first appointment with Dr. Andrew Lerman (notice how i say or print his name) i say it with respect, as Dr. Lerman was surprised that i had been suffering so long and you could see and feel that he wanted me to return to my regular life which has been on hold for so long. I’m still being treated but when a Dr writes a plan and is quick to remove a certain medication that doesn’t work immediately, places you on non medication that was never spoken about previously, and test ordered also immediately, i knew i had found MY Dr. Also, let meNOT forget the heart of the office the Staff! What an AMAZING AMAZING bunch of individuals!Yes my review is long, however if you have been suffering from chronic neurological condition and thought you have been treated and you finally see a physician for a second opinion and are actually seeing results already you can’t help but be overjoyed and share one’s experience.

Doctor great person very knowledgeable in his field is 100% I would recommend him with my eyes closed but he does not speak Spanish very good so I could understand him cuz my first language is Spanish and I went there cuz they said he speaks Spanish , also I was treated like 3 years old cuz people from this office and assistant of Dr. made me feel like I don’t understand anything and on phone they are the same , in the office they are very happy and sarcastic at same time , they charge you for every single minute that you spent in office so you’ll receive bills after Visit even though these people they would tell you that it’s all paid . Amazing Neurologist. The best team Ive had the absolute pleasure in having as a neurologist within the super professional team.

We were so impressed with Dr. Lermans care of our college age son. He returned to school after the holidays with numbness in his feet and legs and Dr. Lerman quickly ordered tests (MRIs, nerve conduction study, spinal tap) to diagnose his condition. Within a few short days, he diagnosed my son with Guillain-Barre Sydrome (a rare condition), put him on IV medications for 5 days, and my son has made a remarkable swift recovery. If undiagnosed, this sydrome can quickly worsen and patients can take a long time to recover. We are so thankful to Dr. Lerman for his proactive approach to get at the root of the issue. Dr. Lerman listens, cares, and is an extremely talented doctor. I would highly recommend him.
