My surgery was a circumferential lower body lift, My BMI was 33 1/2 - I am 55 yrs old, 56 and was 212 lbs , I have been on high blood pressure meds for years and my pc just put me on high sugar meds, I am NOW FREE from both those meds. I live in Houston and flew to Miami for consult, met Dr Z and staff. Months later when having surgery the same friendly staff was there, which told me he has a stable practice. The staff is very skilled and professional. My surgery was an overnight in the hospital. Dr Z met me early and again went over the steps. After surgery HE called my cell to check on me and i had not gotten out of bed yet so immediately called my nurse that i was to be out of bed if only to just stand and use the bedside. Again called later in the evening to check in. His bedside manner is beyond , hes conversational, concerned, and realistic, his personality is beaming. I have called him on nights and weekends , sent pics and he has ALWAYS responded within a few minutes. NO OTHER Dr would do that. The cleanliness of the office and sterilization of each patient room is top notch. I am extremely happy with my surgery out come . I have been to 2 massage therapists and both have told me that my surgeon is very skilled and my scar very minimal for what i had done. Dr Z took off 20lbs and i feel great.

Dr. Alex Z is absolutely gifted at his craft! I am a mom of three with health issues and of course had to get clearance for my procedure (Liposuction and fat transfer). I was very nervous going into my surgery as I was an out-of-state patient but the moment I met Dr. Z, he lowered all my anxieties going into my BBL procedure. I felt very at ease and confident that he understood my vision and my needs. He went over everything (post-care, surgery, expectations) very thoroughly prior to the surgery. I did not feel rushed or unwanted. He smiled the entire time and had a great aura about him. My surgery went very well—I am in the group where my healing went superbly. I was up and walking happily and normally day 4. Dr. Z even came to see me 5 days after my surgery while he was in between surgeries to check up on me and to answer any questions that I had. I am VERY happy with my results and I cannot wait to see the final product! I will be posting photos of my journey and experience on Realself when I am done. A million thank you to Dr. Z!

Hello Im post-op day 5 of mommy makeover. From first time I met Dr Z, I felt very comfortable. Hes very meticulous, takes time to listen and talk with you. Explains everything very nicely. I reserved a surgery date after first consult with him. On day of surgery he took his time to make his markings, he was in no rush. I felt as if I was his only patient. She text me the day after surgery to inquire how I was doing. I am extremely pleased, and am in love, love, love with my results. Ive never had a flat tummy until 5 days ago. Its amazing, his work is Simply Amazing. I have no post-op complications. Theres nothing I could recommend to him to make his service better as its its already perfected. I would recommend him to anyone and I will go back to him for my BBL in 6 to 8 months. He deserves 10 Stars

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Zuriarrain. There is nothing that he cannot do. There is no task too big or too difficult for him to accomplish. Nor have I ever met a dissatisfied patient of his. For the longest time, I researched and researched for the best possible plastic surgeon who would be able to deliver excellent results, while also keeping my best interest in mind. I am so amazed at the amazing work done by Dr Z. I suffer so many years from a big belly from giving birth to 5 beautiful children, and was so afraid of going under the knife. I researched what is to me “THE BEST” in Miami. Dr Z did an excellent Tummy Tuck. He took 30 minutes right before surgery to make me and my family feel very comfortable. He explained every detail and was very upfront and honest about the entire process and or risks. He answered all me and my loved ones questions with no hesitation.
