Parking is easy as they have free valet parking. The staff are friendly and courteous. The wait was a little longer than expected, probably due to covid precautions, but normally they are on time and usually there is minimal wait time. The staff doing the procedures are sweethearts who are very skilled,, knowledgeable and attentive. They treat you with respect and explain things to you. I have never had any issues at the diagnostic center since I have been going there over 5 years and I will continue to be a repeat client at their facility.

I have been using this center for my mammograms for many years. Staff is knowledgeable and cordial. I called on Wednesday and got appointment for next day. Only draw back is parking is tight. This center is great and I will continue using.

It seemed to me that there were many people at the same time for the current situation of the covid. They do not answer the phone due to lack of staff, it is difficult to make an appointment then it is impressive to see so many women.

From checking in to my ultrasound, everyone was extremely polite and kind. The ultrasound technician (if that’s the correct title) was phenomenal. She was kind and gentle and listened to me very well. Once she was authorized to she explained what the doctor said in depth and even showed and explained the images so that I would better understand! Thank you so much!!!!!!!! Would definitely recommend and return if needed ;)

This is a very wonderful place, the staff are all sweethearts. Very efficient in giving appointments and answering telephone calls. I am very happy with the way they treat us the patients. Mammogram factory….do not feel like a patient and a complete lack of customer focus. I’ve never waited an hour for a mammogram in my life. The entire process from start to finish was 2 hours. I appreciate when doctors’ offices recognize that they are providing a service, particularly one such as this that can be easily replicated, and focus on their customer. Our time is money too.

Two years into COVID and they didn’t make any accommodations for patients. Only a few seats available because they block every other seat so patients have to look for a bench outside or wait standing.

The parking at this place is a nightmare. None of the hand sanitizers work. The receptionist are rude. If you need to make a change to your appointment good luck. You will be on hold for at least ten minutes and then they ask you to leave a message, which they will never return your call. The waiting area is packed and does not have enough seating. The mammogram technician was great. I truly wish they would improve in these other areas.

I drive from Ft. Lauderdale to see Dr. Salaman. I have been coming to see him for 15 years.He is kind, gentle and incredibly competent. I will only trust Dr. Salaman. Your technicians are also kind and patient , I am typically very anxious when I am there and they treat me with respect and kindness.

The receptionist was prejudice, she spoke really nice to Hispanics but me she was cold. The one with black hair and glasses.. On the other hand the technician who did mammogram was awesome.

Been going here for years. Its changed a little. I was standing in the waiting room for over 5 minutes. This while the three ladies in charge of registration did not even acknowledge my presence, even though they were not taking care of anyone. Other than that, the mammogram technician was very knowledgeable and the bone density technician was great. Parking is awful, so you have to depend on the Valet service.

I was very impressed by the organization and speed at which I was processed through the system…. Saturday morning appointment was a winner!

The techs are great and most of the ladies that welcome you are nice and caring. However is a mission to schedule an appt i even tried online for my first appt and no one got back to me i had to wait over 30 min on the phone to finally schedule it. For the second appt WHILE i was in the facility i was put on a phone in order to schedule a follow up, once again i was there in the actual front desk inside their practice and was put on a phone instead of them scheduling the appt for me . Now i am trying to call to confirm my appt time and it has been over 20 min and still no one has answered. They claim they have phone issues so since 2 months ago when i booked my first appt you have issues?

Everyone at this office was very professional. They took all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe/maintaining the proper safe distance in the waiting rooms. Only patients were allowed to enter the office. The wait was not long at all. I highly recommend this diagnostic center.

This facility is well run. They do not waste time, everything runs like clockwork. Now, due to Covid, everyone is distanced and must wear a mask. I highly recommend it!

I had a good experience. I downloaded the forms on their website and filled them out at home before I went which saved me some time. I was fortunate to get a parking space and avoided the need to valet my car. I had two different tests completed in under an 1 1/2 and I was pleased to get it done so quickly.

The day I went was very busy. My appointment was at 1:30 but I was seen until after 2:30. But their excellent service made up for the unusually long waiting time. I have been coming here for over 15 years and they have always been very courteous and professional!

I have been going to the Diagnostic Center for Women since it opened. The technicians are very caring and patient. Their demeanor makes me feel at ease. The Center’s hours of operation are very convenient.

I had a wonderful tech taking my X-ray. She was friendly,caring, and thoughtful.I felt comfortable and less nervous as most of us are. Just about every woman is apprehensive when getting a mammogram so the tech is important. I have been going here for years and always have a good experience except when my breast cancer was diagnosed but even then it was only discovered early because of the mammogram. Even checking in was expedited even though crowded.

Having used this facility in the past and receiving adequate service, I chose to visit once more earlier this past year. Unfortunately though my visit this time was very unpleasant. Not only was the technician who performed the mammogram procedure rude but she also tried to invalidate my medical concerns by inserting her personal opinions regarding my clearly stated medical concerns. Additionally, the appointment scheduler at the facility somehow managed to cancel one of my examinations scheduled for that day and I ended up having to wait for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours longer than needed just to get both necessary feminine procedures done. Hence the reason why I can only rate this visit as 1 star.

This place was incredible. They made a long ultrasound so much fun. Our tech Vianny was so good at her job and answered all of our questions!

I’ve been client here for 8 years now. And, as always, I have all the best to say about this Center. Staff is always amazing, from front desk to all the technicians; friendly, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Very organized, professional, prompt, courteous and friendly staff. The facility is extremely clean and not now because of COVID because it’s always been that way. Lots of hours available including Saturdays.

I was referred to this center for my yearly mammogram screening. It took me 3 phone calls of over 20 mins wait each, just to schedule the appointment. The ladies who work the front are rude. While I was waiting to be seen, another patient arrived stating the same issue with the long hold time and drove to the office just to make an appointment. They literally handed her an office phone and had her wait - on hold- at the counter to make an appointment. Once inside the rest of the appointment ran smoothly.

I was promptly greeted, and assisted immediately by a very kind and friendly front desk associate. I was indeed delighted oh how Efficient and caring they were in the Diagnostic center, that I immediately Scheduled my next appointment. it will be the place of all my required women’s test in the future.Thank you to those nice staff.SincerelyAnnie.

There is a great team that works there but it was somewhat over crowded during my visit. And because of Covid and missing seats in between, they were not enough places for people to sit. Also, I have an issue with being forced to valet park. Otherwise, I go for my bone density every five years.

The Diagnostic Center for Women has an amazing staff of technicians and doctors. They are very professional and caring. And the fact that they give you the results of your exams right away is fantastic. I highly recommend the facility. I have been going there for many years and will continue to do so.

Everyone here from the receptionist to the technician is pleasant and courteous, treating you like a human being instead of a piece of meat passing through even though they do dozens of mammograms and other tests every day. My OB/GYN goes here herself because of the quality of the physicians, which is comforting as Im not able to evaluate that most important aspect. Generally they are also very efficient and get you in and out very quickly. Highly recommend.

Every one was very pleasant and fully explained each procedure before the start and answered all questions that I had… the staff really put me at ease.

Parking lot packed forcing a valet situation during pandemic, not to mention assumption that patients have cash to tip the valet whether it’s ’free’ or not. Suite easy to find, fast service, quick to get patience checked in. After changed waited a while in crowded hallway to leave space between patients. Friendly technicians, quick process to perform mammogram, no check out necessary.

The treatment and care for my Breast MRI was fantastic! The technician was so sweet and calming. She was excellent getting my IV going smoothly and I have difficult veins. Very professional, I’ve been going there for over 10 years.

Everyone is always professional and I love how fast they get you in and out. I was also able to fill out paperwork ahead of time. This is a huge plus!

Just had my annual mammogram and although the center was packed, everything flowed perfectly, my appointment time was maintained and the staff (from check-in to U/S technician) was kind and professional. Kudos to this excellent organization!

It was my first time at this place and I can’t complain about anything. The waiting time was minimum and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

I truly believe that medical screening can be comfortable and effective at the same time.The protocol can be caring and human.I went for mammogram and ultrasound screening. I have requested during scheduling a Consultation with the doctor after the screening.I was told by the stuff that I will see the doctor and discuss the results the same day.At the date of the appointment technician informed me that doctor is not going to see me and I will receive the results in a week by mail.That’s exactly what I was trying to avoid. As a patient I don’t want to receive a letter with “come back request”.I spent two hours at their facility left without the results, they treat me as a robot not as a human being. I will try to find another place where services can be performed at the greater customer care level.

I have always preferred coming to The Diagnostic Center for Women. The staff has always beenaccommodating by answering questions and making me feel comfortable. This particular trip I was called back a second time due to something suspicious (which I am glad they caught). This time the tests confirmed their suspicion and indicated the need for a biopsy. I had never had to have that before. The doctor came in and asked me if I had any questions and the sonogram technician explained, in detail, the procedure I will be going through. i would like to say they have a great staff of doctors, technicians and administrators. I give them 5 stars.

Samantha, in ultrasound, is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Although the exam was lengthy she made it as comfortable as possible. Pleasant employee-patient interactions make the facility more attractive and patients are likely to recommend and return to it.

The technician who performed the mammogram was very nice. After the mammogram she told me to wait for a doctor to make sure if everything was ok. I waited 20 minutes the doctor never showed up. I went to the little office next to the mammogram room to see why there was a delay. A lady in that office saw me and asked me what I wanted. I told her that I had been waiting for a doctor to give me info on my mammogram. She told me to keep waiting. I waited 10 more minutes and no one ever came to me so I left. I hope a doctor looks at my mammogram. 😠

The experience was great! For manly folks it can be scary to have an ultrasound, understandably. However, here all anxieties are laid to rest thanks to the friendly and professional staff, efficiency at checking in, and how quickly patients are seen. The techs are professional and friendly to help the patient feel at ease.

I did a Mammogram and Ultrasound done. Both were very pleasant and professional. I recommend and will go again hopefully not until next year.

This center is organized and very clean. The staff for mammograms and ultrasound are always professional and courteous. They always send results to my doctor immediately.

Pros: The staff that did my ultrasound and mammogram were excellent. The ladies were kind, soft-spoken, and informative. I felt very comfortable and safe.Cons: Parking was horrible. They offer valet, but it’s always backed up. Try to get a morning appointment or get a ride.I would have lowered the score considerably because of the parking, but that staff was so incredibly nice that I gave 5 stars.

I like the place but normally pretty fast with the appt this time I had to wait a little longer and the machine for coffee continues being out of order and I choose the place for one of the reasons is their coffee cause after a long day is nice to get at least coffe . . And don’t tell me cause of COVID cause I been to other places and they have them . Also if it was because of COVID the gowns would not be in the dressing room when all the people that go there for test and have to change are touching them giving their germs to those gowns . Instead they should be hand out to the person who is going to change . Thank you and hope to have the machine fix soon and the gowns in another location. Thank you

Overall, I’ve always had good experiences here. I’ve been a patient since 2018. The staff are all very courteous and thorough. My only reason for not giving five stars, is the wait time. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early, but then make you wait way past your appointment time to be seen. Yesterday was almost an hour past my 12:30 time and I had to be there at 12:15.

Staff made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had.

I had such a positive experience here. All the employees were amazing and so nice. So unlike Miami lol. The lady that too my imaging x rays was amazing. I was so nervous and she made my experience so comfortable.

I had no problems making an appointment fit the afternoon. Everyone was courteous and professional. What I liked the most is that the Dr. that was working at the time of my appointment, was able to give me my ultrasound results immediately.

They are very courteous and professional at this site. I had a previous doctor’s appointment which made me late. I called them and they were very understanding and told me to come anyway or reschedule. the technician was very kind and understanding. She made me feel very safe.

Went for a U/S. The intake personnel were nice, however, only focus on paperwork and not how long you are waiting there. The waiting room is extremely dim. I have come here many times and even worked in the same building and can say it definitely needs updates. My wait time for the u/s was an hour ( my previous one was an hour wait too) . I had to keep asking the girl at the front desk. Was frustrated and it didn’t ease my anxiety either.

I really like this office. Its nice and clean and the staff is very nice. I gave it four stars because of the parking! Its a nightmare! You have to valet park which is ok but it took me 20 minutes just to make it to the attendant! Not cool at all. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Terrible customer support! takes you hours to make an appointment, hors on the phone trying.They delete your comments on facebook, several times I left messages to reach them by phone. I really dont think people should be treated like that.If you cant serve, dont leave people waiting for hours on the phone.

Great customer service! I do my mammogram here every year. I even drive over 15 miles to get here now since I moved to a different area, but feel it’s worth it to keep coming here for my annual mammograms. They are very organized and everyone on their staff is helpful and friendly. So much better than my experiences at Baptist before I discovered this gem.
