The office manager gives exceptional customer service. Got me in earlier than I expected, was patience with all of my questions, and very helpful. The doctor was calm, asked thorough questions, showed concern, and when my insurance gave us a hard time he find alternative options to help me get the prescriptions I needed. Very thankful! I can’t wait to see my skin results in time.

I was pleased with the aesthetics and cleanliness of the office. The staff members are very friendly, answered all of my questions, and the wait time wasn’t long at all. Third or fourth visit here. Staff is nice, the wait time would normally just sometimes be too long. I would feel like the Dr. is chillen there and then when he finally calls me in, we talk for less than 10 minutes.Today I had an appointment in the morning, and when I arrived they said the lady who was supposed to do my facial quit. How come no one called me to let me know not to come? How come the lady who quit didn’t put my schedule in apparently? I wasted time, gas and paid $15 for valet, that they couldn’t even reimburse me.. wouldn’t it have made sense for the business to reimburse a client for paying parking in a situation like this? The lady at the front desk was nice. But I will not be coming here again. Not cool not cool not cool.

I really do not recommend this dermatologist. Also the five-star review at google map is fake. You can check their eview at the insurance website such as Aetna Health Insurance website, they have only one star, however in google map its high.First, the waiting time is horrible. I had the appointment at 9AM and I saw the doctor until 11AM. This office is a complete disaster. When I see the doctor, he rushed me and left only 3 minutes talk.Then he let a nurse to treat the acne in my hand, she is very impatient. Spray it with liquid nitrogen for only one second and its done. Without intensive treatment.Third, I have put my pharmacy as CVS. Then they gave me the medicine through a small pharmacy called Ocean view. And Dr. Bridges prescribed such expensive drugs, charged $630 for a single medicine for one month supply. Then after that they sent me 3 more refills, but this expensive one does not have effect on my wound.After that I went to another dermatologist and they prescribed me 10 dollars of medicine and it was cured. Anyway, dont come to this dermatologist, its horrible.

I have been going to Dr Bridges for many years and I can’t tell you how happy it makes me feel every time I have an appointment. Dr Bridges always takes the time to explain everything and makes recommendations to keep my skin healthy and looking it’s best. I highly recommend if you haven’t already book an appointment with him to stop procrastinating and do it. You won’t be sorry!

My first time there and I waited for an hour. I believe that there were only 2 patients in front of me when I had arrived. Why does this establishment make appointments if the doctor can’t keep it. I will not return to this establishment nor will I recommend this office to my family and friends.

The visit was for my 97 years old client who has been suffering with a skin cancer. He expressed to me that Dr. Bridges is a good man and doctor. He expressed, that he appreciated the information provided and the understanding of the severity of an untreated cancer. Dr. Bridges was very professional and informative. It was Marty’s first telemedicine visit and he understood and was able to answer the questions asked.

I was referred by another doctor and this being my first visit they exceeded my expectations. They were able to get me a next day appointment. The office was clean and Covid safe, the entire staff was exceptional and the doctor was extremely professional. Will definitely recommend them.

If I could give this office a 0 star I would. This office is a complete disaster. Between the front desk, office manager and the doctor there’s complete miscommunication. My girlfriend waited more than two hours for her first office visit and for her second visit, just for Dr. Bridges to go and speak to her for less than 10 minutes. She had to go in to get a procedure and he didn’t even give clear instructions as to what he was going to do. For post-op treatment, forget about it. He stated “the nurse will give you instructions” The nurse comes in and leaves her with a paper stating what she needs to do for post-op. Then says all she needs is to put soap and water for treatment when on the paper it states she needs antibiotics and hydrogen peroxide. I’ve never been to such a unprofessional office like this one. I will never be coming back. On a side note, I understand if they were busy and backed up but that wasn’t the case. Doctor was sitting in his office for 30 minutes while he had patients waiting for him in rooms. The lack of knowledge the employees have is just wow. The stares. The attitude. They dont even look like they enjoy working there. We were even told we had to pay out of pocket when I had met my deductible and was later fixed by the office manager. Run farrrrr farrrr away!!

Nice office. Professional & caring staff. Great cute understanding and knowledgeable doctor. He be low key chastising ya 🙄😁. The wait is a bit long sometimes. The parking should be FREE. However, its $4 for the 1st 1/2 hour and $1 each additional 1/2 hour. The sometimes 2 hour wait run that tab up very quickly. Might as well pay the $15 for valet. Those are the dilemmas that gave him the 4⭐. Despite of, I still would recommend him. With the wait and parking caution 😬

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Not only is the wait time to see the dermatologist is over 2 hours you also have to pay for parking. Not worth it at all and never again. A waste of time and money

I am a new patient and used the Tele-health option for my appointment. Dr. Bridges was very attentive and comforting. The staff was also warm and responsive. I have a follow up appointment and so far I’m very pleased.

I am very pleased with Dr Khari Bridges. This is my third year seeing him. Young, knowledgeable , kind and professional.The office staff is friendly and helpful. I am giving a shoutout to Raquel but everyone is nice. Parking is easier with the new equipment, use a credit card to go in and use the same credit card to get out. If technology is your thing, they have a portal too.

Warts were removed from my abdomen with liquid nitrogen and left me marks and never provided a cream to clear them unless it is bought thru their ocean pharmacy despite I told them to send it to CVS. I won’t recommend this doctor.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Bridges for years. I have annual skin cancer screening and have had several minor skin lesions removed. He is Board certified, and the up most professional.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bridges and his team at Miami Dermatology and Cosmetics. The staff members were courteous and made me feel like a patient, not a number. Everyone took time to answer all of my questions and guide me through each phase of my procedure.

My wait time was long and when Dr. Bridges finally came in to see me..it felt rushed..I even mentioned to him about a scalp condition that I had and wanted to show him a picture from my phone of it so he knows what Im talking about, but he didnt want to wait for the pic. I dont like that and I thought that was rude. The whole visit felt weird. Even his Medical assistant made me feel a little uncomfortable. He didnt give me anything for my alopecia..not even recommendations..He only gave me information & treated me for a rash that had already cleared up. I dont want to visit here again.First impressions are everything.

The staff was accommodating to my requests but the waiting time was excessive and the Dr. was not very friendly and did not look me in the eye when talking to me.

Dr. Bridges was very knowledgeable, showed genuine concern, and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed. I like that he showed no air of arrogance but instead displayed much confidence and humility at the same time. He took care of my procedure in minutes. His assistant was also pretty friendly and also took the time to address all of my concerns. The office was very clean and organized. Ill definitely make use of their services in the future.

I went to Dr. Bridges about 2 weeks ago. The staff and Dr. Bridges were really responsive beforehand when booking our appointment. I followed up with questions and when I did come in, Dr. Bridges had all the answers prepared.The receptionist was extremely knowledgable.The office is massive and outstandingly clean.The nurses made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience.During my appointment we went over the laser treatments and the technology was astounding.Top notch derm with state of the art tech!

It is now 67 minutes after my appointment and still no doctor.Update: I continued to wait. I forget how long. Once the doctor appeared, everything went fine. The place was new and clean. Everybody was cool, including the medical assistant. I got what I needed, and I went on my way without delay. Sorry for the bad review (I gave 2 more stars). When it comes to doctors, nothing pisses me off more than waiting far beyond the appointed time (not even phone tree hell). If I am waiting in the exam room for over an hour, I post a review (I have done it before). I encourage others to do likewise. Nobody shows up in my office on time for an appointment and waits that long. They could have called me before I showed up and said they needed to push me back an hour. I would have given high marks for that.

The facility is very clean. The office staff was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Bridges was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns patiently. He then proceeded to answer them thoroughly. His level of professionalism was outstanding. I definitely recommend him as a dermatologist. Most importantly, the wait was not long at all. My appointment was at 2:40 and I was out in an hour consult and procedure included.

I would not recommend this place:I had an appointment today at 3:20pm, 10/15/2019 following up my surgery to remove the stitches. The lady at the front was really disrespectful , she had a really bad attitude and took forever checking the insurance.I was following up a surgery with the doctor and I did not even see the doctor, can you believe that, thats an example of why I would never go back to this place again. However they did charge the copayment for (seeing) an specialist (when I did not even see him), when I ask the lady in front, again she snapped with her attitude and said, “if you have any concern, call your insurance”. What type of customer service is that for a patient?To finish it off the nurse took off the stitches (because like I had mentioned I did not see the doctor) and she had a really hard time in doing so, It hurt a lot and she had to put a bandage with antibiotics. In addition another new nurse came in with some test results and said that results were negative, when I ask to explain what that meant and to explain, she hesitated and did not even know how to explain the results, she had to look in the tablet to see what the results said and then she still could not explain the results. I was very disappointed with their services.To summarize it all, never going to this place again, not very professional, they just are just in for the money and dont really care about the patient..Update August 25, 2020I will post a before and after picture so you guys know how the results were and why to never go to this place. Imagine how I feel every-time I wear a shirt or something that shows since is in my chest. :(

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! The doctor is nice but the staff and the Manager Ana is very disrespectful and racist. I went a couple of years back because I had skin rash so I went there to see what I got and what was the best remedy possible. The doctor immediately told me what I had and he gave a prescription, but the cream he prescribed my insurance didnt cover it or the the doctor didnt authorize it. I was in the pharmacy and they told me to call the office to have them sent the authorization. The girls from the office told that they sent it already but they didnt. They had me with this back and forward for almost one month. I called back and I requested to speak with the manager Ana and she ended up discriminating me and telling me that that was the reason why I was working because I told her that they were not doing their job properly since they had me waiting for a paper for more than a month. I wanted to sue them because they discriminate their client but I didnt because Im better than them. 👌🏻✌🏻 Good luck Ana( you were really helpful because you showed how unprofessional and disrespectful you are) 😘 May god bless you if you dont get fired before 😂😂😂😂

The last 2 visits i have experienced a long wait of 45 mins or more. Each time there is an excuse, office mgr training new staff or issue with a procedure with a client before me. After seeing someone elses review citing a 1.5 hour wait this seems to be the norm.

I visited this office 2 weeks ago. I had a biopsy doneof my scalp . The results were read to me over the phone by someone who had no idea what she was talking about ! The office manager then called me back to try and do damage control. Too little too late .... fast forward to this morning , I had my 2 stitches removed . The doctor once again was very impersonal . Asked me if I got my results , proceeded to remove the stitches , asked me if I needed anything else and walked out ! To say I was very disappointed and shocked is an understatement ! Where Dr. Bridges is very knowledgeable, his lack of compassion and bedside manner needs work.

Dr. Khari Bridges and his crew not only are extraordinarily professional, they are relatable and nice and are there to answer any questions you may have for them. Although it’s pretty painful, I go for Botox injections to stop hyperhydrosis, and the treatment lasts about 8 months to a year. They (2 people. 1 person per arm) get the injections done simultaneously so it’s very fast; therefore, they know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

First time going to this office was almost 2 weeks ago. The office is clean and looks nice. I have a history with dermatitis but my arms started getting full of dry patches and face was breaking out so I decided to go to them. The wait time wasn’t so bad. Once I was called in I had a nurse ask questions about skin health etc. the doctor was informative.My issue with this place is how money hungry they are. I went in there and was told I have acne/ possible psorias. But for the acne they have an esthetician go in for about 20 minutes trying to get you to buy a facial for $100....My biggest issue with this officeWhen I went in the doctor couldn’t figure out if I had atopic dermatitis or psoriasis. So he ordered a biopsy to determine. I was already scared because anything biopsy scares me.So I called last Monday the 24th of September 2018 to let them know the acne medication they sent for my face was not covered by insurance, I wanted to know if there was an alternative medication. I was told I would get a call back once they spoke to the doctor.Wednesday I still hadn’t heard nothing from them. So I decided to call and ask the same question. I was then told their isn’t any alternative and that I can get the medication with them for $60.I then asked if my biopsy results were back and the front desk manager told me yes that the results came back positive. I then asked positive for what? She said she couldn’t say and I could just wait until my next apt which was about a week and a half away to get more information. This has never happened to me with any other specialist they usually tell me results over the phone. I signed a consent form allowing them to give me either negative or positive results via phone or voicemail on my first visit so I don’t understand. So I then told her to schedule me for a sooner date because I wanted to know exactly what the biopsy was positive for. Was it the psoriasis , dermatitis or something else? She gave me a next day apt but I was unable to go because of an emergency. I called again and let her know if the doctor could please allow them to give me the results by the phone and they said no.I honestly feel like they just want you to go in for the results to charge you the visit. Obviously getting information by phone is free. The only other alternative I had was to speak with the doctor through an app they have called HipaaBridge where they charge you $90 co pay since they don’t open Friday’s for appointments and I didn’t want to wait until Monday. I was then told by the front desk manager she had to ask the dr in between patients if he had time to consult me through the app and promised to call me back. She never called me back. Today is Monday and I never received a call at all from this office. I decided to look for another dermatologist around my area and called them to have them send my medical records and results {that I still don’t know what they are} to the new doctor. I wasn’t asked why I was leaving or wasn’t even given an apology. Again I spoke to the front desk manager today and she was the one who emailed me the release forms for the new doctor I’m going to be seeing and she was just like okay... she didn’t apologize or cared.My advice the doctor is whatever and the staff just sucks. They’re money hungry trying to sell their services so just find another dermatologist. This just isn’t it.
