I am so happy that I chose advanced family dental. From the first moment we came inside it really feels welcoming. Teresita was so helpful and kind to my daughter, she truly made her first dental experience so amazing, and Dr. Triana was also very kind. The offices are immaculate and very modern. Easy, convenient location. What more can you ask for? I will be recommending this office !

The staff and the facility passed my expectations, Ive always been so scared of the dentist but the staff made sure to make me feel comfortable. The prices are amazing and the dentist has a lot of experience and it shows in her work. Ive been to many dental offices before but for a fact this one has been the best by far if i can rate it 10 starts i would. And the best part there was 0 pain in my tooth extraction and cavity fillings.

The staff is wonderful and Dr. Nelcy Criana is amazing. I had to redo my fillings and she made sure I felt no pain at all and always asked if I was okay which is very nice.I am very satisfied with everyone and they are bilingual. Since I speak Spanglish, so did they lol. The place is very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend them and will recommend to my friends and family.

Dr. Triana is extremely professional and a true artist! As you can see in the picture, I came to her office with chipped veneers done at another dental practice. She had to redo all my front teeth and make new veneers on my upper and lower teeth. She was extremely detailed, she made sure that they looked and feel natural and she took her time to shape them. Almost two years after, my veneers are still in great conditions. She is amazing! The staff is extremely helpful and cordial. I am very happy with my smile!!!! My reason to go to Adanced Family Dental was to do an annual check up. Dr Triana performed a very complete dental evaluation on me and suggested that I improved my dental aesthetics with veneers. The best dentist Ive ever been to! Everyone is really nice, friendly to the point that you feel at home and you forget about being nervous cause well... youre at the dentist.The girls from the office were super nice and every single corner of the place was really clean. They go above and beyond for you to feel comfortable. They give you blankets in case youre cold and they explain everything they are going to do. After getting my tooth removed, Dr. Triana called me to see how I was feeling and when I had an emergency due to eating something hard she came on her day off to help me!If for some reason you dont get Dr. Triana dont worry! Every single dentist there is AWESOME!Highly recommended!

I was really impressed with the office staff and Doctor. They were extremely friendly and took the time to explain to both my husband and I what kind of work we needed done and why. Ive been to other offices where they try to push unnecessary procedures on you, but Dr. Triana was so kind and was able to show us pictures of the problem areas. Ive never had a dentist do that before. We are very happy with our new dentist and will recommend her to the rest of our family.

Really great service and awesome dentist! Dr. Nelcy is a kind women who takes great care of her patients. The staff is always friendly which is a bonus. I dont speak any Spanish but I was able to communicate with most everyone in the office (which is rare in Miami). I have a huge fear of needles but the doctor was always kind and and gentle as possible and never impatient with me or my fear. Always willing to work with me and gives great tips on how to keep up with dental health. I just had my last visit as I am moving and I am mostly sad because I hope I find another dentist like her! I recommend her service to all!

Dr Nelcy Triana and her staff are wonderful. Each visit I have had has been a great experience. Whenever a procedure is needed, Dr Triana explains what she will be doing and why, showing the x-rays and photos so that you know where, why, and how shes going to what she needs to. Shes extremely gentle and always asks if anything hurts so that she can make sure youre comfortable. Shes extracted my 4 wisdom teeth painlessly and shes also corrected the mistakes of my previous dentists. 10/10 would recommend to anyone; Ive already sent friends and family directly to her.

WOW..seriously my favorite dentist place ever. So I got recommended here by my hair stylist. My tooth had broke due to a cavity I was putting off because another dentist said they were sure the tooth was a loss. I came here my first day super scared and crying! Lol I know embarrassing right? Well the staff called me down made me feel better and even give you blankets. Now let’s talk about the actual Dentist...AMAZING!!!!! She is caring and kind and knows what she needs to do. The whole office is very professional and warm. I spent almost 2 months coming in every week to get various things in my teeth fixed and I’ve never been so happy with the end product!!! Great dentist. I did my work with Nelcy before I moved out of the state and its been about 10 months and my multiple filling are still doing fine. Most other fillings would have fallen out or something by now. Id definitely recommend Nelcy :)

The care I received at this office was exceptional. The equipment is really state of the art. They have intraoral cameras that show you exactly what work needs to be done. They really empower the patient when making decisions about their dental treatment. The dentist is a really nice person and very approachable. Not only that but she has excellent hands.

I havent been to the dentist in a very, very long time because, I hate Dentist, There is something about that chair and their little tools. I had no choice but to get an appointment since one of my molars broke and the pain was unbearable. I chose this particular place because it is very close to my house. They gave me an appointment for the same day. I’ve had my fair share of dentists and none come close to Dr. Traina.First things first, the girls at the front desk are as kind and sweet as can be. They prove that patient attention and service is not completely lost in Miami. They were so kind and attentive. Made everything so smooth and spoke kindly.My hygienist Luciana was not only kind, but super thorough and gentle! I said it...THOROUGH ANNNNDD GENTLE.
