Had wisdom teeth removal and did not give me correct pricing for their other office location. Doctor told me it would be around $450 for two teeth and that the other two should be cheaper which they were not. She also did not do a good job explaining orthodontic treatment for aligners. When I was there the office was not busy either and took about an extra 30-40 minutes just for a consultation.

Great service, no doubt they are the best dentists and hygienists.I would recommend this place to anyone with the confidence that you will be treated with love and respect.

Seems like somehow they erase all the negative reviews. The one I placed here is not here anymore. So Ill be brief. The same exact thing happened to my elderly mom where she had to wait couple hours on a chair in a room and nobody came to tell us what was going on. And when they finally started attending my mom they did it with an attitude. Worst experience ever for my elderly mom

Favorite thing about this place is pain free! I’ve done fillings to a root canal to simple check ups and every time I leave feeling clean, happy & pain free. Definitely would recommend this place.

I was there for a cleaning and Jenny Jaimes took her time with me. i was a little nervous as i bet a lot of us are at the dentist but she was amazing. she was professional but so kind, helpful and understanding. i would not hesitate to recommend her to any one.

Very professional, very kind. My wife had an other dentist who told her a molar has to be removed and other work has to be done. The second opinion showed that dentist was wrong. All has been fixed and the cost was also less

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office! First, they bring me in, do x-rays and then they sit me in the examination chair for over 40 minutes! Not once did anyone had the courtesy to come tell me “ we are sorry were running behind” or anything! I know it can get very busy, doctors have emergencies, they can be short on staff etc. But a true professional would never take a patient to an examination room and just leave him/her there for a long period of time without checking up on them or providing a reason along with an apology as to why we are running behind... it’s common courtesy! After all that time waiting I finally got up and went to the front to ask if they were going to take much longer since I had another scheduled appointment to attend to, as I am asking the receptionist, Dr. Kiara Miró is walking passed me and says that they brought me in early and that she was by herself (she said this with an attitude) no apology! She then examined me and said that she was not going to do the cleaning since “I needed a deep cleaning” and that if I wanted for her to do the two fillings that I needed, I had to wait till she finished with her other patients (at this point I knew she was doing this on purpose but I had already wasted so much time of my day and decided to push my other appointment back to get these fillings done. I asked her if they worked Saturdays (since some offices open on Saturdays) and with sarcasm she said “no we don’t I have babies too that I need to be with” I even tried making small talk with her since she mentioned kids and she totally ignored me! Once she was done with the two fillings she simply walked out, not once did she ask me if it felt ok, if there was any discomfort etc. By the time I looked back she was gone! Needless to say I had to go to another dentist to file down the filling she put because it was uneven and very uncomfortable. This other dentist did a cleaning for me (which I had to pay for out of pocket because they did not take my insurance) and said that I did not need a deep cleaning! Just to get a second opinion the next day I went to a third dental office (this one did take my insurance) and she examined me, did another set of x-rays and told me the same thing that I did not need a deep cleaning. This Dr. Miró has been the nastiest, rudest and unprofessional, dentist I have ever met! And from what two previous employees told me she is very rude and so is her uncle (whom I had no idea also worked at the same practice. One of these employees commented “es mal de familia” ( it runs in the family) and the other one said “Kiara es una grosera y una malcriada, por eso dicen que el veneno viene en frasco pequeño” (Kiara is rude and nasty that’s why they say that poison comes in small packages) yes the health care field is very small after all and every body knows everybody... it’s a shame that we put our health in the hands of such insensitive, unprofessional, rude people!

The manager is very professional and respectful but the girl of the front desk is very rude and use bad mannered. The other hand the team stay comments about me inside the clinic, this is very unprofessional. // The manager is very professional and respectful the opposite of the reception girl who has little education, apparently with no desire to work. The team was making unpleasant comments within the clinic. This is unprofessional and ethical.

I have been treating myself for 3 to 4 years with Dr. Miró, a professional par excellence. God bless such an excellent doctor and his wonderful hands. He has achieved a great collective that is characterized by his kindness and sweetness in treating patients in Lejune and Kendall, in this I congratulate him for having the kind and charming Praxis.
