No good not what it appears to be horrible in fact could say sooo much but I rather not waste my time

Good morning, I am very unhappy with the telephone service and the operators, I was calling for an hour and thirty minutes to locate the offices of the specialist with whom I had a shift on the day of the date, and they sent me to 2 different places, I had a turn with a Dentist and they sent me to the primary doctors offices, then to Baptist a sports doctor, then they told me it was my fault for not knowing where I had to go .....1. When requesting the appointment, I asked for something near my house (zip code 33187)2. They never gave me the name of the specialist, or address, or phone number.3. They call me to confirm the appointment, and the operator never confirmed the location, or the name of the specialist, very unpleasant.4. At all times, he asked me for my email and telephone number and they were never kind enough to reconfirm the location of the appointment.5. The telephone operators are very rude, cut calls, provide wrong information, and under no circumstances do they listen, seem to be inattentive or distracted as if the call bothers them.
