Very pleased with my end result. I had a problem with grinding my teeth and previous dentist was forcing me to get expensive veneers but the great dentist in doral location that helped with my emergency broken tooth was able to offer me a crown for half the price. I would like to thank him for a great experience, his dentist assistant who was very sweet and knowledgeable in making me a good temp as i waited for my crown from lab and Ash for helping me in my dental journey and financial troubles.Ill be sure to recommend many friends and family to you all. Thank you all for all you do to make me a happy patient. Sometimes as healthcare providers we take care of others and have limited time for our own self care its nice to know the office tries to do their best in accommodating to our busy schedule. I really appreciate it. Ill be coming back for regular dental checkups and hopefully we will be able to do more dental work in the future :)

Let me tell you I am normally super afraid of dentist but the whole staff and doctors at Dental Specialist is just absolutely amazing!!! I recommend them in a heartbeat. They were able to see me quickly for an emergency appointment and left me feeling better then ever.

Typically I avoid going to the dentist because staff and the dentists themselves are unprofessional. This the complete opposite of this Dentist Office. I came in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and the staff was beyond nice, professional, and explained everything to me. They run like a well oiled machine and are family oriented. Definitely will be coming back for all my dental needs!

Avoid this place at all cost. I was told one price on the phone, then when I get there after driving 23 miles I was told something totally different. With my insurance they told me that the extraction was going to be $90.⁰⁰ on the phone. Get there now its $400.⁰⁰. Wow I could of looked for something closer to me for that price without the insurance.

Had an emergency with pain, wanted to extract my tooth but was convinced by the lovely Ashley to be patient and get a root canal. Ashley was straight forward and explained the importance of saving the tooth. Thank you for making me feel comfortable when I was stressed and tense.

1st ASHLEY WAS AMAZING. I had to go because an emergency and she took care of me from beginning to end. With this covid I call soooo many places and they all told me I needed an appointment. When I call this place she told me i could go the SAME DAY . even tho this place is far for me (a good 45min) I would continue to go there. Customer service was great and fun... The dentist was AMAZING, I didnt even feel when they took 2 of my wisdom tooth! Great experience. And this comes from someone that was terrified of dentist offices, so yeah...5⭐

The hygienist here is really sweet and did a great job cleaning my teeth in a gentle way. They also fit me in for my cleaning appointment very last minute which was really helpful and they are open to patients on Saturdays! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the cost. The doctor recommended a full mouth debridement after my exam which I’m not sure I needed though, I hadn’t been in for a cleaning in about a year or two, so maybe it was justified. The total, and I have dental insurance, was 200. This was much more than what I’ve paid in the past when visiting a dentist but I’ve also never been to a dentist with my current plan nor have I had that particular procedure. I’ve scheduled to go back in for a cleaning in 6 months so the price definitely was something I was okay with overlooking at this stage.

Overall, Dentist Ernesto Bravo Gonzalez did an amazing job! He is great at what he does; my only complaint is the prices could be better. I felt like I was in a used car dealership at times especially with the cost not being provided to me before I sat down(lack of transparency), but overall great experience with the dentist. Would recommend for the quality of care. Would not recommend if your looking for transparency in cost.

I called this place 30 minutes to closing and Ashley told me to come in. When I got here, Ashley met me at the door and asked how she could help. I informed her of my severe pain and she made sure to get me in and guess what?! I had an infection AND my wisdom teeth needed to come out. But, they took care of me and I was out within 2 hours as basically a walk in. Incredible, I will be coming here for my dental needs from now on!

They did something weird and iam upset of that. They cleaned only one side of my mouth and leaves the other side for next week. It doesn’t make any sense!!!!!

It was very safe and professional. I arrived in pain and was very anxious. They were so patient and understanding. They calmed me down and made me feel secure that everything was going to be okay. I would also like to add how wonderful the everyone at the font desk is but especially Ashley. You get there in pain and she listens and you feel cared for and not dismissed like in other places. I really appreciate it. She is a wonderful young lady.It’s not often you leave a dentists office after a procedure and feel happy about your experience there. The entire staff I came in contact with was wonderful to me. I will definitely return.

A coworker recommended me this place since it offers “free teeth whitening”. I was so wrong. So I got on the seat and they try to do X-rays even though I sent them X-ray pictures from my other dentist by email so I just clarified with them. The dentist came in and did an evaluation and told me I have like “10 cavities”. The front desk came in and told me the prices of all the fillings and whatnot. Stressed out and shocked, I just left the place. Went to my original dentist a week later and they found no cavities. A month later, I got a estimate bill by mail and they have the audacity to tell me I owe money (about $500) on the X-rays which was never done since I sent them the email pictures from my old dentist. I had to go in person and straight up showed them it was from my old dentist. Moral of the story, avoid this dentist at all costs. They don’t care about the patients and just look at you as a dollar sign. They are not honest and will try to rip you off like a typical scammer. Also just because it’s “free” doesn’t mean it is. Do yourself a favor and avoid this immoral/dishonest dentist.

Ive never been more frustrated and upset with a dental office. I got an emergency procedure done on December 26th and was told and shownon my insurance website that I would be getting a reimbursement through my insurance. Weeks pass by and nothing, no check or e-mail. I proceeded to call my insurance and shockingly enough they had never filed a claim. I had to call the dental office day after day to keep tabs and make sure they were following through. Here comes March 4th (3 months after procedure) and STILL no claim, only a pre-determination. I asked them to e-mail me the claim and pre-determination and yet again...no e-mail response. Now Im stuck calling this god-forbidden office every day until it gets done. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Found this place after needing to have a wisdom tooth removed and after calling several places they gave me the fastest appointment. Honestly, the experience was great. The doctor was fantastic, she was friendly, she explained everything clearly to calm me down and the actual procedure was quick and painless. Unfortunately it was also pretty expensive, but Im glad I did it.

I would never use this place for anything ever again. I would rather lose all my teeth than have them touch my mouth again! I have never been to a more unprofessional dentist office. Twice the dentist who was doing my work “was no longer with them” with work still left to do. They tell you what you want to hear so you pay them, then do not do the work agreed on. Or they do unnecessary work just to get your money. They had me do a crown when I was told that it should have just been pulled in the first place. But pulling a tooth only costs $350 as opposed to $1500 for a crown. Then after falling out two times and getting an infection I had to do a root canal re-treatment with the promise of having a new crown done at no additional cost. When I come to get the crown done, the dentist who did all the work was “no longer with them” and the new dentist says a crown won’t work. Of course if he was getting paid for it I’m sure he’d find a way to make it work. Now I have to wait for him to talk to the so called “manager” to get my money back. The worst part is, that the new dentist pretty much said the original dentist robbed me and it’s not their problem. Hopefully they do the right thing and either do the work promised or give me a refund. Either way you should AVOID this place at ALL COST!

Wish I could give this office more than 5 stars because they are amazing. I am having wisdom teeth pain and thought I wouldnt be seen anytime soon. Shout out to Ashley who helped me out last minute with professionalism and care. Definitely will be recommending this dental office to all my friends and family. Dr. Frank Alarcon was wonderful on removing two of my wisdom teeth. He made me feel comfortable and when I say that I mean I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. He was done pretty quickly and I was fully awake ( if anyone was wondering) just on heavy anesthesia. The wonderful lady Ashley at the front was very helpful, she got me in and out, and made sure I was in good hands. Thank you everyone there on 4/25/20 between 8:40am to 11am

If he would have suggested a deep cleaning, I would have done it since I didn’t really know how well my tenth were. I highly recommend this practice!

I made an appointment because they promised free teeth whitening. I had to cancel due to the pandemic, and the lady who i spoke to HUNG UP IN MY FACE. She and the manager were speaking Ill of me, while i was on the phone waiting for her to change my appointment date. They didn’t know i speak Spanish. This place is very unprofessional, and i do not recommend. I can only image what type of service i would have received had i kept my appointment.

Needed urgent teeth work while we’re all in quarantine/practicing social distancing— for TWO broken teeth! Made my appointment with them on (Easter) Sunday and was able to go in at 11am the next day (Monday) to receive help!Was worried it’d be super expensive, but was able to get a financing plan and now my mouth is healing and will be able to eat normally again 😁

I can just say that the service was fantastic. The receptionist, Paula was the one who helped me among with Alanis and they were super nice, with such a great customer service and super charismatic. The service of the dental hygienist Isabel was terrific as well she did an excellent job and made me feel super comfortable. I do really recommend this place.

I visited the Doral location for the first time and I am very disappointed in my experience. They advertised a free teeth whitening for employees of the company I work for, and I thought that was interesting, so I called to verify that it wasn’t a scam. I was told that it wasn’t, and it was a way to say thanks because apparently a bunch of people from my company go there and the receptionist expressed how we had good insurance. I should have l known right then and there that it was all a ploy to get insurance money.Well I show up and hour early for my 11 appointment for the checkup and cleaning so that I can get my teeth whitened. Dr. gandara looked at my teeth and said I had 8 cavities. I get my teeth cleaned regularly and I’ve never had any cavities before, so i found it interesting that I go to a new dentist and I have 8. I tell them I don’t want any fillings, cause I want a second opinion. One of their workers comes to me and says “your insurance will pay for 5, don’t you want at least 5 of them filled? “ I still say no. Well then all of a sudden the hygienist becomes “too busy” to do my cleaning and asked if o could come back another day. I basically went in and they did nothing.I will be sure to warn all of my coworkers if their unethical behavior and I hope anyone reading this will proceed with caution when booking an appoitment***update: i went to another dentist the following day and was told that I had no cavities, confirming my suspicion that Dr. Gandara and her staff are committing insurance fraud. ***

During my vacation trip to the USA I had a dental emergency, at that time I really didnt know where to go, I happily found a Dental Specialists office in Fontainebleau, Miami. Thank God I found them! Because of the toothache I had I was really angry because I didnt expect this to happen to me, but when I walked into the office the attention and care they really gave me made me feel calmer and I definitely knew I would be in good hands. The Dental Assistants and Dr. Krikorian made it possible for me to continue enjoying my vacation trip, the treatment to eliminate the cavities I had was really good that I really have to recommend. Excellent dental service and staff. I had an urgency and they saw me immediately. The cleaning and crowning of my tooth was painless. Both done on the same day. They even found a financial group to finance my expenses, while I had my procedure done.

The service was great. I had a tooth ache on a Sunday and I couldnt find a Dentist. My dentist is closed on Sundays. I was fortunate to get an appointment. My waiting time was short. I was able to see the the dental assistant and the Dentist. They took my exray and diagnose my ailment. Paola at the front desk was very knowledgeable professional and helpful. Infact the whole team are a group of great professionals. Ill definitely recommend them in the future.

His team was great and he did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and listening to what I had to say. He kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. It felt like a used car dealership, I was pushed to buy implants that my insurance didnt covered, they rany credit to find a way for me to get the implants, but at the end Im still in pain, because they didnt pull out the molar that hurt, because they wanted for me to get what they were pushing for. This place is not a dentist office is a used car dealership, that they are so desperate to sell you a car that they forget to care of the people that go there for a actual dentist care.

I came here due to the good reviews on google! Honestly it is amazing how fast and effective their procedures are. I needed an emergency root canal and Dr.collazos and his assistant were able to perform the procedure correctly and most import NO PAIN. Melissa front desk personal, is very professional and customer service is beyond excellent. In minutes Melissa was able to help me with a payment plan and to be able to cover my future procedures and schedules, everything at a very reasonable price. Today 2 weeks after with a temporary crown that never felt, I’m here to get my ceramic crown and I’m very happy with my results. I’m getting another procedure done today as well and so far everything is coming out perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Dental specialist of Doral and Dr. collazos and his assistant danalis. I had an emergency extraction on a Saturday I was in so much pain it was unbearable no one was available except here I absolutely loved my experience here I felt very well taken care of, they quickly got me to the back numbed me up so I can think properly and went over all options with me, the price was very affordable for an emergency. overall I had a great experience & I would most definitely recommend someone here !!

Very unprofessional , I made an appointment 1 week before I went to the office, after reaching my appointment on a Saturday I found out at that the doctor couldn’t see me because they didn’t verify my insurance during the week and they had problems verifying it on a Saturday. The doctor ‘s answering service was terrible, the answering service for the dentist office had a cordless phone outside the office scheduling calls while load music was playing in my ears ... very unprofessional...I drove 22 miles from Pembroke Pines to Doral only to be told they couldn’t see me because my insurance wasn’t verified.

Amaizing place , if you are looking for an oral surgeron in miami florida. The services was pain free , the oral surgeron was super friendly and make sure i was ok during the entire surgery, the assistant nurse was super sweet same as the girls at the front . I was so scare to remove my four wisdom teeth at once but im glad i did and its all over thanks to this office . Also they had the best prices .

My name is thalia and i visited this dentist office about a week ago planning my wisdom tooth extraction, i had an incredible experience the doctor (Dr.Frank) was so kind through the entire surgery and he helped alot to calm down my nerves sense i was having the surgery with local anesthetic. Overall i recommed this place lady in the fromt gave me a good reasonable price for the surgery and overall im happy ill go back!

I was in pain all night and I found this 24 hours dentist near me and I called and surprisedly the answer the phone and gave me an appointment at 9 am dr Exposito was super gentle and made sure I was comfortable during my wisdom tooth extraction. Tried to charge me $1300 saying my insurance didn’t cover it. I went to another dentist and my insurance covered everything except $34. Total BS. Do not trust.

I have been looking for a good dentist for years and had not been able to find one near me that was a good place to go. This place is perfect! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The hours are very flexible for people with a 40 hr work week. Dr. Krikorian knows his stuff and is very nice and friendly. The ortho they work with, Dr. Ciro, explains everything and is extremely nice as well. I hope to have this place as my dentist office for many years to come. :)

WORST experience ever I shouldve checked the reviews before going here because theyre all bad reviews just like my experience! I came here for an implant that came out horrible and SUPER expensive and then I had to go back to fix it and get a different crown, then about three months later the crown fell off and when I called them to get it fix they told me to go all the way to Ft lauderdale to get it fixed because only the doctor was able to do it. I ended up going to a better dentist and they never even called me back to see if I was tooth was okay. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was reluctant to return but I had no choice because after Multiple visits attempting to repair incompetent work and asking for my money back, there responsewas for me to return so they can try again. Now I just left and they want to attempt a more expensive route in comparison with the original price. Let’s see if they value me as a client and if they can change my mind and regret for using them.
