I had a toothache for 5 months. Two dentists referred me to many specialists and I had no result. Finally, I came to Dr. Maria Alvarez at South Florida Dental Group and the first time I saw her, I had an improvement. But, like the other dentists, she needed a specialist opinion. At my second visit, based on the specialist report, her competence and her professionalism, my problem was solved.

Thank you Dental Group (Eureka) for your kindness and knowledge. My dental procedure was great with no problems. My experience was quick and easy and the front staff is so friendly . Thank you guys!!! I will be recommending this office to others.

The eureka office is great. The customer service from the ladies in the front I believe is Karla and Raisa was excellent. They were helpful and the dental office was clean and my dental service experience was perfect . Thank you I highly recommend them!

This place deserves 0 stars. The people that work here are completely incompetent! After a few weeks of making an appointment for my daughter I called back to verify the time and they had no record of an appointment. They were able to reschedule her at a 5pm appointment. When we arrived for the appointment I saw that they close at 5 and they again had no record of her appointment! They then said they couldnt see anyways because she is 3 years old. They knew her age and date of birth everytime I called and could have saved me the trouble months in advanced. This on top of the fact that the employees barely speak enough English to understand the basics of what a patient needs. Dont waste your time considering going here!!!

Bad experience. Went to office to have a very painful molar pulled. Dentist wouldn’t pull tooth for medical reasons, and referred me to an oral surgeon. Thant wasn’t the problem. The oral surgeon needed the x-rays that where taken before he would see me. When I asked the office for the x-rays I was assured I would receive them by the end of the day. At the end of the day I still had not received the x-rays that I needed for treatment and was assured that I would have them the next day. After calling the next morning for the x-rays I was told they where busy and would provide me the x-rays when they had time. I wasn’t happy with the explanation, so I explained to them that I am in serious pain and insisted that they email the x-rays as promised. The office person told me that she didn’t like my attitude and hung the phone up. Still in pain and they don’t care. Inhumane and unacceptable.

Ive had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed here. Very professional. Clean work space and fast service. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and caring.

I will like to give 5 start to these office. VERY CLEAN PLACE. I LOVE DR ALVAREZ. DR EXPLAIN THE COMPLETE PROCEDURE . THE FRONT DESK LADY HELP ME WITH MY PRESCRITIONS VERY EASY GOING PEOPLE. THEY CALL ALWAYS TO REMIND MY 6 MOTHS APPOITMENT FOR MY CLEANINGS. THANK YOU DR ALVAREZ AND THE DENTAL GROUP OFFICE .I WILL RECOMEND THE OFFICE.

Well a couple of things turned me off during my visit.First thing when I booked the appointment I made it for 11am, when I was called to be reminded about the visit, the receptionist told me the appt was at Noon instead of 11am. The day of the appt I was called two hours before to come in at 11:30a. Second, I’ve been to a couple of dental office and I’ve never been expose to so much radioation, it was ridiculous. Felt like they took a picture for every other tooth. During the panoramic X-ray, there was no body shield provided. Lastly once the DR. was done examing my mouth, the tools used on me looked very dirty and rusty. If you could avoid this office at all cost, please do! This visit was filled with dirty utensil, long wait times, and office staff having loud personal conversation amongst themselves.

Used to love until my last cleaning I had so much pain when medication wore of 5 person cleaning hit a nerve have been sca2 to go back I never want that last. Person to ever touch my mouth again

Too bad there is no zero-star option because it is the least that this business deserves, call to request information and the manager answered me, a person with a lousy, disrespectful attitude, with a PREPOTENT AND ARROGANT tone of voice, as if whatever you were Asking her for something as a gift, it was enough for me to start a dialogue with her so that I did not want to or look out of said office.A call to Bright Health to call attention to this business, because in a few words it implied that this company was like having a Walmart coupon.

I only give 2 stars for the dr who is very good but if I could give 0 stars to the front desk staff I would! Im tired of making an app for my husband and the day he has to go they call him and tell him no that his date was 30 minutes before and that he missed it! Or when he goes they tell him no that his appointment is for two days later! They do not feel like working and what they do is dispatch the patients by changing their appointment! We have taken about 5 appointments with them because they are on the corner of my house and if I have been able to attend 1 it has been a lot !! Because they always call to cancel or say no that his appointment was earlier and that he already missed it! Even calling him and setting up the appointment two days before, they are able to say that his appointment was not at that time! Horrible job and costumer service! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!

I give 1 star because to give your opinion you have to put at least 1, but this clinic is terrible, if you dont want to be given a bad diagnosis and cheated, DO NOT GO to this clinic, they are the worst in Miami, they are not professionals, the Rx bad , the fatal hygiene, they gave me and my son a false diagnosis, luckily we went to another clinic where if we found real professionals who solved my problem ... I hope my opinion helps them to be better!

I am happy to have come to this office since the girls at the front desk, the assistants and Dr. Alvarez treat you in a special way, with a lot of education and humility.
