Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Schmeiser are miracle mouth workers in Miami! For someone who hates visiting the dentist, they make it an absolute pleasure. Their entire staff is super friendly and helpful, making office visits warm and welcoming. And theyre techies too, so communicating with the office or re-scheduling via text is second nature. They even follow-up the next day and check-in on you. So nice. Do your mouth a favor and visit Kendall Breeze.

Im truly disappointed of how this office is being handled. WHAT IS GOING ON? My younger sister went for an appointment a couple days ago, I believe they did not even take the time to check what was covered by her insurance and what was not, after taking some X-rays they proceeded to charge her $400 in advance for a routine cleaning and a filler, telling her that the insurance would send a reimbursement. Once done with the treatment, they tell her that the insurance was EXPIRED! I want to know, what kind of serious dental practice doesnt check that everything is well with a patients insurance BEFORE proceeding with treatment. It is clear to me that they dont disclose what they need to...what a shame.

Dr Rodriguez SAVE MY LIFE on 5/15/21;I had a surgical procedure done at another dental office on May 5/5/21. After 3 days I started suffering from what they called dry sucket. Where they extracted my tooth got infected.After being neglected. I decided to look for another dentist, that’s when I FOUND Dr Rodriguez! On 5/15/21 he put me under is care and today June 17 my follow up visit, I can say THANK YOU Dr Rodriguez for you professionalism, bed side manners and a staff that reflects your personality.Blessings and merry thanks 🙏

I remember going to this dentist one time many years ago. The dentist claimed I had six cavities. I went with my gut feeling and got a second opinion because I didnt feel like I had any cavities. Turns out I was right and this dentist was just trying to scam me into paying them for something I never had. Should have taken legal action back then but oh well. Just steer clear of them!

They charge you up front then bill your insurance for reimbursement.Came in for my appointment and had to sit down and chat with the office manager for an uncomfortable and awkward briefing where I was made aware of their new payment process... would have been nice to get the notice prior to my arrival or at the time of booking.

Doctor Eduardo Rodriguez, in my humble opinion, is the best practitioner in the business that I know of. I am totally satisfied with my dental restoration. Too bad more of his peers don’t measure up.

I was referred to this office by one of my close friends to receive dermal fillers and it was such a great experience! All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the place was super clean. I had Dr. Sharon and her assistant Stephania - the two were perfect. They made me feel comfortable (I was a little nervous about having a needle in my lip) and answered any questions I had. When it came time to do the fillers I barely felt anything, the doctor was so gentle and fast. It’s been over 5 hours since the procedure and I feel zero pain. After it was done they gave me all the advice I would need for after care which was perfect. Overall everyone was really welcoming and friendly and that’s something that means a lot to me when I go to any doctor’s office. I’m so happy with how my fillers came out and I can’t wait to see what they look like in a couple days! Thank you to everyone at the office!

Believe the bad reviews. This dental office is truly a nightmare. STAY AWAY!!I first time I visited this office was in 2017 and I got fooled into paying for their treatment plan. I financed the treatment after my insurance paid for the rest of the services. Through the following years, I continued to witness the great amount of turnover in their staff. It felt like every week someone quit and got replaced by someone worse. Dr. Schemeiser is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. A treatment that was suppose to take 8 months, took 2 years to complete and every time I attended, I would be harassed and told I owed money for services I had already paid for. I cant understand how this business remains open.

This place is a SHAME... it is sad how can they SCAM their customers when they are health providers..They called me all the time trying to make go back there for my second dental cleaning which they had told me it was covered under my health insurance I got there and they were even trying to make me get a job I already had done at their office at the beginning of the year..... then they told me that because of COVID I had to pay in front $230 for a cleaning which was not even good and super overpriced and that I was going to get reimbursed by my insurance company within three weeks.. turns out they no longer belong their network and I was never reimbursed but lied... they are a mess only trying to get people’s money they are probably telling patients they need to get unnecessary treatments .. super disappointing... Do Not Visit this place ever!!

Came in for a hurting tooth, the dr said it could not be saved and left the room to find out how much it would cost after insurance. 10 minutes later he tells me $290. I am happy with the price and he removes the tooth. Couple months later they call me saying insurance will not cover and if I dont pay they were going to send me to a collection agency that goes after my assets. If I could give 0 stars I would

Has previously thought they were different than other dentist places. I was told that my treatment costed one price and even had to pay hundreds of dollars for the difference that my insurance didn’t cover. Four months later I’m getting billed more money because they treatment was completely covered by my insurance. They are were not clear in explaining this and now when I spoke with them they tell they work based on estimates! This is poor business practice. I will pay them my bill but they just lost a patient and will take my business elsewhere.

Office staff is great, nurses are great, both dentists are great. Everyone makes you feel like home there. They care about the patient and it’s clear in their work. Got my 4 wisdom teeth pulled out, had a meltdown because I was scared, and everyone took care of me medically and emotionally. Since I came home, I have not felt one ounce of pain. THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE. I visited this office once 6 years ago. They have continued to call, email and send mail to my home trying to schedule another appointment. I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their contact list. They agree and keep calling. All I can say is family. No office has actually taken the time to evaluate and thoroughly exam me. The doctors are very kind and dedicated to seeing me happy and healthy. The hygienist is very skilled and kind. Everyone is the front always greats me and never fails to tell me to have a great day. I would recommend this office to anybody. I have no insurance and I still would rather be here!

I am very happy about the service I received. First, the dental office doesn’t smell one hint of a typical dental office, it smells so clean! I love how personal each employee I spoke to was! I got all four wisdom teeth taken out and I was in no pain at all! I was able to work the next day with no problems. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone I know!

It took me a while before writing this review as I was so upset with the treatment at this office: it is a two faced establishment. They give you their best face at first- meeting the staff, the Drs and being open. Once they do the exam they diagnose you with everything you can think of. They make drawings for you, explain how life threatening gum disease is for you and how contagious it is. They push a treatment plan on you of thousands of dollars and leave you alone with the financial coordinator to run your credit to push a credit line on you. You feel so pushed and shoved that you accept. They tell you you can speak to them whenever with any questions and when it comes down to it, they never answer. I went to get a second opinion and had NOTHING that they originally said. They charged everything to the credit and have yet to respond on my refund. You call and they give you the run around that you have to come in-only to be cornered and bullied by the Drs so you do the treatment they want yet you dont need.I googled the Dr and he is part of a Scientology scam who teach them how to push treatment on people, and use social techniques to pressure you.They are trained bullies- so please beware!!! You will waste your money or never get it back!!!!

A little strange that they have only 5 star or 1 star ratings? I think the 5 stars are their friends and the 1 stars are customers. Wish there was a no star option! They lied about being on an insurance providers network. 5 requests to send a statement of services which would have told us that. Never gave it. Then after work was performed Oh no, were not in the network. Could have had services done much more reasonably elsewhere. NEVER GOING BACK.

We absolutely love Kendall Breeze Dental !!!! As soon as you walk in the office staff are welcoming you with a smile. I took my daughter to get a second opinion on wisdom teeth extraction. The first doctor we saw was adamant about removing them all and wanted her to take Percocet. Dr. Rodriguez was very honest and told us that our 14 year old daughter did not need that procedure done yet and that a 14 year is not given Percocet. We felt very reassured by his explanations. We ended staying in their practice!!!

Be very careful. They play nice, but have no problem ripping you off. Went there a few times over a 12 month period. Seen one dentist who said I had no cavities. She told me I need deep cleanings every 3 months Went back 3 months later and the other dentist said I had a cavity. He didnt bother to look at my xray. They never told me they were out of Network when I questioned the costs for everything. Granted, I should have asked. Never going back. Found an honest dentist in the falls.

I loved this place when I started going 3 years ago. In hindsight I was extremely naive. I got a implant that was not spaced properly. Now I have to carry dental floss everywhere because food gets stuck in the tooth EVERY SINGLE DAY. Plus the implant is much smaller than the rest of my teeth. I also paid close to or over $3,000 for a root canal. I said I’d rather pull it, but the dentist said he wanted to try and save the tooth. A few months later I ended up having to pull the tooth anyway and I was not given a refund or any type of credit. That was $3000 down the drain I should have listened to my instinct, but I chose to listen to the “professional” and it literally cost me thousands of dollars. I decided to leave this because that is not right. I wish I could sue for malpractice, but that would cost a lot of money that I don’t have. Please do not go this dentist.

It has been almost three years to the date since my initial review of Kendall Breeze and i have been truly DISGUSTED in this company!!! I have attempted to schedule a cleaning for over four months only to get the run around...example: 1. no return call to schedule, 2. When i call they claim to only have one person cleaning who just happens to be on vacation for the next month 3. Theyre only taking appointments for work OTHER than cleaning. I have also tried to make appointments with the dentist who did my initial work as i have become increasingly disappointed in the job. Cant get an appointment with him either!!! I have spoken with Sarah and Adrianna of the office staff, both whom have lied and not kept their words. Please! Please! Please! DISREGARD my first review!!!!!! Their new staff and new practices are going to run this Denistry business into the ground!
