Every person I met in the office(Dr. Cárdenas, Dr. Lamberti, hygienists Yeni and Rosy, and their wonderful dental assistants Adi and Betty) was courteous, friendly, and professional. The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. They really took the necessary time to do everything right. Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. The entire team is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thanks to the entire team. Dental Solutions of Miami is by far the greatest! I live in Hialeah and I make the trip there without a problem. People always wonder how or why I would look forward to going to the dentist and it’s because they are so welcoming and make the whole process enjoyable. Diane at the front desk is always so pleasant and helpful with insurance and appointments. When it comes to the cleanings, there is no one like Rosy! She’s incredible. Dr. Cardenas and Dr. Maya are so knowledgeable and caring! I will be a forever patient.UPDATE:I referred my boyfriend and made an appointment for him to get a cleaning. I told him who he was going to see and raved about my past experiences. Turns out he was put with a different hygienist and another doctor I had never met. When you refer someone you are vouching for the people who personally service you. I was a bit disappointed that I was not told he was not seeing Rosy or Dr. Cardenas.A few weeks later I had my first cleaning of the year and sad to say it will be my last here after almost 10 years. At this last appointment, I walked in and went straight to get my cleaning with the best (Rosy). About halfway into my cleaning, I see Diane at the door telling Rosy something about a doctor and in network. I literally was in the middle of the cleaning and I am being told now by Rosy that I will not be seeing Dr. Cardenas. I thought maybe it was just this time or something so reluctantly I saw the new Doctor that was sent in. The appointment was done and I made the next one for 6 months. Later in the day, I receive a phone call from the office and I am told they need to reschedule my next appointment because the day I was given is not a day that the new doctor was going to be there. I did not understand, so I had to ask why I was not going to be seeing Dr. Cardenas any longer. She advised me finally that I need to see the new Doctor from now on because Dr. Cardenas is no longer in network for me. Now, this I can understand. However, after almost 10 years I do not believe that was the way I shouldve been told. I should have been advised face to face either before or after my appointment with the changes that were going to be made. I told her to just cancel my appointment and she advised me she was going to let Diane know what happened. I waited a few days to see if by chance I would receive a phone call or something maybe clearing up the situation but nothing... I am very disappointed because as per my last review, I come to this dentist because of the people and the experience. I drive almost 40 minutes to get there and then 40 minutes to go back home. However, I guess I was just another patient and keeping me as one was not a priority. Things were not handled in a professional manner.

I cannot say enough great things about this entire facility. They follow Covid-19 protocol 100%. I have been going to them since I was 15 years old, not only do they go above and beyond for all procedures but they do it so happily. Diane is such an amazing person! Dr. Cardenas is a genius! I had a complicated situation with my dental implants and crowns and he was able devise a less costly procedure to correct the problem because he kept pursuing alternative solutions. Im very satisfied with the work and the result, to say the least!

This past Tuesday, I went to my dentist Dr. Cardenas, who is considered by all my family as the best and friendliest dentist, who along with his group of employees, professionally trained from the receptionist, to Rosi. It was a wonderful experience!
