Forget it , I got an appointment at his office in mercy hospital , I waited 2 hours to just to see him.. not acceptable , I mean it when I say 2 hours !

I didnt have a good experience with this doctor. First of all, the attention is not good, I had to call many times for my results and I got it after many calls, a test result that is supposed to be ready in 3 days, I got it almost a month later. Also, I paid my Insurance deductible, and I still received a bill in the mail. I called my Insurance and they told me I didnt owe anything to the them. The amount was less than $ 300, but this doctor sent me to court.UNBELIEVABLE, SPECIALLY DURING THS PANDEMIC !! That means this doctor doesnt care for nothing else, but money.I did not have a good experience with this doctor. He is a very good Cardiologist and Cardiac Interventionist. I recommend it.Twenty years ago, Dr. Palacios saved my life when I was in the middle of the procedure (doing a catheterization), he gave me a myocardial infarction and managed to finish putting the three stents I needed and brought me back to life. To this day I pray for him and I thank him for saving me.God grant you long life Dr. Francisco Palacios❗🙏
