My father made an appointment weeks ago for today at the Kendall Office we provide them all the information over the phone including the insurance information and when he arrived at the appointment they told him right there that they don’t take his insurance. It is disrespectful, irresponsible and unprofessional the fact that they waited until he went to the appointment to tell him, specially because we spoke with the office on Friday and they informed he was confirm for his appointment. They obviously already knew as they didn’t even ask him for the insurance card when he arrived and the moment he gave his name they told him. He had to take off work and if we had known they didn’t take his insurance we could’ve been looking for another cardiologist. I am giving this place 1 star because if not I wouldn’t be able to post this. Unbelievable the waste of time and the lack of consideration they have.

Doctors are excellent, very happy with their services but front desk staff is rude and unfriendly they need to be trained to have empathy with patients and family.

Dr. Polanco is the best doctor ever. He has a lot patience and passion for what he does. He is kind and he cares about his patients. Sometimes, you may have to wait, but its just because he takes the time to listens to every patient like the good old days!

Came to visit this doctor with my father for his appointment. Waited 2 hours and no doctor. I had to leave for work and was not able to attend the appointment. I made sure to arrive early and blocked my schedule with what I hoped was more than enough time. So disappointed at the blatant lack of disrespect of patients time. This is completely unacceptable.

Pack a lunch and maybe a blanket, the over booked waiting room and an appointment just means you will Wait 2hrs after your time
