Love the service Daniel provided us with! Super friendly and helpful, and as someone who’s worked in retail before I’ve come to appreciate genuinely good customer service whenever I go out somewhere. He helped educate us on multiple items they were carrying and was extremely willing in answering any of our questions or concerns. We need more Daniels out there.Give this man a raise!

This is my favorite cannabis dispensary in the state of Fl! If you’re looking for premium high quality products and excellent customer service look no further, this is the place for you. Their black line cartridges are the best in the market. I absolutely love the Atlas 450 mg cart! The level of professionalism and customer service provided by the staff here is going to be hard to match anywhere else. Special shout-out to Richard who is truly the best of the best. Fluent is one of two places in this area that sells legitimate edibles. They have a nice selection and they are priced reasonably. The service is excellent and I never had to wait in line foreign unreasonable amount of time. I also like the general atmosphere in the way the place is set up. I highly recommend that you get your medical needs filled at fluent

We had an exceptional experience with Dakota Smith, who was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions, even though we came only a few moments before closing. Weve only had very positive experiences at this location and are not surprised since he is one of the managers and must be training others as well. Will certainly return.

A wonder dispensary with a kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Eric, Richard, and Maria have been especially helpful getting started with the process. The business is clean with a great variety of products to suit your needs. The points program is also another great aspect as they do appreciate their customers. Be patient when approaching location as traffic can be difficult at times.

I have only been to this location three times, and every time it is always a pleasant experience. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Today the employee who helped me was Richard. He was very patient and good with suggestions on what was best for me and what I was looking for. I did not feel rushed and he was able to answer all the questions I had.I would recommend checking out this location.

I visited Fluent Dispensary in North Miami Beach and was greeted by Fluent attendant , Richard. He informed me about the variety of products available. Richard didn’t just rattle off the names but went into specific details about the products. I went to Fluent for the first time on Monday just to purchase some gummies as I was pressed for time and wow was I impressed !After waving my first purchase discount I went back on Friday to get stocked up !Dakota was amazing and went above and beyond to explain everything I needed to know and provided me new knowledge of the products!I will tell you this was the best place I’ve ever been and will be spreading the word !! Fluent (previously named Knox) is one of my top dispensaries in south florida, I have this one located five minutes away from my job so is extremely convenient.Their location is not the best and I am aware theres a couple of requirements is for them to be at a certain distance from specific businesses or residential areas but even know it hard to leave their establishment during peak hours the inside of the location is totally worth it. Its modern, clean and simple and it makes the atmosphere very relaxing.I havent had any issues with any of their staff so far, their receptionist all the way to the sellers are extremely friendly and are always asking you about your experience with the products. Although I pre order online to avoid having to have a long conversation (introvert.)I like their reward program ( make sure to ask once if its your first time there since they do not really promote it and I lost all the rewards from my first purchase) and their online ordering or express pick up.They rarely carry flower and when they do it runs out pretty quickly but I believe thats with every single dispensary out there, their flower is alright abs it runs you for $50 per 3.5gram or 1/8. I have tried their indica strain Odra, hybrid and Sativa Subra, their buds are well trimmed and look pretty fresh. As far as their pre rolls I havent like them so far, both flower and pre rolls thc content vary all the time even if you get the same strain so keep an eye out.They concentrates are to die for though and vapes work great. Two thumbs up for this company although they do run on the expensive side.

I was in the area and since renew my medical card I decided to go in its has been a long time, I was inform that although my medical license is current I have to go see a Doctor???? This will be the third time I was sent to see a Doctor by this place, So lets do the math License $95 Doctor $175 0ne gram cartridge around $100 what a scam (it cost $30-$40 on the street).The worse1. dispensary2. The doctor3. The statewhy Fluent the worse? Because making one gram product cost $1-$5A Doctor can give you a prospection pill , to see him cost less than $100 and you dont have to go see him every time you need more.The government has doing me wrong since the Army I expect that from them, Its over 90 degree today was hot and I felt that I was treated like a Hippie. Why have a card and go through all that? Never doing that again.

I have been purchasing tinctures from first Knox, now Fluent for years. I had a problem recently so I took a trip to NMB. I spoke directly with the General Manger, Lawrence. He took super care of me and resolved the issue(s) to my total satisfaction. I have great knowledge of medical cannabis. My doctor doesnt prescribe for me. I tell him what I want. Fluent is the only dispensary in Florida that has anything close to exactly what I want in tinctures. Excellent products.

I was traveling in Miami and stopped at Knox because they were open at 10 am on a Sunday morning. Placed my order online beforehand and found the website was easy to use and navigate. Received text messages from the Jane system updating me on my order status. Walked in at 10 am and I was the only patient there and was greeted pleasantly. The store itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. Tim who assisted me was very friendly, informative, and thorough. The entire visit was less than 10 minutes. Looking forward to trying their products and I hope they are as satisfying as my store visit was.

I went their when it was first know as Knox and it was awful. The lady didn’t even know wheat volts the battery they gave me was. I proceeded to purchase 2 carts at that time and one ended up being defected. When I brought I back, rather than exchanging like every other dispensary would do they twisted the cap a bit burnt a quarter the oil to make sure it was “properly burning” and gave me the nearly empty cart back. I then returned when the name was changed to fluent thinking maybe they bettered the place. They refused to give me the second time patient discount even though it was my second time. After arguing they finally agreed but said if I use it I won’t be able to use my third time patient discount. Knowing I wouldn’t return due to the poor service I accepted it. In that order I asked for the $5 pre roll to reach the $200 limit. Instead they gave me a $5 pack of poor quality papers. All their products are extremely over priced and they are clearly in this for the money and not to help patients. Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive to any other dispensary. You’ll end up more satisfied and spending less money.

I am speechless at the quality of not just the Polaris Flower (which helped me with a major back pain and problem that I was crying almost hysterical from the pain) but at the amazing attention and care from Mr. Lawrence and the entire staff at Fluent in North Miami. They definitely care A LOT and it shows ❤️🥰. Thank you to everyone with all my heart ❤️!!. The flower is truly a miracle!! I went from not being able to move my right arm fully and painfully walking (which I needed assistance to do) to almost a rather faint pain which has become bearable and now I can even walk on my own!!! Miracles are right here on earth, this amazing plant took away just about all the pain. I just can’t believe I can walk in literally under 30 minutes!!!! I can barely feel the pain ❤️ Thank you!!!

I dont have any complain with the location or their product. I have a terrible experience always with customer service specially with operator by the name Olivia very rude not able to help at all. Do they take in consideration that all this medication is self pay and we are the ones that makes them rich????Every month I have to speak to a manager to obtain the product I need.

The Employees here treat you like a customer should be treated. They take time out to educate and give you choices of different types of product.

WASTE OF TIME!!!! Went there yesterday. Place was empty with patients. Two employees sitting at the entrance and two employees in the dispensary itself. Nonetheless, was made to wait for over 30 minutes. Once they let me in, they explain they have zero flower other than pre-rolls. And the pre-roll special, which isnt special at all, is for 1/2 gram pre-rolls, not the 1 gram pre-rolls every other dispensary offers. Oh, and did I mention that even with their discounts the pre-rolls are way more expensive than other dispensaries.

Wish I could give a negative review like negative 10 star Because at this despensery was the worst experience I’ve ever ever had at any despensery I was waiting outside for the doors to open I was greeted by a very unprofessional security guard I have ptsd and other diagnoses aswell beside the point I was on the phone with my girl and he walked up unannounced knocked on my window and said what are you doing here for with the slickest tone then proceeded to harass and bother me and a friend about waiting for my medicine i arrived at 920 am doors open 5 before 10am also it’s public property on any parking lot any where even federal buildings parking lots are public domain long story short unacceptable for the guard to harass me all he had to do is ask for my medical card
