I’ve been coming to this trulieve for about 2 years. I’m taking the time to write this because I️ want To thank and give credit where it’s due to the employees. Specifically Vanessa, I’ve recently gotten helped by her twice and both times she has exceeded my expectations. She makes me feel very comfortable every time I️ come And she’s very helpful and knowledgeable. Her attitude and smile are so refreshing, I️ wish I️ could Choose to get helped by her every time! Today she was assisting Gloria, who was also a sweetheart and so helpful as well , and training her. They both were amazing!

Love this dispensary! I came here first when I got my medical card back in 2017.I remember my first time discount! My first renewal discount, my first time buying nugs behind a ceramic container, and now they have tremendous deals on whole flower. Their loyalty program pays off, the quality is fantastic, I get great deals on ground flower 🌼The concentrates are great!Edibles are fairly priced and once you taste them you wont mind the price at all. No bitter after tastes. Also they have season goodies. Cant wait to have some more ginger snap cookies this year!Overall friendly, clean, and organized dispensary. Love the text system where they text you when they have space for you inside.Cons:The parking for big trucks 🚚 can definitely become packed around rush hour its miami though.Also shady people sometimes will attempt to ask you to buy products for them inside. They however have brave staff members who deal with that if the issue arises just let them know inside.

It was always a pleasure to go into the store. The people are friendly new or old faces. Their stock goes quickly so you do have to get their specials online and pick up I would suggest. Or early Monday morning show up. I actually enjoy going to this pharmacy, at first I was nervous but they are very educated, they help me get what I needed.There are a few dispensaries around this area, I told myself I would try them all get my first patient discount at them all- But it wasn’t about that after going to the store. As far as medicine goes, these are the only place in town Id go to. They have filled this niche up nicely w their franchise store stocked with all things medical cannabis. The only thing that bothered me is that the started letting folks come in without a mask for a bit now. I go in, mask on with my wife whos the patient, who holds my money to pay for Trulieves product, but they asked if I were an individual licensee and kicked me out when i said I was escorting my wife like husbands do....rubbed me wrong and embarrassing .

I mean variety variety variety. Flower for me here is hit or miss (my beloved limited edition Alien Hash was the BEST) for me. Not that they are ever bad, just sometimes Im not into what is available, but thats a personal preference. But the gels, capsules, tinctures, cookies, RSO, etc those are all important too. Also has a great price point item to item when compared to some other dispensaries

I can’t say enough about how good this location is! TRULIEVE of Dadeland always has a great selection. The tenders are super knowledgeable and always have been friendly. Mirza and Ben are my two favorites! These guys know all the products and will help you in any way they can. TRULIEVE in general has a great return policy and the highest quality products! I give them 5 stars and always recommend when anyone asks for the best dispensary.

I went in for my first time on Friday after receiving my medical card. Starting from the check in they were very helpful in assisting me and checked me in and even told me about their first time patient discount. The place was really busy but the wait time was only a couple minutes. After going inside Fern was very helpful, and explained to me some of the differences between the products. After helping me pick between the options, he made me feel confident in my purchase. I highly recommend him. I will definitely be back soon. Great product and amazing customer service.

It is a very nice place and the staff are friendly.The disabled space was taken, so I parked on the frontage road and had a difficult time. The white parking blocks are difficult to traverse using forearm crutches and next time I may bring my wheelchair. It would be terrific if Trulieve could install an automatic front door and widen the walkways from the front parking lot to the store.Thank you and I wish you all the best.

Consistent quality product, same professional treatment every time. The RSO and THC capsules are amongst my favorite products. The capsules will really out you down if you dont have a high tolerance. I recommend getting lower than 50mg capsules if thats the case (unsure if they carry a smaller dose, most likely they do).

Absolutely wonderful people at this location. Everyone is very nice and attentive. I love Brooke at the front - she spent a great amount of time with me answering questions before getting my medical marijuana card. She talked me through the process and even explained how things would work after I got my card. Then theres my favorite budtender, Fernando R.! He is simply amazing! Please avoid this unprofessional dispensary. Pharmacists should be selling these products , instead there are long wait times, and the budtenders r in a rush to see you....alot of times security will scream at you from across the room...to put on your mask....really rude and unprofessional dispensary..also the medicine is very low quality, their labels are faulty. If you have a problem with this company report them to the Florida health department

Best dispensary in town. We just left Truelieve, even thought there was a 10 min wait which is perfectly fine with me, they accommodate me with my special needs and a caregiver that helps me. This is my home store. The store is super clean and they keep it stocked as best they can. They have been extremely helpful through the whole pandemic. All the staff are very friendly, especially Brooke who always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible!

Parking is sometimes a pain. This place has a great selection of products, really good variety. They are pretty efficient in getting you in and out, but there are rush hour times to avoid. Overall great place.

Went with a friend that just recently got his Medical Marijuana Licence , I went as his guess hoping to make the switch from having to get in the street to a more professional level but I was just push away and got my experience denide. Cause of companies like yours is why some of us still go buy from peole on the street, they treat you better and are not telling you leave when u came in to check with patience. So sad the employee ask me to leave but he cant keep his 6 feets apart. I lost all hope on supporting the legal industry. Never again .

This location is easy to get to with highways and US1 near it. This dispensary is always clean and professional. Lately ... maybe due to COVID, the inventory has changed but overall great products. I suggest for first time visitors to ask for Sammy or Fern since they are professional and pleasant to speak to. Their knowledge of the product is exceptional. Trulieve have a point system with discounts and first visit discounts are good.Missing star due to some representatives not having the patience at the time of visit. There are times I feel rushed due to the amount of people waiting. So I highly suggest to order online/pick-up. Thanks Trulieve for all that you do.

I would like to report and award a more then perfect 10 star visit to this kendal location. The manager was very kind to assist my mother in getting her meds. I had the most unpleasant experience purchasing from this particular dispensary. I had placed an order online on 1/27/21 only to receive a text the next day stating that my order was worried for pickup. I had ordered 4 items. Upon arrival, I check in and Im immediately brought in to retrieve my order, only to find that the employee was only giving me 2 of the 4 items I ordered. They did not notify me that the products were not in stock. I would have literally taken my business elsewhere simply because half of my order wasnt fulfilled. Since I was already at the store picking it up, I decided to grab substitutions for the items that were sold out. I buy a few things, including edibles and proceeded with the transaction. Once the transaction was completed and my payment was processed, the employee proceeds to tell me that I am unable to take certain items because they are not on my prescription.So first they dont tell my that my order is incomplete but then the allow me to purchase items I was unable to take. I was able to call my doctors office to fix the prescription only to find out my doctor was no longer working at the clinic. The only was I was able to leave with the items that I had ALREADY PAYED FOR was by paying the renewal fee on my state card early since I would have to see a new doctor. I understand that This was partially an error on the doctors office. Although it was partially their error, as a dispensary, they are suppose to check the prescription prior to dispensing anything. They also had the opportunity to advise me of the issues before I had arrived. I had even spoken to a clerk over the phone who simply suggested that I show up to the dispensary to expedite the order, but never advised me of the issues/complications of my order. I have prior experience as a pharmacy technician and in the real world, a mistake like this can cost someone their life. This inconvenience costed my an hour of my time and patience so due to this I will no longer be returning to this facility.

Online inventory is never correct. You’ll place an order for inventory they don’t have, and then you’ll walk in for your “pickup” and they treat you like a walk in, because they don’t even have what you ordered in stock. “We have you’re order, but it’s not fulfilled yet” (and it’s also not going to be cause it’s not in stock)But they’ll let you wait an hour before you enter, to find out that you can’t get what you want.

Today was my first time walking into to trulieve. I was greeted by a couple of people when I walked in. Extremely friendly and the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had the pleasure of being able to speak with Brooke, front desk) and she was informative, gracious and very patient with my questions. I can say the absolute same for Alex F, who guided me through my visit once I was I inside. I will come back here as many times as I can. Great atmosphere.

Products are ok for fl mmj standards, customer service is improving, theres still some conflict with how some supervisors and employees treat patients, BUT, like I said, we are seeing improvements with products and customers service so thats why I gave it a 4 star.

I told myself I was barely going to come here. That Ill try other places and see which is better... I didnt stray far before realizing Trulieve has the stuff Im looking for. The staff is really friendly, too. One con I would say about this place is sometimes the wait times are outrageous. Ive had to wait an hour and a half on more than one occasion.

Excellent bud the papaya cake at 33.33 THC was the cleanest smoke and high Ive had in decades and complete pain relief for over 3 hrs. This is the best dispensary Ive visited not only in Miami but Vegas too. Products are all high quality the staff is pleasant.funny and goes all out to make your shopping experience special. My go-to for most all my medical marijuana needs. The staff makes for an easy and awesome experience.

As far as dispensaries go in Miami, this is the better one by far, but even this one has its challenges. For one the website is rarely up to date, this makes it mandatory to walk in to see what’s available. Secondly, there is rarely any Rosin or Crumble in stock it’s frustrating to have to drive to the store to find out what’s available. As an investor in this company I’m finding it hard to see the value of continuing to purchase from them or even keeping my investments in place. Hopefully this can be remedied soon.

I went for the first time on a Friday and it was definitely not a good experience from the front staff, to the security. I am assuming because they were busy so I left. I returned on a Sunday and wow what a difference between staff and how helpful they were. To add Alexander Alex L. made it a wonderful experience, he was super patient, informative, and helpful.
