Been to this dispensary many times and this is one of the best dispensaries in this area by far! I go during my lunch time and I am usually in and out very quickly. The staff is very attentive and helpful especially Victoria! I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO EVERYONE!

The meds are good. The customer service was sub-par at best. Only two reps were working and it took forever to be serviced. I usually never have an issue here or at other locations, but the representative was clearly in her feelings at the time I was there. It was as if she was Really Trying to be nice, when she didnt want to be. I hope this helps improve their service. Will Not be recommending to this location.

One of the nicest pot stores Ive ever seen....oh wait as minute this is the ONLY pot store Ive ever seen! BUT it is nice and the people are educated and helpful. The products are kind of confusing but the people help you to sort it all out. Requires a doctors prescription to be able to purchase pot in Florida.

I had previously given this company a 2 star HOWEVER they have contacted me and apologized for the inconveniences of making my order, delivery was very timely, polite, explained the process to me right there in the driveway. This company is the future of the marijuana business. They know exactly how to do things.

Great options and for the most part, absolutely great service. I had an issue with my delivery and called their hotline. I smoked a good bit from one and noticed 2 others were already quite low, one about half way. I explained it to the lady and she condescendingly told me it started the wicking process and really wanted to leave it at that. I understand how that works, but have never seen one comes coated in sticky liquid and half empty. So, I was unsure and wanted to make sure these werent used by anyone else because I have an immune disorder. Lady was very rude, in that bittersweet kind of way, and I just needed some help. Unfortunate and disappointing.

Not only are the products never in stock, the oil is un-smokable with metallic taste and hurting lungs,they also take over an hour to answer the phone, and simply refuse to give out the number to the stores, who actually DID answer the phone. This company is being managed into the ground, whoever is running the place is obviously using too much of their supply.

I had a not so good experience with the Curaleaf DELIVERY people when they called me to confirm, BUT I decided to give Curaleaf a second chance by going to the Miami store and the difference was NIGHT AND DAY (completely AWESOME experience)... Their products are really good. I can only give my opinion on the ones I purchased (cbd, and sativa cartridges)... and last but not least, they threw some goodies for free.. Product was very dry. the containers for the flower were full of stems. product very weak. trust what I tell you its highway robbery. if u spend 100 they give you fifty off first visit, would be great if there was product inside instead of stems. felt like I bought from the streets damn shame. staff has no knowledge of whats going on. trust me quality sucks for flower and they told me it just came in, makes it even worse.

Great customer service but I find it very disturbing that 1200mls are out of stock and when ordering two 600 mls to equal each 1200ml, you have to pay more but the product is packaged in the 1200 ml bottle. Pricing should be extended at the volume pricing as long as a customer is ordering the larger volume. In find this downsell tactic to be rather bait and switch. You can easily improve your customer satisfaction in this area. I would have rated this dispensary 5 stars but this was not the first time this has happened.
