The ladies were nice, but seems she did not know how to do dip powder. Very uneven, not smooth and nail is already breaking. Not worth $50

Biohazard! Utensils are sprayed with windex to clean after using on someone else, no real sanitation. My toes are irritated dry and red. They don’t use liners on pedicure tub. My nails look like a joke.

I came in at 9:00am for my gel acrylics with Lourdes and she was late 20 minutes, I had an early flight to Cancun so I decided to get my nails done in the morning before my afternoon flight, she spent my entire appointment telling me how tired she was and guilt tripping me for booking what according to her was a super early appointment. She then got up and went to the back in the middle of doing my nails and returned 10 minutes after, she informed me she hadn’t had breakfast and had gone to eat some donuts. She proceeded with my nails and I asked her for an almond shape. She gave me a trapezoid shape instead. And while she worked on my nails I started to feel a burning sensation on the sides of my nails, she ended up filling my nails down so much she got all the way down to my real nails and now they are so sensitive it hurts when I touch the sides of my nails. She charged me $35 and it was absolutely NOT worth it! In addition, all the ladies that morning where over-weight and spoke very little English. The staff is absolutely unprofessional and they have no real talent for nails. DO NOT COME HERE TO WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME! You’ll end up leaving dissatisfied and in pain!Fair warning!!!!!

Lousy work, my girlfriend went for a manicure, and the work was mediocre, it seems that they rushed with her and left many things unfinished like the cuticle and burned her finger several times, and when placing the acrylics she did not polish them well in the bottom, which makes them not look professional.
