They criticize their employees for giving customers numbers and they do not answer the phone and sometimes for helping they treat badly those who report money to themMy wife witnesses this when she is pregnant and not being able to go to the salon, I called several times and no one answered

Absolutely loved my first visit with Annia and Yaukamis; they are very talented, knowledgeable and amazing hairstylist. I do really love my new hairstyle and I am planning to continue going to them. Either Annia or Yaukamis knows what I want and what is going to look best on me. Thank you guys for your patience and for made my hair look healthy again!Place is super clean, people were very friendly, wonderful atmosphere, and an exceptional customer service. Martica and Luis are a gem!

This salon is one of the best I have gone too. The staff is amazing and they work with you. I enjoyed my time there. They are clean and staff is very caring of their clients. My nail art came out beautiful and lasted a long time. I will be coming back soon.

COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!! I went in to get a gel mani/pedi after hearing they did great nails. The nail tech painted all over my cuticles and did a poor job cleaning them up. There were clumps of paint and my fingers were black. I understand black can be difficult to work with, but its even worse when the nail tech is so careless when painting. Along with having paint residue all over my fingers, the paint on my nails was see through. I regretfully paid $30 after the nail tech took off $10 because the job wasnt worth $30 let alone $40! Staff is pleasant, but that definitely does not compensate for the poor quality of service I received.

Hi my friends I highly recommend this salon.. To me time is very important. They were able to do everything I needed done. I felt comfortable taking my daughter with me too. They had plastic covering for covid19 protection. They have wifi and a comfortable chair for my daughter to wait for me. It surpassed my expectations. Olga did my roots. The color came out great. I explained to her my pigmentation turns orange and she was able to give me the blonde color I love. I am definitely coming back next month.

New management !!!!!! Based on all the reviews here I was extremely scared to try this place out. But, my moms friends advised for me to try it out due to the prices considering I have extremely long and thick hair. Eline did my hair dye and keratin and she was extremely nice and professional... not to mention had great knowledge to what she was doing to my hair! The owners were very nice and attentive. I will definitely be going back. Very clean place, nothing compared to what all these comments say. If you have been here before I suggest going back giving the fact that it’s new owners! I have nothing negative to say about the place and they have gained a customer ❤️

DONT GO! i know they have cheap prices here, but i paid extra for a GEL manicure and pedicure because as we all know it’s supposed to last longer and look prettier... 5 days later all my gel started to peel off my nails.. that’s isn’t their fault maybe it’s the nail polish BUT THEN i asked to speak to a manager and there wasn’t even one... there’s only the store “owner” so i had to explain my story to an employee to pass on the message the owner.. and there was nothing they could do for me... so i basically wasted my money and got robbed because i got NOTHING from the visit... i don’t recommend going here at all because obviously they don’t like to help their customers and ALSO you might get a bad gel nail polish that will peel off in 5 days.. DONT GO

I went to this salon and ask for a specific color, actually I insisted I did NOT want any color similar to red and I repeated that many times. The lady wasn’t professional at all and she made my hair dark red and when I called again complaining they were lying and saying I chose that color which wasn’t true. I chose because the lady literally lied to me saying that I would seem like a light brown. So the owner, very disrespectful told me that they couldn’t do anything for me. I Went to another salon saying hey look what they did to me, and they the lady in this new salon told me, yes honey you are right, this is RED. So this people lied to me and didn’t even take responsibility for the disaster they made on my hair. Don’t go if you appreciate your hair.

I came here at 11 in the morning on a Saturday. It was completely empty. I had a blonde lady, who seemed like the owner, literally tell me to my face “we aren’t taking appointments”. I went in there to get a regular gel and pedicure, I was confused as to why she told me she wasn’t taking any appointments. I was a walk in and I was perfectly fine I’m waiting for the nail tech to finish up with her customer. That’s horrible business turning away customers for no reason. I don’t recommend this salon at all. Horrible employees. And if the blonde lady who spoke to me and turned me away, is the owner. You are managing a horrible business.

The only reason this place would take a star is because the front desk lady is nice. Even though when I called for the appointment she asked me to hold and chatted away with other ppl while I waited n heard the whole conversation. We showed up to the mani n pedi, while I waited the other person I was with started. The lady that was attending her was extremely rude because she was asked to do gel nails instead of the regular nail polish. The lady talked to my friend like she didnt know what she was asking for so I had to get involved. After that was settled... this lady was asked to cut the nails not just file them. The lady got so mad she almost cut my friends skin while cutting the nails.. we ended up leaving without getting the full service. However we did find a better place after we left $45 for gel mani n reg pedi. They trimmed the cuticles perfect n did the bottom of the feet to standards .. the massage they gave on both hands n legs were great....its in 113 n 40 st by the dollar tree (oriental ladies) ..

Worst service one lady threw up and no one cleaned the floor. Place sucks employees dont know how to do manicure/pedicure and gossip and fights with employees.

They steal my money the lady who charge me till me $153 and I swipe my my thinking in that amount she never show me or till me that a service charge was included and I give $10 cash as a tip and they charge in my card and additional $6.99 as a service charge she never told. They steal my money I never going to come back there.

The worst experience, I went for the first time precisely because I read the reviews but I was wrong.
