This was my first time at this salon. I came in on a Saturday at 9:30am with no appointment. Elena told me she had to put some color on another lady, so I only waited till 9:45 to be seated. She was extremely nice. I told her I wanted a short cut and to remove the black color in my hair. (I have long black hair). I love the work she did and she didn’t damage my hair. Normally other salons I’ve been to dry my hair out and have me in their salons all day till closing. Elena finished with my hair at 2pm. I was so pleased. She also cut my three year old daughter’s hair. I will definitely be coming back!

Elena is a super profesional with her work. This place complies with all the COVID 19 regulations. You need to wear your mask all the time, make an appointment and everything is super clean.I really like this place. Great hair salon and clean place.

Once I arrived they took my temperature. They have great care of the customers, everything is disinfected and clean. They’re very careful with social distancing and the staff always disinfects the whole area when done with a client. I felt safe and on the other hand they have amazing customer service and treat everyone kindly. I felt very satisfied with the service received and I really recommend this salon.

Today, Elena colored and blow-dried my hair. I am very pleased.In addition, she keeps her parlor very clean and disinfected.I enjoy my visits to her shop. Pleasant. Safe.

First day back after quarantine and felt great! Elena took all safe precautions. We had masks and gloves and a very personal great service and experience.

After 2 months without being able to go to the salon, I felt comfortable and safe when I returned because of the cleanliness and precautions they have taken.

I went back to the salon today after the quarantine and I felt very comfortable, they are taking all the precautions, I highly recommend them.

This was a terrible experience. Unfortunately Elena was very disrespectful to my mother and I. We had an appointment at 11:30 am on a Saturday. We kept waiting since she had other people that she was working on. We patiently waited until 12:30pm. At that time she told us that she is going to put color for another customer who came way after us. We agreed since she said it takes only 5 min. After 15 min I told her that weve been waiting for 1 hr and 15 min and she said she will be done soon, we waited another 10 min and then decided to leave. I found this very unrespectful and bothersome. She chose to do the color that would pay her more over my Moms hair cut, a middle-aged lady whos been waiting patiently for more than hour after her appointment. I absolutely dont recommend this salon.

I have very long hair and lots of hair so finding the perfect hair stylist is hard. I came here and the staff was great and they did an amazing job with my hair. I LOVED it and I will definitely be coming back.

Elena listened to me and went above my expectations!!! I am so happy I found her. She made my hair look like a dream. Ive been wanting a balayage forever and I am very meticulous about the color not being orange in any way. My hair looks spectacular without it costing me a fortune! I will only do my hair at Elenas in the future.

Found this place through a Groupon but I will definitely be coming back for haircuts!!! Eugenio KNOWS how to CUT HAIR. He saved my hair from a SuperCuts disaster. Eugenio es MUY buen estilista. I am sure that the other stylists are great as well, but I had a great experience with him.
