The Pointe at North Gables has been a life saver for our family. Grandma Vera is very well taken care of and feels at home. Lonnie, Maybel and the entire team at The Pointe do a wonderful job of caring for their residents, and provide them with great activities and have a beautiful location. I highly recommend The Pointe to any family who is seeking an assisted living.

Theres no doubt in my mind that my mother is receiving the BEST care possible. Lonnie, and his extraordinarily caring staff do their best daily to help our loved ones feel comfortable. Having once been a hotel, The Pointes residents cant help but be greeted by natural light the second they open their doors. Thanks to The Pointe, I can enjoy some peace of mind knowing my mom is in the best of hands! And during these trying times, isnt peace of mind priceless?

OMG! I love this place! I live in Houston Texas and my dad is in Miami. So I can’t always go to see him, especially now with Covid. Juan Carlos who was very nice called me and gave me a number to call so I could see him see him via video call. What a relief I was so happy to see my dad!! I feel so at ease now. Juan Carlos even showed me his room. I can’t tell you how much that means to me that my dad is okay and being well taken care of. 🙏 Thank you!!

My experience at The Pointe was memorable. Came here with my dad to look at options for him and we loved that it doesn’t look like your typical assisted living home. We felt like we were in a nice hotel in the middle of Miami. The staff is great and very caring to all of the it’s residents. Can truly see the amount of dedication they put in to them. We also noticed some beautiful new renovations done to the property and rooms. We are dedinetly keeping it on the top of our list to consider. Thank you to all the great staff and management for the great tour around the property.

Residents did not look like they were well taken care of. Most of them looked emaciated. The afternoon snack was some koolaid or cheap juice with a few saltine crackers. One of the residents asked for more and was told to wait til the others had had their crackers handed out and if there were any left, they would get more. The facilities are old and run down. There is nowhere for the residents to go except one room, where they are taken to converse and also have meals. For the price of $4300 per month, these people are getting ripped off. There are much finer ALF that have entertainment rooms with piano, craft rooms, game rooms, libraries, dining rooms with tablecloths and flowers, and for less than $4,000. per month! This place is disgraceful and someone is getting rich off of these poor people!!!!!

The staff in this place is phenomenal. My mother cant be happier in this place, and I have seen so much improvement in her well being. I started to take the kids to see her and she has been very responsive to the point that they ask me to call her every week because they want to talk with her grandma. Thank you very much. you guys really make a difference

My parents have called The Pointe NG home for over a year now, we all feel very blessed to have found this hidden gem! The staff is amazing they are very hands on and helpful..... I feel peace of mind to know they are so lovingly cared for.

This is a converted run down motel now an elderly care facility with all rooms opening to outdoor balconies. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality, especially the food which is appalling. And the views ... onto a gas station. Not a green space to be found in the middle of an urban jungle. A money maker for the owners and nothing more. Disgraceful.
