Booked an appointment the day before. I was greatly appreciative of being able to get an appointment so soon. Office staff was nice. Once I arrived they decided to tell me that there was a mix up with my information and someone should of called me the day before. They did not and didn’t show any care to get my issue fixed on the spot. Instead offered a later appointment which I cannot make. Seems odd to offer a letter appointment if my information is messed up. Why not fix it and commit to the appointment they gave me? Very upset to wake up and start my day like this. I will never recommend sorry.

How to explain the bad experience this afternoon with a lack of consideration and concern on the part of a doctor and his team for a patient.An appointment scheduled for a week for today, and when it arrived 15 minutes before my appointment they told me that it was canceled because they made a call the day before at 4 in the afternoon to confirm and for the simple fact that the call was not answered. call they decided to cancel. Worst of all, it is not only that I missed my work day, and I really need the opinion and review of a cardiologist, but that he lies to my own face, making a call to another patient that they had to cancel their appointment because the doctor had an emergency at the hospital. And the patient told him that he was already arriving at the building. The assistant answered, ah ok then the doctor comes to see you ... what? 😳Really? As if I was not there. And after going to see the doctor, he comes out and tells me that he is very sorry that he cannot treat me because he has an emergency in the hospital 😳🤔 if that were true and if this is the emergency of a cardiologist supposedly over 29 years old From experience in the field, the person in the hospital died from lack of care.Anyway, thanks for NO, Id better find a professional cardiologist who may not have so many years of experience, but the care and health of a patient is the first thing in his career.It is shameful to have to make this writing public, but it is better that the people out there know from the more experience that other patients go through and it does not happen to them. TheMoney is not everything in life.

A part that didnt pay for the insurance was billed to me twice by the collection company the doctor chose.After claiming, the overpayment is being returned to me.Who is responsible for this error?They call it a mistake, but if I took a cell phone from the office, they would tell me a thief and not that it was a mistake.We deserve proper treatment and the doctor does not work for free.To top it off they call me disrespectful and slanderousThe courier is reluctantly.Who pays me the stress and time for my disgust?I feel sorry for the doctor. It is true that it is good, but I lost confidence in it.Only Lauren Cabrera, as a supervisor, treated me professionally.The collection company trash wanted me to wait five days for my money back. And she solved it in minutes.When it comes to returning what they take from you due to a supposed error, their hand gets stuck in their pocket.Im going to another cardiologist who is responsible.Not all that glitters is gold.
