Dr. Forte is extremely professional, courteous and extremely patient when dealing with her patients. She has followed through and contacted me personally and answers all my questions about my mother’s care. Thank you Dr. Forte 🙏🏽 Sherry is so kind and accommodating too!

The visit was very welcoming and quick. The front desk was friendly and helped us immediately. Grace, the CA I believe, was professional and made sure everyone was properly taken care of the whole time. Nadia was working with us personally, and she made sure that she asked all necessary questions and mentioned any concerns. The entire clinic seemed like a family and everything was amazing! Definitely recommending them to family and friends.

I took my father to get vaccinated at the Conviva in Miami Lakes; I was pleasantly surprised. Grace was very nice. She explained all the benefits of getting the vaccine to my dad. The place was super clean and, the staff was very attentive from the beginning of our visit to the end. It was all very organized. In general, a great experience.

The Miami Lakes Conviva was very attentive even prior to me physically arriving. The staff was diligent about contacting me on more than one occasion to prepare me for the COVID-19 vaccination. When I arrived the front desk supervisor greeted everyone who came in and asked if others were being helped. She also gave out Conviva masks, water, and a vaccine card holder! Once my paperwork was completed the staff member, I think her name was Tasha, called me to the back area. She greeted me and explained the process and asked if I had any questions and then called another person to assist me. I received my vaccine and waited 15mins for observation and was escorted to the front desk where they provided me with my vaccine card. The process was smooth and simple! I definitely recommend the Miami Lakes location to anyone!

Awesome experience. The staff were all very inviting, professional, warm and friendly and their facilities are very clean. Social distancing is exercised and hygiene stations were present. What an amazing experience I had in this place. I belive the lady who helped me was Grace. She was very lovely, caring and sweet and was able to answer all my questions and help me feel at ease. They followed all COVID regulations and where very clean.

Professionally greeted, Great place to get your Covid vaccine, no delays, With very clean rooms and observation area. Social distancing is their priority 10/10. Recommended by a friend. All you have to do it call the office Andrew your appointment right away. I received a conviva face mask and a vaccine card holder! Sufficient parking spaces, staff is bilingual and very helpful with any questions you may have. I did not feel like I was being rushed to get in and get out.

Yesterday, as every time I go to my clinic, Conviva 154 at Miami Lakes, all workers there were amiable and professional, the steps for fighting COVID-19 were the better Ive seen and my doctor, Carlos Pablos MD, explained and talk to me about my health conditions and also about the pandemic,it was a gratifying visit and I thank all of them

The employees that are in the front desk are kind and know what they are doing. The laboratory and lobby are clean and with safe and social distance.

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. I have never and I say never had a problem with this center and care. I have been going there since 2005. All the staff treat me with utter respect and professionalism. The doctors I had were all super. Right now I have Dr. Betty Forte and I could not be in better care. She takes her time explaining everything in details and all the young Ladies there great me warmly and take care of what I need.

I went to this clinic to do my Annual Physical Exam and it has been the worst experience ever. The doctor was good, but I have been waiting for the results close to a month. I went because I had a pain close to the liver and Im still waiting for the result of all the tests since the beginning of October. For your good, please try to find another clinic, my wife and I have been calling multiple times with no answer. This kind of service should not be allowed, its really unprofessional. They dont care about their patients

The worst clinic Ive been! Please do not use this clinic. My husband was on October 11 st to see a doctor and do labs and until today, almost a month we do not have any answer either any results from the labs. When you call to have a answer or any updated they do not know or just talk you that the system is down. Imagine if you have a disease and you do no have a courtesy call to give you peace in mind. This is awful, we are so frustrated and sad. PLEASE NOT USE THIS CLINIC! YOU NEED A BETTER CLINIC THAT CARES FOR US!

If your looking to die of waiting for them to give you a referral or to make an appointment go ahead. But seriously this place is unprofessional, do not care about their patients. I always have a problem with them! Not once have they gotten something right. Yes the doctor are good but what do I care about that if every time I need to get something done it’s either forgotten or not cared about. I been calling for a month for a referral, after a month of waiting lady told me there is nothing in the computer to swipe her hands.

154th St Medical Plaza has been my PCP since July, 2014. During this perid, my PCP has been changed time, two blood test results, and they process required referrals, EXTREMELY slowly. I have been waiting 2 weeks since I requested a referral to an opthamologist who is in the network. They could not find the opthamologist, until I had to call Humana. I re-called the PCP and then they were able to find the name of the opthamologist. Now I must wait several more days until the referral is approved by Humanas medical review department.I would never refer anyone to this PCP.

There hours of operation are incorrect.They are like the bank 9/5 Monday thru Friday. So if your sick you need to do it on a workday and miss out of work. Thank God for other urgent care clinics such as Baptist in Miami lakes.
