Very happy with my experience getting my cats meds compounded at Elements Pharmacy. The customer service from the first phone call to pickup was excellent. The pharmacy itself was very clean and organized - plenty of parking and great hours too. Very much recommend!

So... it sounds kind of weird to say but the pharmacy is so aesthetically pleasing! It very clean and modern and organized and I just thought Wow, its pretty in here! But more importantly than that is thewarm attitude and great customer service provided by the staff. The pharmacist took time to go over my pups medication, talked more in depth with me about the infection, and assured me I was doing all the right things. Isnt it nice when people are nice? Thank you!

I highly recommend the Elements Pharmacy in Gilbert. I have had compounded prescriptions filled there for my dogs. My prescription today was not called in as a rush order , but due to some circumstances, I had to ask a favor of the staff to see if they could dispense it in just a few hours. They were amazing! They certainly didn’t have to do it, but I am so grateful that they were willing and able to help me. I have had great customer service before, but today was above and beyond. Many thanks to the staff and especially Bradley the pharmacist!!

I have been a customer at Elements Compounding Pharmacy for a year. Over the last 32 days there were issues with getting my RX renewed. The staff continued to work vigorously with my PCP to get the RX fixed. Stephanie worked with me over the weekend and Monday while I was at my doctor appointment until the prescription was written correctly. She is an amazing patient advocate and I appreciate everything she did and the rest of the staff to make this experience a positive one!

Absolutely amazing place. Tonight, my husband was late picking up my meds and I called them to let them know he was cutting it close to when they close at 6 but said I really needed my meds (I have awful neurological conditions and cant go long without my meds before symptoms flare). They seriously stayed open a minute extra and made sure he was able to come in and get my meds!!! I am so incredibly thankful for this! They also fill meds really fast and are amazing at communicating with me by text for when my prescriptions are ready. Also, the first time I went I had milk in my medicine but Im allergic. Called them up and they redid the script for me so it was free of my allergens. I have never had a better experience with any pharmacy!!! Theyve also been great with safety protocols throughout the pandemic. I actually switched from another pharmacy whose staff werent wearing masks at the peak of the pandemic. Thank you Elements Pharmacy for A+ service every single time. You going above and beyond has earned you this well deserved 5 star rating.

Love this pharmacy! That are very friendly, fast and always have all the answers to my questions! Hands down, the best customer service in the valley! I am also surprised that their prices are lower than commercially available drugs. Bradley, the pharmacist manager, was knowledgeable and very friendly. This will definitely be my dog’s new pharmacy!

This place is awesome! Its clean, bright and inviting, and the people there are very kind. They went out of their way to fill a prescription for me quickly for my sick doggy and even went late to lunch to do it. Decent price, I would definitely recommend!!

Great experience. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I called once to let them know I was going to be arriving 2 minutes after close and they waited for me no problem. They were extremely nice even though they had waited beyond closing. I dont recommend showing up after hours like I did, but I do recommend the business!

This compounding pharmacy is always on the ball. When you need something done quickly theyre always willing to do their best to get it fast and in your hands quickly. Very friendly staff as well. They go above and beyond to make everything right. And they also ship very quickly. I have had prescriptions called in in the morning and by noon theyre already in the mail.

I don’t agree with your mask policy. It’s wrong to try to force people to wear a mask over their face. You even require customers waiting in their car for curbside pickup to wear masks, that’s going too far.

Elements does an amazing job. I have used them for compounding pet medications for several years. They are always willing to help tweak flavors to help make it work for our pets. They are friendly & and really provide personal service. Highly recommended.

For approximately the last 2 years I have had my furbabies (Chihuahuas) medication compounded here. These people are AMAZING!! Fast, efficient and super courteous. If a prescription hasnt been filled because my vet hasnt approved it yet, they will call the vet and ask if its ok while Im at the counter. Also, the prices are amazing!If you need medication compounded, this is the go to place. You wont be disappointed.

I was calling around looking for a drug that was out of stock everywhere. This was the 5th pharmacy I called today and the only one that answered immediately instead having me on hold for 20 minutes.

Lightning fast service. Vet sent script over and they called me to see if I wanted to pick it up or mail it by the end of the day. They delivered it the next day and the delivery guy had the coolest Cowboy hat on and was super nice...

I’ve been to this pharmacy a couple times to pick up meds for my cat and have always had a really pleasant experience. They’re very nice and helpful when explaining the proper way to give the meds and how to store them. This time, my prescription was somewhat an emergency since I had taken my cat to the ER in the early AM and needed the meds ASAP. After calling a few pharmacies I was told the medication was likely on backorder since no locations had it on hand. Luckily I was able get it the same day through these lovely people - Elements Compounding is definitely my go to for my fur baby!

Everyone there has been great to work with. Whenever I have questions, the pharmacist takes the time to to fully answer my concerns and has mage helpful suggestions. The cost of the medication was less than I expected as well. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

I have been using Elements for a couple of years now. My children have some allergies and it makes medication a challenge. Elements has been extremely helpful when I’ve had questions and they are friendly and professional and I can definitely count on them to take care of my prescription needs.

We found Elements a year or so ago. Our dog was sick and we needed a compounding pharmacy, never needing one previously we didn’t know where to go. Another general pharmacy recommended Elements to us. We contacted them and were very impressed with their turn around time and professionalism. We had our meds within a day, even being able to pick up that Saturday, and have never had any issues. We have continued to fill our prescriptions here since our dog’s medication is for an ongoing treatment. Especially finding out recently they also offer to mail out meds, I live close enough I didn’t need this service until recently being quarantined. I highly recommend Elements Compounding Pharmacy to everyone!

I have been running pharmacies in Az for 32 years. The staff at my Elements pharmacy is amazing. I go to them instead of using the pharmacy I work for. They have never let me down and have extremely competitive pricing. They also are so professional and kind. They always do what they promise and have things ready every time! Bradley Campbell is an amazing pharmacist! I called to see if my very busy vet had faxed in some pain medicine for our old family dog and they had not gotten to it yet. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist and explained that my daughter was in tears because her dog was in pain he immediately looked for an over the counter solution. When none was available he offered to call the vet and get a verbal script. He called me back in about two minutes and told me to come get the script. Going into a holiday weekend, that is going above and beyond the call of duty. Some pharmacists take the job for the money. Clearly Bradley Campbell is in the profession because he cares about his patients. Even the four legged ones! Thank you to him and his awesome team of technicians for being our hero’s today again. It’s not the first time they have gone above and beyond the expectations for our family!! I highly recommend this location.

I am so glad I found elements! I had my dogs antibiotic the same day, and it was Saturday!! They were the only place even open. I will continue going there in the future and I am very grateful to everybody there.

The pharmacy team at Elements has gone above and beyond for me with each compounded prescription order I have placed! Even with this pandemic and not being to make the long drive to this location for pick up - the staff quickly offered to have the prescription shipped overnight and said I could leave a cooler out front with ice if I would not be home to receive package immediately. The package arrived early this morning and included a refrigerate sticker to alert the delivery driver to not leave in the sun.This pharmacy has made it possible to provide trans-dermal medication to a pet (former feral) who does not allow any pilling. Without elements compounding this Rx for my fur baby, she would not be able to receive vital medication to help her through her various chronic illnesses and multiple diseases.Thank you, Elements Pharmacy! Great customer service!!! They close at 6 and i arrived at 6:05. The door was locked so i headed back to my car. Then the owner, Peter, came running out after me in the parking lot and asked if i had a pick up. We went back and he completed my order. I mean talk about above and beyond. Very rare these days to get that kind of service. Thank you again Peter you have a customer for life!!

We can’t express how happy we’ve been since we switched from the compounding pharmacy our vet recommended. They ship quickly & for free. They provide this cute little guide about the pet med and top of the cap is completely different from everyone else’s so it’s an easy find in a sea of medication bottles. If you need valley fever meds for your pet use elements!!!
