Doesnt even deserve 1 star. This location is failing in every aspect. Horrible customer service. Employees and management are rude and disrespectful. Go to another CVS if you have to go to CVS at all.

Whenever I go through drive through it seems that one lane is always closed without being marked closed its frustrating when you wait in line and then they tell you you cant pick up your prescription from that lane and you have to get back into the back of the line again please stop being lazy and just put a sign out there or something its not that difficult to do. Customer service is definitely lacking at this CVS pharmacy.

Its honestly difficult to think of a time they havent made a mistake with my prescriptions. Id already transferred most of them to another pharmacy because of it, and only stuck around with the ones I did because they were cheaper with CVS. Now I cant even justify doing that.

When I think of CVS Pharmacy, I think of pharmacy. But when I went in there to speak with the pharmacist , they said the pharmacist wasnt able to come in and the Pharmacy part of CVS pharmacy was closed. Not really sure how they can be a pharmacy if they dont have a pharmacist that comes in at normal hours. Kind of frustrating when Im sick and needing pharmaceutical help. Im going to stick with Walgreens from now on.
