I truly wish I could give it a good review. But unfortunately when I walked up just now at 4:09 PM (it’s Friday and rush hour but made it happen), the woman working told me that they close at four. It’s still listed as closing at six everywhere online (it has been for weeks because I’ve been trying to get my glasses repaired for that long:/) not everybody wants to drive out of their way to come here, it might help to update your online presence. It’s not one star because it’s not even like I got into the door. But as I walked up she literally told me to my face that they close at four. It’s an extremely random location, there’s no reason how I could’ve even known that if it wasn’t listed online.

Felt scammed, and was. The arms of my glasses were both replaced and both of the internal arm bars broke off at different times (the first being held together with super glue) and now I just have to get new glasses all together.

I came to Americas Best Eyeglass Repair to fix my reading glasses. I was told that they would fix them fast & low cost. Both temples were missing off the frames when I drop them off. An hour later I pick him up I paid $69 99. Which I would thought was crazy bc they were old glasses not new and the same temples were used.  1mo 1/2 later  the left temple basically unglued itself. When I went to go take it back the lady w/ the blonde hair & a lot of makeup told me I broke it & I was going to have to Pay Again? When clearly you could see that it was just glued. I paid 69.99 for one side to be welded, one-sided to be glue & to use the same temples? Sad part is that she didnt even try to offer to fix it she just wanted the money.Nah Im Good...Thx Dr. Sadaf! The audiologist that makes custom hearing aids offered to help fix my glasses.

I was their early today, and they were awesome!!! Fixed my glasses in less than a hour, and they came out better than before! I will be taking all my repair needs to them!! I have a house full of nerds who stare at computers all day so trust me we will keep them busy !!

I snapped the arms off of my glasses shortly after I woke up and there was not an option for an eyeglasses repair shop where I live (Payson). So I drove down the 87 and stopped in All American, where I was promptly taken care of. The shop may not look like much from the outside, but the inside is clean, smells nice, and well lit, with a comfortable waiting area. The service was wonderful, super easy, affordable, stress-free, and the fix is almost unnoticeable. You really have to look to see where the arms were soldered back on. I would highly recommend this business, location, and staff.

I bought a pair of Versace glasses two years ago for $375 dollars. There was a stud missing. Versace discontinued the studs so I bought another pair on eBay to use for parts for $200. These guys fixed the stud beautifully. Another stud came off the glasses I wear and once again they fixed it beautifully. I came back two weeks ago, because two studs needed to be replaced at the top of the nose and the arm was loose. The shop mistakenly fixed the spare glasses, so there were now four studs out of the glasses I wear and the glasses I don’t wear were fixed. They take them back To fix and I wait three more days. I now receive the glasses I wear with glue and scratches on almost every single stud on the glasses, that only missed two studs to begin with and had no scratches There should only be four small studs missing from the spare glasses and there is six small studs and one big stud. She says she has two of them, so where’s the last missing stud and why is a big stud missing when there was only small studs to be replaced? I tell her there is glue all over it and she says there isn’t. It was so disrespectful for her to look in my face and tell me there was no glue. I have pictures before and after. I tell her she will have to pay for them or I’ll take her to court, and she said she was not responsible, she “knows how those glasses work” what does that mean? That my glasses weren’t worth what I was saying (I have receipts) or that I trusted a company with two pairs of expensive glasses and they destroyed both of them and there’s nothing I can do about it? I paid for the repair. I have a voicemail from the partner in the business and he said the frame turned out perfect and there was no glue, didn’t give me a heads up that there were extra studs missing. Absolutely No integrity. I cried all night. I really loved how those glasses looked on me and they go with my Versace boots. They don’t make those glasses anymore and they were so expensive. I got screwed really bad and the owner admitted someone else came in with the same discontinued glasses and there’s a big stud mysteriously missing and every stud on the glasses i wear is covered with scratches and glue now!!! I’m convinced I was given the wrong glasses and like the owner said there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m not done. Small claims court is next and reporting and sending proof to BBB. It’s the principle of how they tried to hide the problem, then deny it. Do not trust this business with your expensive and precious pieces, they will not pay for what they break. Nor do they have the integrity to admit when they do. If I could give them no stars I would but I couldn’t do a review unless I picked at least one star. I will never get my property replaced and it’s a bad feeling. What makes me sick to my stomach is, they were so great the first few times but when they ruined my glasses, I became a customer who was trying to get over on them And lying. that is not what a business that deals with people’s property should do. Disgusting.

I somehow managed to snap my titanium glasses in half, and had to either get new glasses with new lenses (since the frame was discontinued), or to have it repaired.I was looking for a place to get new glasses when I found this store and decided to check it out.I came in, and had a new bridge put on for a less than a third of the cost I was prepared to spend on new glasses.Besides the hasty and neat job they did, the lady working there was extremely friendly!In addition to the repair, they also put in brand new nose pieces for me for free!Definitely the place to go for eyeglass repairs!

I was very skeptical about getting my sunglasses repaired, but this lady did an amazing job that far surpassed my expectations.

The frame over the left eye portion of the glasses snapped. I brought the glasses in and was advised by the owner they wouldnt look as nice as they normally do when she was done. I will say the owner was very kind. The fix was $40, so not exactly cheap. The frames were black so I wasnt too worried. They did come back looking fixed. In any event, I wore them for barely a month when the repair wore off. The glasses suddenly snapped while I was wearing them. The frame broke in the same spot, but there is now a quarter inch metal nail protruding from the glasses. They cannot be repaired again. They are $300 glasses, so Im disappointed with the service and result.

Shop owner is very intelligent. Brought him my bent up Hugo Boss frame and was out the door with no bends and a new bolt to clamp the lense in which had fallen out. Fair pricing and timely service.

Took my young daughters glasses to be repaired because one of the hinges broke off.. Staff was pleasant, I paid $59.00 for the repair. It was more than I expected to pay, but was told it comes with a 1 year warranty. It always make me uneasy when prices arent posted for customers.

I walked in with my extremly broken glasses. I thought it might take days if it is even possible to be fixed. I was in shock when he told me 30 minutes. I payd 750 € in Germany for these glasses. He charged me only 50 $ and after 20 minutes everything was fixed. I am beyond extremly happy. I would go there anytime again. Perfectly fixed

Very impressed with this place! They adjusted my wayfarers which were severely bent... I was out of there in 10 minutes with glasses that fit great.

I lost my sunglasses, then my regular ones broke. Rather than replacing them both, I thought Id try to just have the one pair fixed. Glen was very friendly and helpful. I left with the glasses repaired, cleaned, realigned, and with new pads, plus a pair of clip on sunglasses, so I dont have to buy any new glasses.
