My son absolutely loves his therapist and we have seen great progress since he started with them in 2020. Unfortunately ever since the pandemic started they have completely changed how you cancel/reschedule appointments. They do not answer your emails. They do not read your emails. And then they try to kick your child out of their services claiming you are a no call no show they do not answer the phones. Ive called them 5x in the past 48 hours and it just hangs up once you try to connect to scheduling. This isnt just a one time oops this had been a consistent issue since March/April 2020 that they are making no effort to correct. Ive tried complaining multiple times without as much as a simple apology. Its extremely frustrating.

Wait 4 months to see a specialist when I finally got ahold of the place (MONTHS of calling and leaving several voicemails - no response) a few days prior to verify the appointment time and date. I confirmed with the polite guy on the phone that wed be there and to please send the paperwork. Then the next day this lady emails me threatening to cancel the appointment if I dont respond. I email her back, call the office again 4 times, leaving 2 voicemails for her to call back and advise her email wasnt a threat to cancel but stating if I missed it, I would have to reschedule.. I attached the email. The actual speech therapist were amazing and great. It was the simple fact that they prescribe for your child to be seen twice a week but they have absolutely no appointments to even see your child. Then when you try to schedule one, you have the same witch who emailed you stand up, cutting off the scheduling lady to advise me of how things work and basically since wed be new, theres no room for my child.Avoid this place at all cost if you can. I have no idea why anyone would but someone who lacks personable skills in charge at their office let alone a childs development office is beyond me.

With the pandemic happening I strongly feel that this clinic is not following safety guidelines. There are far too many people that are allowed in with their children. A lot of people do not wear masks, kids as well. Another complaint I have is that parents are not allowed back during the visits and the therapist really do not go over what they are working on with your children therefore how is it supposed to help the parent out. I have been extremely uncomfortable with bringing my daughter here and sadly will not be returning.

We love this place! They have several therapists that we love, so you dont have to cross your fingers for the 1 or 2 good ones ;) The facility is very impressive with so many fun options for my boys to choose from. They feel like they are going to an elaborate kids tumbling gym or one of those expensive daycare facilities and they are excited each week for their play time with Miss Stefanie and Miss McKenzie. I would definitely recommend this office and organization over the others we have tried/looked into. Oh, and the office staff is great! Always willing to work with you and very friendly!

My son has Apraxia of speech and a lot of OT issues. Puller has been a God send to us. He went from 50 words at 3 1/2 to a full vocabulary and about 90% intelligibility with just one year at Pills. Love them!

Things were going well for our son at first. However, issues just kept piling up until we couldnt in good conscience continue giving Piller our business.Listed below are the problems we encountered;- Dirty/uncared for environment; The furniture was very worn out anddingy. There were also quotes on the walls with missing words/lettersthat just gave an overall impression of the staff not caring about thefacility.- Nothing to keep waiting children entertained except for a few torn upbooks and a tv.- Poor record keeping and communication by the staff. There weremultiple instances where the staff contacted us saying we hadnt paid abill. Fortunately my wife keeps excellent records and was able to providereceipts to prove we had paid. Once I showed up to our appointment tolearn our therapist had called out sick that morning and they wouldnt beable to see us. They should have contacted us prior. All of this could have been overlooked as our son was receiving acceptable treatment. However the final straw was that somebody in the office gossiped about a confidential issue. We filed a complaint about one of the therapists and somebody in the office contacted her with what we had said. She then somehow got a hold of my wifes phone number and proceeded to send harassing text messages.Stay away from this location if you value professionalism and privacy.

Not one to complain about a place or leave a bad review but we had an absolutely horrible experience. We waited over an hour and a half one of the visits. Customer service was terrible and the two offices we visited couldn’t get us an appointment and I had to call back several weeks later after still not receiving a response, not to mention the two office locations we visited were so dirty and this was in the a.m. when the office had just opened!
