Been waiting over 20 minutes to get some one to answer the phone then says leave a message. Same music playing over and over, puts you to sleep. When you get to the office, the office girls are doing nothing and the waiting room is usually empty. Why the wait? This has gone on for years. Some one needs to make some changes!! Not nice when patients are in pain, hurting or just have a question. My insurance company works faster. They are also waiting on the Drs office.
