The women at the front desk could not have been more gratis and or helpful! Its so nice to c someone that seems to truly love what they do. Hats off to you ladies you made me want to come back.

Great place to live..lots of amenities..

It was great, went in to pick up the fishing license and obviously its not a super busy place but everybody had masks and there is even a container for dirty pens after you use them.

Harassing people during a global pandemic for their trash barrels being out till the morning of the next day is absolutely unacceptable. My family both work late as first responders, and while I understand they are trying to maintain a standard, focus on legitimate concerns (my property has been in compliance with all recent changes and additions to the HOA’s codes.Evidently Dobson Ranch is not “the best place to live” for hardworking first responder/healthcare families. It’s a shame because the amenities are actually nice, but their office staff are rude and atrocious. They forget who pays into that compound interest that pays their salary.

Great place to live.

I grew up in Dobson Ranch and my husband and i bought our 1st home here and we have raised our family here. Homeowners are kind and take pride in their homes and community. Our kids are grown and i wouldnt be surprised if they move to the ranch to raise their families as well (our grandsons have LOVED the splash pad this summer).

The people working there were wonderful. The Mesa police officer was an asset to the force. Keep it up Mesa great job.

I grew up in DR, then I bought a home here to raise my family. The association does a great job keeping the neighborhood looking good, providing fun stuff for involvement with neighborhood activities... and keeping the dues at an affordable rate!

Unable to use the facilities in the mornings

This is a great neighborhood to live in, without high HOA fees.The parks are amazing, the neighborhoods are quiet, and I love all of the foliage.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Able to answer all our questions and gave us a map of the neighborhood and info on all they offer including a magazine they put out. Just moved into the neighborhood and love it here already!

The Dobson Ranch Association is ran by older folks that can not even justify my monthly fees...SMH weeds are out of control, streets are dirty, residents are older people the cant keep up their homes and property values are staying stagnant due to poor up keep. The ranch isnt doing what it can to keep this place great. I dont know what my fees are for other than garbage pick up.
