Ive worked for this company for more than five years, and its poorly managed. They have a very high turnover rate of caregivers and management. They cant keep directors very long and training is inadequate. Ive tried to communicate the issues with HR but they only say they are aware of the situation. The company DOES NOT CARE about its staff. I work with group home coordinators who are working 70-80 hours per week. Rise will run you into the ground and expect you to do the workload that is grossly unreasonable. So many people just quit without notice, or dont even show up for their shifts.A friend of mine was a director and she quit the company after a year. She was working full-time at a group home, including working her full daytime job as a director. This was a position I was qualified and considered to take over but I saw what it did to her.Im embarrassed to work for this company. Im embarrassed to have recommended highly qualified friends to work here.A friend of mine -- who also works in a group home setting -- gave several supervisors her six week notice for her vacation. They called her, while out of state on vacation, to ask her why she wasnt at work, and she found out she wasnt paid for her vacation time.I like working 10 hours or less per week, because thats tolerable, in a non-group home setting. On the other hand, I do like the flexibility of working here because it allows me to travel a lot, especially prior to COVID. I like the working with the clients. However, dealing with complacent coworkers and insidious leadership are my chief complaints.

For my family, RISE has been nothing more than a payroll company for AZ DDD. They did listen to my concerns but refused to make any changes. It’s very obvious their management lives in the office and not in the real world. My opinion is that RISE is all about making a buck from the state off of your and my disabled child.

I worked for company for 2 years. i loved my actual job (assisting clients) but unprofessional management & unresolved issues. seems like its all about money. Some people like myself and other coworkers even donated and put alot our own money into the home we worked at because clients didnt have Newer things! things are and were broken and old! things that have been there for 5+ years such as a couch/ dressers/ ect. coordinator would tell the head manager but most issues wouldnt get resolved. Ive witnessed alot being there, sad 😞 when head management doesnt think about the clients first and whats really better and nicer for them and their home. Very bad experience and unprofessional even had to call an officer to get my work personal stuff from group home because one of the head managers wasnt able to give me my stuff for some reason but quick and able toterminate me from a phone call. + would have to text to get answers all the time other then being able to communicate through actual voiceAND STILL havent got a response or call regarding this review smh !

Terrible place to work and a terrible place to put your loved one dont do it beware

This company provides needed services and excellent customer service to families and individuals with special needs.

I cannot express how happy my wife and I are with Rise in helping us foster and even adopt kids. Great service, great people making a great difference.

Become a foster parent. It might be an emotional Rollercoaster but the rewards are beyond compare.
