Worst banner experience yet. Terrible directions made us late. They said they could see us in an hour, then consistently rushed me through all the medical history forms. Doctor wasnt clear about anything . Kept having to ask him what he meant. Im not a doctor. Requested labs but was rushed out of office. Had to demand meeting summary and labs to make sure I got all info. MAs didnt know what the Doctor had requested. No communication between staff. Little empathy. Terrible experience. Well never go back there.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I was referred to 2 different specialists from our pediatrician and the other one wanted to put my son in a helmet without even seeing him in person. The staff here though took their time measuring, have kept a close eye on my sons development, and talk to me about our options. They really listened to my concerns as a mom and helped us SO MUCH. I can tell they care about their patients and also the parents.

The competency of the staff here is unbelievable. I was trying to get my daughter an appointment here for over a week. Her pediatrician sent a STAT referral. They said they would be able to get her in the next day. Its a week later, after multiple calls to this office I find out that the pediatrician needed to send over another paper in order for them to make an appointment. They said they hadnt gotten around to it yet. So our pediatrician sends over the files and they still do not call me back like they say they are going to. So the next day I call them and get someone on the phone and I ask why they wouldnt reach out to our pediatrician for the paperwork and now this lady says they are not allowed to ask for the documents. WHAT!! They still are being rude and dismissive of the importance of the situation. Its disgusting.Recommendation to staff: Get a new job, one where you do not have to be responsible for childrens health. It is clear to me that this office does not prioritize in its patients.Recommendation to patients: Go somewhere else.I can see that the person who sees these reviews gives the same generic response to all people who write on here instead of trying to improve staff actions.

They won’t take any patients?!?! Are you kidding? Not one of these children’s hospitals are helpful in any way. Time to start looking to Tucson for care...

The phone systems are broken. They have been broken since October of last year. Its ridiculous trying to get through. I have had medicine reactions that needed attention and it took over 48 hours to get a call back. I have voiced concerns and feel like they are not heard. I recently learned that my son is taking medications that make him prone to seizures and was never told that by any of the neurologists when I brought him there for seizures. They just told me he had epilepsy and nothing more was discussed. Turns out now it could be a reaction to the medications he was taking. Im wholly disappointed.

My daughter has been hospitalized with neuro issues since she was about 7. Dr. Cook was great. Hastriter was not but he wasnt horrible. The female Dr we have now is absolutely awful. She told my 11 year old to lose weight and she wouldnt have migraines anymore. Funny because she was overweight but the neuro meds and steroids made her gain the weight!!

Dr. Mary Baiyeri was extremely rude and aggressive towards my 1 and a half year old son and I. She would get visibly irritated when I would ask questions. She refused to give any kind of straight answer and would get extremely defensive when asked to elaborate. She portrayed herself as very unintelligent and insecure. overall she was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I would never recommend giving her your time of day, let alone pay her for an appointment.UPDATE- as the response has requested I immediately provided my contact info and have not heard back. It has been 2 weeks! After hearing about our experience, our pediatrician is refusing to give any more referrals to this location. We have seen a new specialist at the childrens Phoenix hospital and couldnt be happier with their level of professionalism, knowledge, and experience.

I have called sooooo many times to try and get the diagnosis code fixed so thay my insurance would cover the Vitamin D lab test that was ordered. Insurance says all they need is a new code and the $300 bill will be covered. I finally got a hold of the office manager Laurena a month ago who said she will take care of it, but of course nothing is done and I cant get anyone to call me back. Very frustrating that I am stuck with this $300 bill because they have awful customer service.
