I am struggling to get ahold of anyone on the phone. I have a bill I need to pay and they just will not pick up— ever. Saw someone else said they have the same issue, and they are absolutely correct. Do I need to drive myself over there in order to make the payment???

If I could give 0 stars....Heres the problem...while the care is sufficient enough. They only have about two phone lines. If youre lucky enough to not get a busy signal, you might be able to pay your bill...if the one billing person is even there that day. She is not good at returning calls in order to take a payment and they do not cross-train any other employees to take payments. So, if she is not in...which happens almost every time I call...you can not make a payment. Since they refuse, to update their system to be able to pay online...your options are limited. Also, while the facility opens at 8, their phones dont turn on til 9. Even then, they close the phones for a 2 hour lunch...so good luck trying to pay your bill. Ive never had a place who didnt want to get paid that much.
