Dr. Mickey is very thorough and knowledgeable. She takes great notes and does research on what she might not know. They are efficient, not chatty, but neither am I.

Really like Dr. Mickey but her office staff are terrible at answering the phone and Nicole her receptionist is very rude. Won’t be coming back again because the office staff are awful to deal with. Sad because Dr. Mickey is great.

Dr Mickey is an excellent doctor. Probably one of my favorite doctors I have seen and there is no question of her knowledge or professionalism. Unfortunately, her staff however, is awful at answering the phone. That is how you make appointments or ask questions. Its unfortunate, but Im going to be looking for a new doctor now. If you have the time to call a few times every hour in any given day until somebody picks up, you will love Dr Mickey.

I thought that Dr. Mickey was good. I thought that this would be my doctor. Felt very comfortable and she was very informative. Unfortunately I was not told that this was an out of network, when I called I asked if they were accepting new patients, was told yes, was asked what kind of insurance, told them and was told yes we take that insurance. If I would have been told it was out of network I would have never booked the appointment, so in turn that stuck me with paying the bill. You would think that with all the insurance problems these days offices would be more informative to people they talk to . So now my search will continue to find an in network Doctor also taught me not to rely on them . That will be my very first question about being in network or out of network .

Thought this was an okay doctor Dr. Mickey. A lot of the other reviews are right about her personality. I went for my annuals which is preventative and should have been no charge, but the doctor felt talking to me about past medical history and asking her health questions which she didnt treat because they were only questions and told me to go to a specialist to get them answered was cause enough to charge me an office visit copay. I thought I was going to make this my regular doctor which is why I gave her my overall health but to charge me just for talking to her at an annual visit is pretty ridiculous. Wont be going back. When I questioned billing they said becareful next time to basically not ask questions during an annual exam because you will get charged.

Dr. Mickey was very very thorough and addressed all of concerns. She made me feel like my concerns were valid and made sure we talked through all of them. Would recommend to all friends and family.

I have tried to make an appointment numerous times and keep getting hung up on. I really appreciated being placed on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected. The first time it happened I thought it was a legitimate accident however, it is clear this is on purpose. I asked to speak to an office manager and was told the individual I was speaking with is the only employee........, seriously? I have never been treated so rudely in my life, especially by a medical facility. This office should be ashamed of how they treat people.

Well, hate to have to write this but I have to agree with what people are saying about the office and Dr. Mickey. Shes great. Her office staff, not so much. Ill be going elsewhere after calling the office with an issue and getting attitude from the billing department. What a shame....really liked the doctor.

I went see Dr. Stacy. I asked to take blood work, she said her stuff contact me result . no one called, whole pass by . I finally called. THEY ARE about to call u. THEY SAID : we are sent u couple of referrals to specialist.... Whole 7MOUNTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no one called. I finally i had enough. I was in much pain.They hasnt send referral still!!!!! the WORST costumer service!! I am not buying clothes.!! this is serious medical they are dealing !!!!! dont go there. You will run out ur patients.

I tried calling this office twice for an appointment. First call no answer; the second call the auto message said they would return a call 24 - 48 hours. I chose to not use this Medical Provider(s).
