We saw Dr. Goggins for my daughter’s leg and arm pain. First of all he didn’t ask her name, then after I explained about her pain, he evaluated her condition by a couple of movements that took about a minute or so, he was like she is fine. Then he started looking at me like I need to leave the room. I was trying to show him my daughter’s bow leg and flat feet he just ignored, and was like feet can be flat. He didn’t ask her to walk and didn’t check her feet. I was really heartbroken cause he didn’t give us any recommendations or suggestions for my daughter’s pain, and she is still in pain.

Front office personnel aren’t very friendly. I paid for xray out of pocket in full the time of visit. They then send me another bill not even reflecting the correct amount I had paid at the visit. I called billing only to find out they over charged. They don’t give you invoices with a break down of charges. Overall, I would not recommend using them again. Seems like they are taking advantage of parents who just want to take care of their kids.

Loooong wait times... typically running behind by over an hour

My daughter saw Dr. Goggins here for back pain. The office staff is very friendly, the office decor is children-friendly, and Dr. Goggins was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job of evaluating her condition, giving us suggestions and recommendations for further treatment! We highly recommend!

The nurses and front desk ladies were nice and friendly but Dr Goggins was terrible! He had horrible bed side manner, didn’t even pretend to care about my 16 month old. He was in the room for a whole 3 mins. I would not go back to him!

I was prescribed a CT scan for my daughter but some specifics were left out (no big deal) so my husband and I keep calling to get the specific information from our Dr. and we get put on hold for 20+ minutes or they say they’ll call back and don’t. The question we have is a yes or no answer so I have no idea why it’s such a hassle.
