Dr. Monica Abrante is an excellent Physician. I went through a wide search before selecting her as my Primary Doctor within BlueCross BlueShield HMO Medicare Health Services. Dr. Abrante listened patiently to my medical issues, she tested those issues for basic remedy before prescribing medications. What I like best about her is that she herself meets with me, not having someone else in her staff - take care of my medical needs. Thank you, Dr. Monica Abrante.

I chose Dr Abrante after I witnessed how she interacted with my sister. She is very caring and upfront with my care, health and I would not go anywhere else. Her referrals have been on point and I appreciate that since I have experienced sorry care in the past. Thank you Dr Abrante for restoring my faith in Arizona Medical providers. My whole family loves and appreciates you.

The staff is outstanding and one could not find a better physician than Dr. Abrante. I feel safe in her care

So lets just start with the workers in the office. Very bad they do not care about the patients. If you call in, cause you need something they will take forever like your not important. You will wait! The person that takes care of the referrals and important things like refills and the patients. Well she has no time to be bothered. And the more you ask whats going on the longer it will be. Now the doctor herself. She has no clue that her office help is running her office into the ground and very very rude to her patients. I feel Dr Abrante can be a good doctor but she needs the correct support team cause the ones she has now do not care!!!! I stuck with this office for a year (why cause I thought for sure things would get better) then all hell broke loose. I needed a referral I had broken my leg. I was in a lot of pain and I had the x-rays and the broken leg to prove it was broken. I called the office several times because with out a referral I was unable to get treatment as well as something for the pain. After several times I drove down to the office with a broken leg! They made me sit in the waiting room for 1 and 1/2 hours then this girl came out and said sorry Dr Abrante is to busy. I am like what to busy for what to sign a referral????? Well she cant give you a referral she has not seen you. I am like what here is my x-ray. See my leg it is clear I have broken it. Sorry she is to busy is what I got. So yep! you can say I got the best care possible. So 1st shame on Dr. Abrante if she sent her worker out to say no. If it was about the pain meds again shame on you. (Kinda hope you break a leg and no pain meds for you!!! Oh what you suffer) Shame on Dr. Abrante for not walking out taking 5 mins and saying gee that looks real bad, I am real busy today but lets get you a referral. So my thought to be successful is caring. In order for people to heal they also need the reassurance, understanding, comforting and acknowledgment not only from the doctor but from office staff of the doctors. This office has nothing. If you choose to go here you will know after your first run in that you made a big mistake!!!! Take my word. They need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!

She is an amazing caring doctor for my mother

I started going to Dr. Abrante in May of 2016 when our long time family physician retired from his practice. My mother is also a patient.Dr. Abrante is excellent. We are very pleased with the care we are receiving. Dr. Abrante is both knowledgeable and thorough in caring for her patients.I highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
