When looking for a Home Care for my Father-In-Law, I interviewed several. I knew in my mind and my heart which one I was going to go with right away. Trish was responsive, detailed, caring, prompt and understanding exactly what we were looking for in care. During the time of having a caregiver, we have had hospital visits and having them in our corner made all the difference. As a former employee I can tell you that there is an Orientation at HCA but no training like many in home Services. They Charge the heck out of the client because they have a Registered Nurse at the helm. Then after awhile they will pack up and move to a new location. The sign is down already at the Power rd location in Mesa. Looks like someone is packing up the show.

My dad found Home Care Assistance on his own, and we three kids were skeptical. Dad was looking for help in caring for our mom. Tricia came to the house to meet with us. Mom was even more skeptical. But Tricias professionalism, responsiveness and honesty won us over -- even Mom. And the primary care-giver, Tami, was a gem beyond compare. It wasnt just Moms physical condition that improved, her mental condition did, too. A lot! Moms not with us anymore, but we are so grateful that Tami and Tricia were there to help make her last days the best they could be.

My family had our first contact with this home care company and since we were so very impressed we wanted to share our experience.My sister-in-law lives in Mesa with my mother-in-law.
