Ive been working for this company for approximately five years now communication is okay I like the staff Eva in a Mesa Office is awesome. This is a nice company to work with I havent had trouble with any of the staff so far but then I deal mostly with Kelsey and Eva. People complaining about the low pay rate thats what you make when you care for special-needs individuals you dont get into this job to make money you get into this job to make a difference if you want to make more money go work somewhere else I hear McDonalds is hiring other than that dont put a company down for paying what the States allowing them to pay.

I’ve been with AZ Care Providers for over two years and the client I have is a wonderful little special needs kiddo. I have a beautiful rapport with the family and I love what I do. I’ve found the staff to be great with communication. If I send in an email, it’s answered usually right away. They get busy, can’t expect immediate response to phone or text or anything. Considering they ARE busy, I think they do a very good job of getting back to me. I did get a pay raise when minimum wage went up but I also get paid a higher rate for any HAB billing. That helps make a difference.I’m on SS and this job helps me supplement my income. I’m 66 and it’s not like I can just go out and find any job I want. I’m very grateful for this one. My client is nearby so I do’t have to drive an ungodly distance and it’s less gas, less wear and tear on my old car.I would recommend AZ Care Providers. None of the care providing jobs pay any better than this one unless you are going to a residential setting where you may work a night shift or have undesirable hours. I do wish, however, they would pay for our renewal certifications like CPR/First Aid, fingerprint card, that sort of thing. It’s the best company of its kind. I worked very briefly for another company that was completely unreliable when it came time to get paid. Left there in a matter of months.I give the company five stars.

I am a provider for this company and have been with them for over a year.. the office staff is great and they are very quick with resolving any issues you might have. Great company!!

Not only did I find the representatives at Arizona Providers to be accommodating, but they were very genuinely caring,patient and above all very friendly and kind.I was quite impressed and hope to work for this company in the not to distant future.

The company provides an insanely low pay rate for such a demanding job. Communication from the management was awful and unprofessional.

They have a low pay rate and bad commutation skills
