I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND DELIGHTED with not only my hearing aids but the staff, specifically Tania who is so knowledgeable and helpful. I have stopped in for accessories as needed and an adjustment on one occasion. I am beyond happy that I don’t miss every other word ! The hearing aids are awesome as us Tania. Took almost two months to get my hearing aids after ordering them, but thats Hearing Care Solutions fault according to Paradise Hearing. Not totally happy with them either, but you have to start somewhere.
Although I didnt buy my hearing aid from her, she got my hearing aid fixed quickly when I needed it to be repaired .
