I dont even know where to start. They were the first dispensary I went to when I got my card and theyre still the first place I go. The staff is so familiar and relatable that I wonder who Im going to see today. My wife has a crush on the security guard. This place is friends, family, comfort. Community.

I have been going to health for life for over 5 years they are my favorite dispensary till this day. They have great deals weekly. Mpx have my favorite products they have the best quality and are consistent!

Walking in I enjoyed the location and atmosphere. Was very up to date without feeling like a lab. Even before entering the doors the patients were already chatting with each other and security was professional and friendly. First time entry was a very quick process. Lobby staff were polite and friendly. Entry into the show room was quick and all further engagements with any staff were awesome. The gentleman assisting me, John, was smiling the whole time and very patient. He was informational on deals and even informed me of a first timers deal, which was the first anyone anywhere has offered this to me. Great location, great staff, great product, repeat customer. Thank yall again.

Health for life is probably my favorite dispensary chain. MPX is king of concentrates and the bud tenders are always super friendly. 5 stars!

I’m very upset about this company, and I’ve been coming here since it opened!I’m a medical card patient, and now my services are clearly no longer needed here.You cater to the recreational people now!You stopped the specials that made it possible for me to afford my medication!I came in every week for my edibles, and now you don’t offer the special anymore, except for the 100 mg & other lesser products that DO NOT HELP ME!!I don’t know why I paid $275 for my card because now I’m being Trampled by the recreational people!I’m going to start going to another dispensary now.One that cares about their medical patients.Goodbye old friends~

Just like many customers in this list, I have had a fine experience with this location over the last 1 and 1/2 years till recently, my father went in and ordered there black label 5 for 85 grams, total WITH BOTH SENIOR DISCOUNT AND 5 FOR 85, came to about 95$, goes in next week, orders same thing, all the sudden your cashier cant ring up the same, and the price is now 106$. Not the first time, very unprofessional

H4L McDowell has the best atmosphere, staff and medicine. I appreciate seamless, personable transactions. Sometimes I order pickup and sometimes I go in the back to get some suggestions from staff who are passionate about medicine. My favorite dispensary by far!

Don’t waste your time with rewards program. they don’t stock the items you can redeem with points. To be fair I’m not interested in the swag or the wax. So maybe they keep those in stock. But if your looking for prerolls, go somewhere else. Also what’s the deal with keeping one window for pickups. Every time I’m there the pick up line is three time longer than the “go to the back line” I can tell you right now I will be going somewhere else this summer. I’m not gonna melt my shoes waiting to pickup.

I tried placing two online orders & both were cancelled. When I tried calling the phone rang for over 2 minutes & then hung up. This happened over 4 times & I still haven’t received a response. Normally, it’s a quick fix & I can place a new order but they’re just confirming the order to cancel it & are providing no help.

Had a very pleasant visit at this location i wish I coyote remember dudes name that helped me. Was very friendly and was knowledgable but you kinda had to pick your pick before he started saying the codes l choices i made were the top flower they have and sell. Now why would I not hear that prior to making choice. Shouldve been, this is the top flower in the house right now, from what you described you like and help you most these would be my codes here. But other than that great personality very polite. I will make the long drive out there again. He also said I should check out the crimson shop his brother works there and hell treat me right. I would recommend this shop to others. Go check it out!

Horrible Experience Today, I took advantage of the buy one get one on the MPX. I placed my order online where it showed the prices at 45 per gram. I get to the place to pick up and the total is way more than what I had. After getting home and actually looking at the receipts on the bag. They changed the prices on almost all of them!! I am not happy about this and will not return!!

Ive been a loyal customer for years, even the old location. The quality has been excellent and the shop is near my home.Yesterday I purchased 1/2 Oz of DNA genetics. The flower is great but when I checked my allotment there was a 2nd purchase of 2.5 grams that I didnt buy.What is up with that. Sounds criminal to me. Please correct.

The ONLY dispensary I know in the state of Arizona that will allow you to make an online order, go to the store, wait in line, to tell you that you don’t have the allotment to get your order.No friendly service at all, I have never received so bad of customer service or any service from a dispensary in this state than I did from this dispensary.I live in Mesa and would rather drive to the Health for life in Cave Creek then drive to the one on McDowell

This store is in charge of ordering product and supplying other health for life businesses and for months now they have not properly supplied stores with enough product to ever have what I am looking for in stock. They also have now raised prices on those exact items by over $20 on a product they cannot supply efficiently. These are poor business practices in which your own employees have complained about. Go any where but here. They can’t even pick up the phone during business hours.. management is lacking common sense

The couple of times Ive done delivery they were fast, and the drivers have been respectfully distancing and wearing face masks. Used to be my number one dispensaries when I was smoking, definitely one of my favorite dispensaries around. Doesn’t matter what location you go to all of them are very helpful and knowledgeable, but this is my favorite one. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful what whatever your heart desires. I’m usual in and out within 10 minutes which makes it super nice for me. Place is clean and well kept up

One of my favorite dispensaries by far. It’s kind of out of the way but I don’t mind the drive for better flower & great service, the wait time is usually less than 10 mins. I’ve come here probably 25 times in the past year & I’ve never had a bud tender I didn’t like or never have I gotten bad product.(Just stay away from the Black Label shatter- its $18 for a reason.) I really like how they started a rewards program. & also the daily deals are pretty good. Although they said they’re gonna start doing rec soon but I hope they don’t lol.

My go to dispensary. Lots of choices, nice weekly deals. Prices are reasonable. They get you in and out fast. I like how they have most of their products thc percents on their web sight so you can shop on line and know what you are getting. I also like how they have the QR on the labels now to look up the testing certificate facts. Some of the younger employees I have inner acted with there are lacking in knowledge about basics and can be arrogant but over all its a good business. Hope req sales don’t ruin the experience there.
