Horrible office. Dr. Yadav should not be in the medical field. She is rude and does not listen to her patients and talks to you like youre stupid. 2009 Dr Kaiser saved my life. I had a gallbladder removed by another surgeon which the procedure was botched. Dr Kaiser came and found the error. He did the surgery, placed a stint and gi bag (I was not a fan of it) but bile in my body and needed to be removed. If it wasn’t enough for him to fix the other drs error. He came to see me while I was in the hospital. His kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.

Dr. was nice, but wasnt helpful in my issue. I actually educated them on an issue they were not aware of. I called and left a message with a follow up question, but never received a call back. Dr. office was no help. Then they have the nerve to send me a bill for $330. I spoke to office manager, Sue. Sue played dumb about the issue and said, I just dont think I can make you happy. Poor education. Poor customer service.

Because of the on line reviews, I almost didnt call this office but my U/C doctor recommended them & I respect his opinion. The staff was so friendly & attentive, I was immediately at ease. My B/P usually spikes when I see a new doctor but not this time.. 130/80!. Dr.Yadav took the time to listen to all of my concerns and asked many more questions. I found her to be very caring, compassionate & competent. She gave me the assurance I needed that they were going to get to the bottom of my problem. I highly recommend this office.

I was a new patient yesterday. I am very happy with everything. When the office called me to schedule I was treated so well and did not have to wait forever as usual for being new. The staff is friendly and professional. Today I am back for order and to discuss colonoscopy. Dr. Yadav is wonderful and was very concerned about my symptoms. She also is taking extra precautions due to my heart. I am very lucky. I most definitely would send friends or family to this office.

At first I thought this was a good office as I saw Dr. Fauble for first appt until doc passed me of to NP for follow up. Had endoscopy but was supposed to have and endoscopy ultrasound too that they didnt order until after the fact when Kjersten the NP questioned it. The doc gave me med instructions after endoscopy but my follow up was with Kjersten and she changed my meds but to lower dosage which wasnt good. We ended up going back to doc original med recommendation. It was a pain in the rear as my insurance didnt cover it, but got it approved and then the pharmacy told me that what I was given was 1/4 of the recommended dose by doc. It was a big hassle and the communication with that office is terrible. The med switching was a waste of time as was trying to communicate with their office. So I also contact them to see if I follow up with my Dr. Fauble or my pcp when it is time to renew my meds and for a yearly appt. Nothing was ever said to me. I have many health issues and all my doc offices are on top of these kind of things. I dont have the time or energy holding this offices hand. I know we have to advocate for ourselves but this was draining. I am moving on.

I am not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. I visited with Dr. Yadav and she was able to solve a lifelong issue with a 10 minute procedure. I have been to countless doctors in the past; both GI and Primary Care. No one could ever determine what was causing my illness. They only wanted to treat it. I especially thank Dr. Yadav for thinking outside of the box and finding the solution that worked for me!

My wife has bad inflammatory bowel disease and Dr Ryan Fauble provided prompt, correct and exact response to her extreme situation. They want to act indignant about THEIR mistake meanwhile my son is only getting more anxious because he’s off his schedule. The staff is rude and incompetent

The second time, they canceled my appointment, then were hard to get a hold of. When I finally got a hold of them the next day, it was hard to find another appointment. My feedback would be, realize your patients have schedules too.

I had a few experiences at this office which Ill describe below. For brevity, I was injured under this doctors care and he even pretended not to be himself when I had my colonoscopy and endoscopy. He had me do tests without proper prep time and getting an appointment was hard even though my complaint was that I throw up almost every time I try to eat and the smell of food makes me dry heave. When I went in for the colonoscopy and endoscopy, Dr. Kaiser pretended not to be Dr. Kaiser. It was bizarre. I had greeted him as Dr. Kaiser when I entered the room. He replied to that by pretending not to know who I was talking to and then asked me who my doctor was.You are...?No, I mean who told you to get this test?...You.But he just went on pretending to look through my chart. Oh, youre one of Dr. Kaisers patients. What do you think of the guy?It made me feel unsafe and I had no idea how to answer him. Then he grinned, leaned in close, and admitted that he was Dr. Kaiser.I know... I recognize your voice and your FACE. But why are you pretending to be a stranger? Why did you say you were not you? Why are you gloating about fooling me and why did you even want to?Also, my bottom lip was damaged during the procedures and my primary was mortified when she saw it and immediately called Dr. Kaisers office. I went to the office because I could not be understood when I spoke. One of the receptionists saw my lip, knew what it was instantly, and (while rolling her eyes) said Dr. Kaiser messed up. Same thing as when my primary called. When I looked up the problem online, I found a few complaints and many doctors stating it was the doctors fault and could have easily been avoided.I finally got in to see Dr. Kaiser and ask him about it (over 2 weeks later). He said it was my fault because I must have bit my lip (no bit marks and please dont think Im being dramatic when I say it was BAD. It started off numb, then got bigger and redder and bruised and then numbness was replaced by pain. My lip touching my teeth or my top lip became so painful (even with a numbing agent) that I had to walk around with my mouth open and my tongue keeping my lip off my teeth. Dr. Kaiser saw me when it had shrank down to about a third of the size, and brushed it off by saying well, if youve ever thought about getting lip implants you now know what that would look like. It took two months to heal and I received an official reprimand at work because no one could understand me when I tried to talk and a customer saw me crying.

Ive been going to see a Dr. Sud for 6 years now. She conducted an upper GI on me and found that I had celiac disease. I never had any other doctor take a biopsy of me well I was having an upper GI. Im thankful that Dr. Sud did, because my whole life has changed. I no longer have all the side effects from gluten because doctor sued has giving me great instructions on how to eat properly and take care of myself.I was also told that my stomach lining has been compromised so much because of the anti-inflammatories I have taken. Dr. Sud suggested I get off anti-inflammatories, but I deal with day-to-day pain from arthritis. I now use voltaren gel topical anti-inflammatory instead of ingesting anti-inflammatories.My daughter has digestive issues and has been tested for celiac disease and those tests came back negative. Dr. Sud also gave instructions to my daughter on avoiding certain foods to help with her digestive system. However, I have had some run-ins with the front staff with scheduling and rudeness from time to time. Overall I love Dr. Sud.

I have a little bit of a unique perspective I’ve suffered with severe Crohn’s for a decade now and I see Dr Kaiser. I’ve also provided anesthesia for Dr. Kaiser’s EGD’s and colonoscopies for a couple of years now. Every time I have that room assignment for the day, I think I’m glad I go to Dr. Kaiser. He’s a very skilled endoscopist. In that room under anesthesia believe me he treats his patients with respect and provides proper care to them. I’m not alone in this either, there are several preop and postop (PACU) nurses and other hospital staff that go to him. I have my pick. I work with a lot of GI doctors. I choose to see Dr. Kaiser.

I have never felt such disrespect from an office and I will no longer be attending this practice because they are rude, inconsiderate to a patients request to schedule an appointment, I had a scheduling representative front their office tell me while scheduling an appointment last month: “patient had an appointment then cancelled due to work, if she wouldn’t have cancelled her appointment she would have never been in the hospital”, and the office manager can not conduct herself to the appropriate standards due to failing to listen to the patient’s valid concerns with my medical care. I work for a primary care office and will be taking their name off of my referral listing because I do not feel that other patients should be treated in the way I have been treated by this office. Also, a doctor in their practice can not chart with the proper protocol because she put in my medical documentation that I had TIA (stroke) yet I have never had a stroke; I find it very concerning that she is treating patients for something that a patient has never had. I would highly suggest to never put my medical care in her hands ever again!!!

I had a colonoscopy recently. I received a call to go over the results which were just fine but it was suggested that I might want to stop taking a prescription I was on for arthritis. This had me very concerned as to what I should be taking for the pain I was having if not taking this medication. I scheduled a followup appointment with Dr Anitha Yadiv and just left about a half hour ago. In that appointment she reviewed my procedure and went over the suggestions on what I could do for my arthritis issue. She was very reassuring and made me feel confident in her caring about her patients. She took time to explain what and how I should proceed. I will definitely see her in the future when needed and I commend the person that I visited with after my appointment with Dr Yadiv, Thank you all for your caring!!!

This is literally the worst doctors office I’ve ever been too. The receptionist Sue is rude and has absolutely no compassion for patients and what they may or may not be going through. Also, I got an Ultrasound done on my abdomen due to very intense pain and after 3 weeks and numerous phone calls I haven’t even heard from the doctor!!!!(Fauble) They apparently have no goal of actually helping patients. Oh and let’s not forget, the doctor precribed 72 mg on my medication to try and the nurse walking me out handed me 290 mg pills!!! How these people even got their medical license I AM NOT SURE.

Great intentions, bad execution. My few experiences here have been awful. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all kind, but the organization itself needs some refinement and updates.THE OFFICE - the medical clinic itself was clean and up-to-date. The location was hard to find during my first visit, but was central to my work and home (very convenient). Everyone in the front was sweet and the wait-time wasnt awful. +1 starTHE DOCTORS - I only worked with one doctor specifically, Dr. Priti Sud. Dr. Sud was very attentive and kind. She listened to my story and was curious as to why my issue wasnt addressed earlier. For years now, Ive had pain in my chest/stomach area but doctors and hospitals before waived it off as anxiety. Dr. Sud believed that my anxiety contributed to my pain, but wasnt the cause. She was the first doctor to truly listen to my story. This I loved! +1 starTHE TREATMENT - everything leading up to treatment day was easy. Dr. Sud described the endoscopy in detail and the nurses answered all of my questions when they called to confirm the appointment. I was nervous about the procedure, but they eliminated my fears. Procedure day was fast moving (thankfully), but I wasnt prepared for the pain I experienced in my arm with the local anesthesia. I remember falling asleep in immense pain. Obviously, I dont remember any of the procedure (knocked out), but I felt irritation in the back of my throat when I woke up. This was expected. I carried on with my day after leaving the medical center, drowsy but otherwise okay. My boyfriend drove me home and picked up my prescriptions. The diagnosis at the time was a hiatal hernia in my stomach. +1 star.POST PROCEDURE - This is where the bad execution comes to play. Three days after the procedure, I was in excruciating chest pain and experienced dizziness/nausea. I left work on Monday (in tears, ready to call 911), and quickly rushed home. Driving home I called the office and explained my symptoms. The nurse told me shed have Dr. Sud call back asap. I waited 2-hours and called back. The nurse said she Dr. Sud requested more detail. I answered her questions and waited another 2-hours before calling back. Again, Dr. Sud needed more details. I answered her questions and waited another 2-hours before calling back. Go figure, Dr. Sud left the office for the day. I called my PCP and he ordered same-day images/x-rays. After visiting the image lab, I was told that nothing looks out-of-the ordinary. They told me it would be best to call my GI doctor. The next day, I called again (still in extreme pain), but Dr. Sud had left for vacation. I made an appointment a week later when she was supposed to be back in town. Around 2:00 pm, my PCP told me to check into the ER. The first thing the doctors asked - What did your GI doctor say? After more images, tests, and examinations, the doctors came to a conclusion that I had a muscle spasm due most likely due to the endoscopy. I needed confirmation that I had a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. With Dr. Sud out of town, I had to wait to confirm until she was back (the nurses couldnt provide that information). I stayed in the ER for about 4-hours. After 2 more days (stopping the medication), the pain subsided. -1 star.Part 1/2 - continued in the attached picture.

For sure don’t waste your time at this practice with these people. My mom was scheduled for Tuesday, for a 9:30sm appointment , they called Tuesday that same morning and less than 1 hour before the appointment to cancel our appointment. They said Dr. Sud wasn’t in or something in that nature. I was fine with it because I know things do happen. We rescheduled for that same week, Friday 2:45 pm. I had trouble finding the office on our way there (my mom is new patient there )...they said Dr. Sud had to leave early so canceled / rescheduled all appts so she wasn’t sure why we were asking for direction to go there.First of all I never recieved a call or voicemail, but they claimed they left me a voicemail. Second of all DO patients and their family not have busy schedules as well?? Canceled twice on us that same week ?? That’s 2 days I took off work or half day of work to take my mom to what ended up being canceled appointments.Next, she proceeded to tell me a man called back to acknowlwdge the cancelled appt but they didn’t reschedule. I’m like man? Who? She goes your mom’s husband. I’m like that a bunch of Bologna because my dad doesn’t even speak English and he’s 83 years old he doesn’t know how to listen to a voicemail and then to redial to cancel an appt ?! No way . Then the scheduler goes yes he didn’t speak good English ... I’m like there’s no way you would have been talking to my dad. Stop making things up! I ask her which number they called to leave a message but they couldn’t tell me...Lastly, after all the mess and confrontation she the transfered me to the office manager and to have her be just as rude and say to me yes they got my mom mixed up with a patient who had a similar furst and last name... . Whether thats true or not I find it to be such a terrible coincidence bc my mom’s name is not a common name and spelled pretty uncommon. To cancel on your patient twice in a week without at least 24 hour notice like no one has a life but the people who work here and to give your patients lies when they screwed up is unacceptable. Then when I got mad at the mix up and was questioning what happened and why this happen she literally just in threw “we are going in circles do you want to schedule your mom or not ?” Do I not have the right the know what happen and how my appointment got screwed so I can ensure this won’t happen again or at least still have faith in this practice? After all you did take time away from my day( and my mom’s time ) and wasted my PTO time from work ... very unprofessional staff there. On the other hand, if I were to give them the benefit of doubt MAYBE they didn’t lie about the scheduling incident and they did indeed mixed up 2 patients name and info ... but to confused two patients is already a huge red flag when it comes to your health and anything medical. Will not trust this practice to take care of my mom and Dad. Will be seeking a new doctor. Should have known better after seeing all the bad reviews.

Ill save some of you the long read, find another Drs office to go to, theyll collect your money and push you along without any resolutionThis is my 4th gastrointestinal specialist in as many months, and I have had daily life controlling symtpoms since. I will say Dr. Kaiser was very thorough during my first visit, and then everything else has been quite unprofessional. I received a call at 230pm on a Friday, which I missed and got a voicemail letting me know my lab results had come back (8 total tests were ordered). And to give Janine a call back ASAP. so less than 4 minutes later, I called back, left a message, then called 30 minutes later and left another message. Then waited another hour until 4:02 and when I called again, this office is now closed for the weekend. Monday rolls around and I finally get a return called at noon, which Janine tells me that part of my results are back, and negative then proceeds to say Im not sure if thats good or bad but it is what it is then proceeded to wish me a good rest of the day and tried to hang up the phone, all within 30 seconds. 1, as the one making the call, you should be well aware of what was ordered and for what reason and what they are looking for, Im not sure if thats good or bad is about as unprofessional and inconsiderate as it comes when talking to a patient. 2, when I cut her off from hanging up the phone to ask her about my other results that still hadnt come back, she didnt even know we were waiting on anything else and had to put me on hold to make sure it was even ordered. Then when those results finally did come back, I spoke with Selena, who was much more thorough and professional, but our conversation was brief, she asked about my symptoms(which havent changed) and reported back to the Dr. 2 days later, I get a call from Janine again telling me the Dr wants me to keep taking this medicine and meet with a PA in 2 weeks to discuss symptoms. Are you freaking kidding me? 4 months of symptoms, 8 negative/normal test results and you give me a prescription immodium and tell me to visit your assistanrt in 2 weeks. Long story short, save your time and money and go to an office that has the time and will to actually take care of and follow through with its patients. If an office manager or Dr cares to discuss this you have my info.
