How dare dr. Sapperstein hand me a picture of my husbands gut and tell me he is dying, then after being cut open from top to bottom left to right, 3xs tells us, that surgery isnt done anymore because it causes more problems than it solved. Now missing some of his immune and cooling systems and colon has the guts to tell him no problem getting an experimental vaccine and by way of office assistant. This will be on you doc.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sapersteins for many years. My care has been outstanding. All of my questions and concerns have been addressed to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Saperstein is a great listener and also tells you exactly like it is. I appreciate the time he took to listen to my concerns and he explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Saperstein and also his staff is very friendly and courteous.

This was the very worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. I chose this facility for some on-going G.I concerns that I have been having. I saw the rave reviews for Dr. Saperstein so I decided to schedule an appointment. The staff was really nice; I appreciated that. The physician was immediately sarcastic, pointing out my youth, but it really didnt bother me. He continued the appointment and progressively become more and more rude and dismissive. I explained the change in my body, a change I have never experienced before, and Dr. Saperstein scoffed and said So this is what youre coming to see a Dr for? I have never felt so dismissed in my life. I also had on ripped jeans (which were of good quality and quite expensive lol) and Dr. Saperstein stated you bought those jeans ripped? I said I did and again, another scoff. i had had it. I became obviously uncomfortable and a lot more short with my answers; I was ready to simply end this embarrassing appointment. I am fairly young but I have worked hard and done well for myself in the corporate world and in general. I pay well for my insurance and I thought if there was a sudden change within your body, you should see a professional, but apparently I was wrong according to Dr. Saperstein. This experience was terrible. I would never, ever refer this physician to anyone who has new concerns or are of a younger age because he will not take your concerns seriously unless youre probably dying. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Dr Saperstein was amazing, right up there on top of the BEST! He took the necessary time I needed, was very informative and put me at ease. His office staff is friendly and his office is super clean! I highly recommend him! You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Saperstein was recommended to me by my primary care physician and for good reason. He is longtime expert in his field, direct and straightforward and has a way of disarming stressful situations and putting patients at ease.

Dr. Saperstein is the fourth doctor Ive gone to to help with my condition, recommended by another doctor who got dumped, and while were still working to figure out exactly whats going on, he has been my favorite to work with personally. He gives me time to ask questions, and he shows concern for me as a whole person, not just as a condition or a paycheck. Im able to get questions answered between appointments and he works with insurance to get stuff covered if it isnt at first. Ive never had any issue with the office staff. I intend to continue seeing Dr. Saperstein for the foreseeable future.

Staff is extremely unhelpful and very bad at giving time frames. I needed simple paperwork and they could not give me a simple deadline as to when I could pick it up. It’s really too bad, because if the staff cared as much as the doctors maybe the patient experience would be better.

It was an absolute delight to meet with Dr. Saperstein. He is a down to earth, relatable man with a good sense of humor, instead of a know it all stuffed shirt as some Dr.s are. I would recommend him without hesitation.

UPDATE ON 12/15/20Obviously their response requesting people to contact them to discuss their complaint is just a blanket response to make people think they care! I responded to them TWICE and have yet to be contacted.This is the absolute worst practice I have ever been to! You cannot get anyone to answer the phone (I called for days and even left a message but didnt get a return call in the listed 24 hours), the office staff is completely unprofessional (I was hung up on because I was trying to get test results they should have had for a week and half, and I told them no one was answering the phone for days or returned my call. I called back after being hung up on and they hung up on me again!), and the doctors do not care about what is happening in their office or about patient care (I drove to their office to speak with the Office Manager, left a message for both doctors to call me back and was told when I called back 2 days later that they were given my message but chose not to call me back)! I asked to speak with the Office Manager and was told they would take my message and if she felt like calling me back she would, and if she didnt then she wouldnt! (I was told this by NICHOLAS, who is the individual who hung up on me twice). I already informed my PCP of this practice and they will be looking into removing them from their list of recommended providers. I will be filing a complaint against this office. They need to learn about something called Patient Abandonment (Dr. Saperstein never reviewed my test results with me, never advised further treatment, and never provided notification that my care was being terminated). There are too many caring, professional doctors and staff than to settle for this place!

I have known Dr. Saperstein for many years and he is hands down the best doctor I have ever known. He approaches patient care with exactly that, care. He will truly listen to what you have to say and not assume something without getting all the information; whether thats tests, family history, or whatever other info thats relevant.He wont make a speedy prognosis just to get to the next patient. You never feel rushed, and any diagnosis he makes will be based on real targeted test results, his extensive experience, and fully listening to your side and symptoms.I highly recommend Dr. Saperstein and all his staff.

Great doctor. He has a lot of experience. He helped my husband that has a motility disorder and biliary restrictions. My husband can eat without vomiting.We saw many other GIs but Dr Saperstein was the one who helped.

I want to make an appt, I called 3 times yesterday 10/19 , and 1 today 10/20. Is this the way to schedule appt? I have question also.

My husband and I have been patients for close to 20 years and followed him to different offices. He is the Best. he is so easy to talk to and his team helps go the extra mile to get things done with our insurance when we needed it. You can tell that they are all so happy in that office, it makes it so easy if youre dealing with something stressful. I have recommended him to a few people and they told me the same thing. They are all the BEST!!!

I have been a patient for over 10 yrs and while I dont need to see him much at all, Dr Saperstein is one of those people that you will remember as: #1. Putting you at ease right out of the gate, #2 Being open with your discussions, #3 Being very interested in what you have to say. Im fortunate to have been referred to him by my GP.

A Dr. that shames his patients for not wearing masks and discredits the CDC.

Dr. Saperstein was my mother’s physician . I saw Dr. Faybush I was not happy with her flippant diagnosis of my G.I. problems. I tried to see Saperstein for a second opinion and this flippant little girl refused to allow me to see Dr. Saperstein under any circumstances because they don’t share patients. Disgusting attitude.Told me to go to another physician outside of that office.
