Dr. Shockey does a thorough job of asking questions about my health concerns in a professional manner. If I need to have a lab test or procedure done, he always makes sure that I understand why he is recommending it, what to expect, and if it will be covered by my insurance. He doesnt make me feel hurried during appointments, and he treats me like a friend rather than a patient. I would recommend him as a primary care physician to young and old.

Love the MDVIP program and Dr. Shockey. He completes a myriad of tests and provides you with the results in a format that is easy to understand. He takes a lot of time to go over test results and answer questions. He is extremely personable and makes you feel very comfortable. His nurse Chris and office assistant Dottie are also amazing.
