Christine did an amazing job with my 16 yo daughters eyebrows. She answered questions about the tinting we booked and directed us away from it when we realized it wouldnt accomplish what wed hoped. We will be back in a few weeks when they need to be touched up.

Christine even takes your privacy seriously and allows you to undress without peering eyes. My wife has since been back monthly and has even followed her when she moved locations.

I bought a groupon for my girlfriend to use at this spa. Her experience was less than OK. First off, Christine was way more interested in looking at her I phone than talking to the customer. She just turned her back for her to disrobe and get on the table. Quite unprofessional compared to other treatment centers. Then the waxing itself was not as pleasant as other spas. Needless to say, she will never go back to Serenity Wax and Spa. Christine should attend a class on customer service and how to be pleasant with others. You need a personality check!!!!!
