I drive all the way from Avondale to come get my nails done in Mesa. So you know its real! I get nails, toes, eyebrows. Rainee is the best!!

Went in for a manicure on 3/22 and I am still dealing with it. The gentleman was very nice but obviously did not know how to do a regular manicure. I think my fingers soaked for maybe 5 minutes before he started to work on my cuticles and I am still in pain from all the cutting he did. Took the polish off and continue to put antibiotic ointment and band aids on my fingers every night to get them to heal. Wont be going back.

Edit: they corrected the issue and the final result is beautiful!Im very happy.Original review:They are way too wide, and look like press on nails for kids. The surface looks bumpy and Ive been peeling acrylic off my cuticles and fingers all evening. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed the experience, I just wish it turned better.

My nail tech is the BEST in Arizona and I absolutely LOVE her! Rainee can do anything you show her. After 3 years of spending hundreds of dollars at this nail shop I am just about at the end of my rope. As much as I love my nail tech, the blatant disrespect of the owner is just too much!! She’s rude, inconsiderate and demanding. I’m spending MY money every 2 weeks faithfully and she is constantly telling me that I can’t get both services that I made an appointment for because someone just walked in off the street and is needing a more expensive service. She yells and disrespects the staff and has terrible customer service!!

They did a great job and it was really quick but efficient

Their polish comes off in one day. They dont put a second clear coat.

My first visit wasn’t bad but second one I got irritated because I got a full set yes a little long I get the $5 up charge but then she used gel with out telling me and I had to pay $45 , and I would have picked a color at least if I was being charged for gel ! In reality I’m irritated I paid $45 for something like shown in picture annoyed I thought I finally found a good nail place

My 1st time at this salon, the manicure was great, but the pedicure was fabulous! Absolutely the best, most relaxing pedicure I have ever had! My feet and legs are so soft!

Ladies are really nice and definitely delivered what I asked for. My nails are exactly how I wanted them and I didnt feel rushed. They even did my daughters nails really adorable and she loves them. Even received eyebrow wax and tint. Never done tint before but I kinda like it next time maybe not so thick looking eye brows though... I believe the ladies name was Helen.... But not too sure.

A friend told me about this nail salon & since I live in Dobson Ranch I decided to try it out. This nail salon is extremely clean, the workers are so sweet & they did such a good job! Definitely coming back :)

Let me start off by saying that they actually take their time on their pedicures. I’ve gone places that I will gladly pay $30+ for in order to get more out of the pedicure (massage, time soaking in water, etc...) and those places always finish up in 5 minutes.. Seacret nails is GREAT in that they let you enjoy the experience and the work is great as well.My nail tech for acrylic nails was wonderful! She was nice, took her time and made sure I was happy with her work :) a breath of fresh air for sure. I’ve hopped from nail place to nail place in the Mesa area and let me be clear: this is definitely the BEST one.

Ty gave me a full set today for the first time. I showed him a picture of the nails that I wanted they unfortunately didn’t have the foil that I wanted but he help me in picking something else out. the shape of my nails are perfect and my nails look exactly like the picture we ended up picking out. He is very sweet and friendly and willing to have a conversation with you which makes the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back to see Ty 😃

Bad experience here, got a gel manicure and the lady who seems to run the place did my nails. Everything was done in a hurry and made my gel too thick. Very pushy, when confronted her about it she was quick to try to blame me. Very uncomfortable and too pricey for a quick job. For sure will not be coming here. Didnt even finish my manicure because other customers were waiting.

I love this place! They do the best nails! Oh and they have a punch card! Make sure you call and set an appointment because they get busy.

Go here to get my eyelash extensions and eyebrows waxed, and they are the sweetest people . They do such a good job for such a good price . They make sure that they are doing everything how you want it. I drive from 30 mins away just to go here !

I went in today to have my nails done. The last time I went, I explained that I didn’t want more acrylic on my nails and I wanted my real nails to grow. She was great, she did as I asked, even smoothed them out so you couldn’t tell that they were not all acrylic. This time I went, she wasn’t there. I am not sure what her name is, but I think she owns the salon.When I went in today, they told me they couldn’t do what I asked. I am so mad, that there are no words for it. I know it can be done, because she did it the last time. They didn’t even shape my nails up. I left there with half acrylic nails and half my real nails and had to shape them when I got home. They proceeded to charge me the $5.00 for taking the polish off.

The best salon in the state! I’ve followed these wonderful people around for close to 20 years. I’m always pleased with my results. They give New meaning to a brows wax! Everyone in the shop has a specialty abs they are experts at thief craft!Thank you Seacets♥️

The nail techs are so nice here and they listen to what you want. I found this place after a salon I originally went into wanted to do my nails their way and charge me for things I didnt want. Im picky about my nails and need them a certain way for my restaurant job. I highly recommend Seacret and will be a loyal customer from now on.

I started going here in September of 2019 when I moved here. Andy is amazing and does my nails and feet perfectly every time.

TERRIBLE. I left with nails I did not ask for the lady that seemed to be the manager rushed with nails left them lumpy and thick and The polish was uneven and not even put on the whole nail. GIRLS ON TIKTOK DO NAILS BETTER ! ! ! When I say terrible place I mean TERRIBLE. I highly do NOT RECOMMEND this place.

They do good work and prices good but it is very annoying how I try to talk and all they do is talk to each other in another language. Very very rude when they keep talking al round you but never in English. Definitely takes the relaxation out of the pedicure.So for a quick in and out good place to go. But to feel like they appreciate you or your business not so much. I would have gotten the expensive pedicure but the nonstop foreign language never even trying to include me in any thing made me want to leave quickly. At least my toes look good.

Loved this place for a few years! However, last time I went the nail tech pulled a live cuticle and created a wound. Despite treating it with antibiotic ointment and band aides it got infected and I had to see a doctor to get antibiotics to resolve the issue. It was painful for two week.Sadly I wont go back because of this issue.

Powder dip nails peeled off within the first few days. I took my receipt back and was told it was likely my fault as I must push my nails too hard. Im not sure what that even means. They would not refund my money and I did not want to have them redo my nails. I will go back to the salon Ive been going to for awhile with no problem. I only tried this one because it was so close to my home.

Absolutely love getting my nails done here. I always try to get Andy when I go but the rest of the team is just as equally competent and patient. They definitely take their time to make sure your manicure is perfect and make sure you are happy with their handiwork before you leave. Sometimes there is a wait because they stay busy but its definitely worth it and their prices are really reasonable.

From out of town. I got an Mani/Pedi done. Everything was great! The lady who did my nails did an awesome job. I showed her a picture and she knew exactly what to do. The lady who did my pedi was very sweet and kind. Always asked how the temperature of my water and everything else was. They also got me out of there in a timely manner which i liked.

Im changing my 3 star to a 5 star review. They have a great level of customer service and this location is one of the cleanest place Ive visited. On my second visit the nail techs explained why they painted my nails a certain way. I told them my reasons for not liking it and they listened to my concerns. The nail tech spent a bit more time working on my pedi that made a world of difference!

I ALWAYS come here to get my nails done as well as my eyebrows!! They are all amazing!! When Im at the salon I always feel like Im at my home away from home :)The white guy is super dope!! He is extremely helpful and bounces ideas back and forth with you to give you ideas to keep your nails on point.Jade is awesome. period. lol

If I could give this place a 0 starts I would! My nails are bumpy and sharp. The paint is messy and the acrylic is uneven. It chipped the first day within a hour I left. I will never go back to this place, 3 different people did my nails and they made me pay before they painted my nails. Do not go here!

The first few times I went here I really liked it. It was quiet and relaxing. The last time I went was horrible! As soon as I walked in the door I was handed a coupon to have fake eyelashes done. The woman proceeded to continue pushing me getting lashes the entire time I was there. I asked for gel nails and received acrylic which I didnt realize as I was so distracted by the woman pushing her fake lashes on me. It was not a good experience and I couldnt relax during my pedi. Unless theyve changed the practice of not providing the service their customers ask for I would not recommend going here.

Got my eye lashes done today when I left they looked good but after an hour the glue is so thick and dark thats all I can see and the pulling on my natural eyelashes is fairly unbearable they look ok but i would never do it again not worth the money I paid Im pretty disappointed if I hadnt spent the money on them I would take them off ASAP but I feel bad for wastin money. That all being said the lady that did them was sweet and patient I think in all honesty it may be a fluke or possibly the heat causing the glue to look so thick. Im not used to lashes so I dont know.

Poor customer service!! Had been going to this salon for over four years referred friends and family!! Julie was my nail tech!! And was normally wonderful.. But the last time I went in and got my nails done she was unbelievably rude!! I brushed it under the rug!! We all have bad days!! Then I call in to schedule with her as normal!! She said can someone else do your nails I’m busy all day... this never happens I have been a loyal customer for years! So I have heard nothing bout wonderful things about Helen another tech in the salon!! So I gave her a shot!! I’m beyond happy and Helen is now my new nail tech!! Needless to say the whole time I was in the nail salon Julie was far from busy... folding laundry in the back!! After finishing up with the one client she was working on before I showed up!! I’m still in shock that she treated me the way she did!! I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a wonderful nail lady!! I will also be letting my friends and family that I have referred to Juile to change to Helen after what juile pulled!!

This is by far the worst salon I’ve been to. Not only was the customer service horrible, they were disrespectful and careless. In addition I had asked Hannah for an “eyebrow clean up” and she decided that meant to take half my eyebrow off. So unless you want to walk out there pissed off, with half an eyebrow I highly suggest not going here.
