Tread lightly....it has taken me 10 months to reply to the last experience that I had here. The wife is very kind patient and professional and I even got along with the husband and laughed with him at 1st but the last experience was totally shocking and hurtful. It started out with a scheduled wrong appointment which wasnt a big deal because she fit me in. Then he walked in and went very wrong from there. He belittled, yelled and humiliated me in front of other customers. I was in tears. I am a strong woman but was so shocked and a taken back by the way he was treating me in front of his customers. His wife stayed very quiet with her head down until I left and then apologized. I always tipped her almost 50% ...very well...but I told her I am sorry I will never be back. I could tell that he was a very abusive controlling person that obviously had to be right and in control no matter what the cost. He had a totally different side to him. So tread lightly to customers that come here.

I have been going to Kool Nails for over a year. Tony and Katie are a husband and wife team. The place is amazing! Tony does my nails and he is FANTASTIC he love doing nails ,and always take his time to ensure your nails are perfect!Katie is wonderful she is kind, caring, very friendly, and always try and make sure you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Kool Nails to anyone looking for a nail shop.

Tony and Katie are amazing, I have both mani and pedicures done here. They do take walk ins but appts are better as you get in and out in a timely matter. I highly recommend this salon.

Would never recommend....walked in to get an appointment with their two employees and all I got told was “we are full” mind you there was only two customers!!!! They told me to leave and come back later. From a business point of view this place has no good customer service and they need to re-evaluate how to run a nail salon. Never gonna come here again. Their trash attitude said it all didn’t even need to see their trash nail work

I absolutely adore this shop. Tony and Kate are so great and never disappoint. Tony can also do nail art so if you want to be expressive, you will leave with amazing nails.

They tore up my daughters fingers to everyone of them where bleeding. The guy kept telling at her when she would flinch because he was hurting her. Do not recommend!!

I went to Kool Nails today for a powder dip French manicure, which the salon I visited three weeks ago completely butchered. Tony, new owner of Kool Nails this past October, did a beautiful, classic, natural-looking job. I will definitely be going back to get his professional powder dip manicures.

The owners husband and wife were very friendly and talkative and by talking to the other Customer we learned that they provide excellent service.

I enjoyed my massage with pedicure definitly. But i noticed they didnt use plastic on the pedicure bowl and their tools they used were not from a fresh package as most places these days. So that concerned me a lot. I also got a fill at the same time, and they look decent. Although there was old polish left around my nail which looks bad. Especially since it was pink polish. She left glitter on my fingers also after removing my polish which isnt fun. Wont be returning, but not a horrible place.

They take appointment only by CDC . Walk in are welcome if they have room open .

Tony is great! Always takes his time and will stay late to make sure your nails look great!

My 3rd visit was not good at all. Made appointment 3 weeks ago but they didnt staff for the day. I was just a few minutes early and ended up sitting in the foot bath while everyone behind me gets served. I THOUGHT I was waiting for a specific person to finish her client. Imagine my surprise when she sat down beside me and said lunch! Time to go somewhere else...

This new salon is amazing. Fresh and clean. The staffs are super friendly. I am glad I found my go to nail salon now.

This is my new favorite nail salon to go to whenever Im in Mesa. Me and my sissy took our Mom here and this place was wonderful! They offer a full range of services that include spa pedicure packages for reflexology, sea salt scrub, callous removal and paraffin wax. I really love this place.

I called to see how much it would be to just polish my nails/toes. They quoted me a price on the phone of ~ $8.00 for the toes, and $5.00 for my nails. I asked if they could do it in about 10min, they said yes, I showed up 8min later, waited for almost 15min. She told me half way through polishing that they told me the wrong price on the phone, and that next time it would be $14.00 to just polish . The end of the service when I go to pay, she tells me its an extra $1.00 to use my debit card. She stood over me while using the card machine to type in my code, asking me if I want to leave a tip. I said no. I always give a good tip, but felt a 10minute job, for a price of $14.00 When they quoted $13, was plenty. They also didnt have it posted anywhere that theres an extra charge for using a debit card (I thought the law requires you to post that?) They also dont have any of their prices for any services posted anywhere . I give the 2 stars because the polish did look good. Will Not return.

Nails turned out HORRIBLE!!!! Never again. Do not go here. Rushed my pedicure and I could have painted better. Acrylic gel also looks like trash. Waste of money.

Complete waste of money! This place is horrible. I was looking to get my eyelashes done since I’ve never had them befor. The process was super painful and my eyeballs were burning. The girl who applied them stabbed me with scissors and now feel like I have pinkeye. The day after my procedure, I had 1 eyelash fall out, the third more cane out. My natural eyelashes are now ruined and glooped with glue. I will never return back to this place. I wish they’d refund me!!!
