I have been seeing Dr. Filatova for over two years who has provided quality care at Golden Hills Optical. She is a very knowledgeable and caring eye doctor who treats her patients with respect. I had no negative experience with her assistant, who is no longer at the office, who smiled when I smiled at her. She also was knowledgeable and helpful. Just yesterday I stopped by and Dr. Filatova was able to see me and perform necessary exams. She is professional and helpful. She sanitized and disinfected, making me feel safe during this critical time. She helped me pick out new frames from a wide assortment. She spent extra time helping me pick out the correct contact lenses to allow a cross over from personal to work environments. This type of care has been the norm over my years of association with Dr. Filatova at Golden Hills Optical. At this time, I know she is taking care of patients by appointment so call or email ahead. You will pleased with her care, her service, and her professionalism.

Both Dr. Filatova & Theresa are fantastic! I recently purchased progressive sunglasses, progressive clears, and progressive computer glasses from Golden Hills & had the best optical experience ever. Dr. Filatova is very patient & truly cares about making sure the prescription is correct. Theresa is exceptionally experienced & understands the nuances of fitting progressive lenses to short versus tall people. Ive been to probably 15 Optometrists over my life because of moves, but none has ever come close to Dr. Filatova. Shes just an awesome caregiver, and her optician is very nice, welcoming, and always there to help. Id previously been to a local optometry chain, and I just didnt like it. The optometrist at the chain was close to retirement, didnt seem to care that much, and still couldnt get my Contact Lense Rx right after 3 times. After the appointment, I had to walk through the high pressure dudes in the glasses area where they try to push all sorts of addons. The mood and general atmosphere at Dr. Filatovas office was just awesome - no high pressure, no gimmicks or up-sells - just precision and they just want to have a happy customer. Dr. Filatova fixed my Rx, fitted me correctly, and everything was great. I have some contacts there at the office waiting for me to pick up and she even took the time to call me to tell me about their summer hours so I wouldnt drive out there to find them closed if I went to pick them up on a certain day/time. . I thought that was very thoughtful and considerate of her - just going above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr. Filatova for your eye care.
