Tri City Vet hospital has been awesome. The staff here are friendly and attentive to your pets’ needs. The staff here are also patient and they express a sincere interest in animals as well as a desire to help. The Dr has a great sense of humor and makes interactions between the hospital and your pet relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend this spot to anyone. You won’t go wrong bringing your pet here for care.

I have used this veterinary hospital for the past 25 years bringing multiple dogs to them and have always had a good experience. The staff and the veterinarians are friendly, knowledgeable, and user friendly!! I have always felt that they listened to my concerns and were wonderful to my fur babies. Through the happy times of pet ownership as well has the hard times, they are very supportive and professional.

These guys truly care about your animal. Theyre not trying to upsale you on certain types of medication like a lot of vets are. Cost me $26 to get my puppy his first shots and I got a care package thats worth at least that. Dr Houston was very professional and straight forward. I had questions about cropping the ears and she told me that its not recommend and somewhat frowned upon in the veterinarian community. She explained that it purely aesthetic and there was no reason to do it. I appreciate her honesty and her stance on the matter. It made me rethink if its really necessary. Especially if it hurts the dog in any way. I appreciate the staff and the veterinarian they were great I would recommend this place to anybody and thats not easy to say about any other veterinary clinic. Theyre not all like this. It can actually be hard to find a good one.

Such a great group of people! They make everything so easy and worry free. I didn’t even notice the Doctor give my dog his vaccinations all of a sudden we were just done. It was a great experience.!

Dr. Cromer is amazing! All the staff made me feel so welcomed right away, and made me feel like they’re are Vet techs and Doctors that I can trust with my kitty! Prices are reasonable in my opinion as a young women with my own finances. Definitely will be returning!

Tri City East promptly scheduled my pets vaccination regimine and spaying surgery. They are friendly and helpful, and have a very knowledgeable and professional staff. Their laser surgery for spaying allows for faster recovery. I definitely recommend them as a good local choice for your pet and their healthcare needs.

We had a really great experience at Tri City East Veterinary. We were able to make an appointment to take our puppy for his shots within a few days. He was treated well. He loved meeting the staff.

We started taking our pets to Dr. Cromer and Tri-City East when we moved here almost 26 years ago, and would never go anywhere else! In that time we have been through new kitties, new puppies, sicknesses, surgeries, end-of-life decisions, and everything in between. We have always found compassion, professionalism, and quality care for our animals (currently 3 cats and 3 Golden Retrievers). One time recently, we were boarding an older dog who is having mobility issues there at Tri-City, and one of the OTHER doctors who doesnt normally see our pets, took the time to call me with a personal care recommendation that had worked for him with one of his own pets! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

I can’t not express how disappointed I am in the way I was treated yesterday when I tried to make an appointment. I have been a customer fir over 25 years with Dr Cromer. I got a new puppy who is 8 weeks old and she has had diarrhea and vomiting. I was not even asked what I needed to be seen for just told they didn’t have any openings for 2 weeks. I am now looking for a new veterinarian. So disappointed.

My first time going my dog was taken care of ,they were very professional and very nice employees. Doctor was so nice and made sure my princess was all good and my dog felt very comfortable

I was searching for an vet who could use use knowledge experience as well as cutting edge technology to diagnose my Cutie’s odd cough. Ruling everything else out he said given the Season of the year, Cutie had allergies. He gave her an allergy shot and the cough stopped.I feel he really cares about his patients.The staff is awesome too. The Spa gives a lovely beveled pedicure that leaves the nails smooth.I have recommended Tricity East Vet Hospital and Dr. Cromer to all my friends.

We have been going to TriCity East Vet Hospital for the last 15+ years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr Snyder has been the Dr for all of my dos. My dogs love him and I feel like he is always acting in the best interest of my pet...not just about making$$$. He trykt cares about your pet and so does the staff. The manager, Monika is extremely accommodating in getting your pet in for any emergencies. She has her pulse on what is going on in the office. When I have called to check on my dog after staying overnight, she is able to provide a complete update and will call back with any further updates. She is awesome! If you want a vet that cares about your pet, Tri City East Vet Hospital and Dr Snyder are the best in the east valley!

I called to have my blue healer checked for a growth and got in in 3 days. Dr Snyder was very good explaining everything and Nick was so good with our dog and explaining the options and estimates.

Dr. Cromer is a great doctor, seeing we havent lost a pet since switching to Tri-City Veterinary, much better than the last place. But, their customer service needs help. I called this morning at 7:30 reached after hours answering service. Called 8:20 was on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. Called at 12:40, received after hours answering service yet again. Drove to the hospital, and called while in the parking lot (the new waiting room) phone rang 8 times before someone answered as calm as can be, just to inform us that the request to re-fill a prescription was on Dr. Cromer desk and he wont return until Monday (Would have been nice to know that yesterday). I asked if another Doctor can refill it or should we not worry, seeing its just a cats eye. She said she would asked the other doctor and they would give us a call and hung up. Nice. Again, great doctor and I mean, real real good. So if you are a receptionist looking for work, check out Tri-City they need good people.

Was looking for a new vet and by luck drove by here and decided to call and schedule an appt. Saturday (4-25) was initial visit for both dogs and went great. Met Dr. Cromer afterwards as he went over his initial diagnosis. Right from the start I had a good feeling about him, his approach to care, his handling of my dogs. He also informed me that he could actually neuter Max, where others said they couldnt because of his heart murmur, but he assured me he could with no problem. Today (4-28) Max was neutered and he also took care of his enlarged prostate with no issues at all. Thank you Dr. Cromer and staff for finally getting this done for us. I highly recommend Tri City Vet if you are looking for a friendly, professional, caring staff and doctor for all your pet needs!

Woke up today thinking my dog had ring worm. I called and the vet offered to squeeze me in even though they were completely booked! He took such great care of my Bailey girl (thankfully not ringworm but a hot spot from bad allergies)! His prices were decent and my girl didn’t come running up to me after her visit! Instead wanted to stay with them! That is definitely not like her so I could tell she was treated like a princess! They took the time to explain everything and ensured I was comfortable with everything! You could tell they truly love animals. Not to mention gave me a first time visit discount! Will definitely be going here from now on.

I had my kitty neutered today. I cant say enough good things about the treatment. The doctor is truly concerned about your pet. Very satisfied. I would recommend them highly.

They say first impressions will make or break you. Well, that is very true especially in business. I called today because I had a sick dog. After explaining what was wrong and that I was new to the area, the lady that answered the phone simply said Well, we dont have any appts available until Feb 2nd. No compassion, very cold. When I asked her if she could refer me to another vet, she just started spewing out a phone number as if I were wasting her time. I asked her the name of the vet, she gave it to me, I thanked her and she just hung up. If this is any indication of how my dog was going to be treated, rest assured she will never go there.

Took my dogs in . My lab was having hip problem. End up spending 800 plus. Not even month later. My dog got to where he couldnt walk. So I called to have them to put in to sleep. I have to wait 5 days. For this. The hardest decision I had to make. Will never go back there again. Went to signal butte animal hospital instead.They were awesome. Helped us so much with our grief.

Ive been a long time customer of Dr. Cromers. I was treated very rudely and when I asked to speak with the Dr I was told I would need to speak with a manager after being put on hold the female came back on the line and said that management would get back to me. She refused to tell me her name and talked over me then hung up. Upon calling back a different female named Andrea answered and wouldnt give the managers name either. She refused to tell me who else was working the front desk inorder to protect the other receptionist and proceeded to hang up as well. I want Dr. Cromer to please call me back as this seems to be the only way for me to make contact with anyone.

Very upset with them.I would have been a new customer but they wouldnt let me go in with baby .so I didnt go. Its like handing your baby over to a stranger I dont know who they are I wanted you to go back and go stay with the dog and they wouldnt let me so I just cancelled my appointment

They are wonderful and caring. I cant say that about our last two vets. They took the time to explain everything and have a plan in place going forward. No one has ever done that. There prices are reasonable. I have a new vet and he and his wife are just amazing with animals!

We Love Tri-City. We have a 6 year old VERY high maintenance English Bulldog named Frankenstein Frankie we do everything we can to make our boy happy and healthy.We would not be able to do that without the care and knowledge we get From Dr. Cromer and Dr. Snyder.They see Frank often and We appreciate their straight forward approach and trust their recommendations.We have never left an appointment feeling as if we missed anything or had any unanswered questions.If you want the best care for your pets then I would recommend either of them as weve had nothing but a great experience with everyone that works in this office.Frank doesnt seem to mind the cookies and love from them either =] he leaves just as happy as he comes in.

I am missing a dearly beloved puppy. I called this vet to see if there was a possibility my dog ended up in his office. Rather than helping me, he chewed me out because the dog isn’t neutered. We couldn’t afford to get him neutered because we spent $3000 in vet bills trying to keep him alive because he had Parvo. I needed help, not what I got. I am beside myself looking for this dog. I could not afford to have him neutered and there is nothing I can do about that now. Please just take your dog somewhere else. This vet is nasty and mean and left me in tears when I have been already crying myself to sleep.

If you want amazing care for your pet thats reasonably priced this place rocks! Ive been bringing my pets to see Dr. Kromer for years and I tell everyone I know to go there. The staff is super friendly, fast and caring. They run specials on care and services and are willing to try to work with your budget to make sure that your pet still gets the care it needs if you ever fell on hard times. They actually care about the animals. No better place to trust to care for your pets because pets are members of the family too.

Great staff and care at this Hospital. The Vets were all very caring and made me feel comfortable there. I always question their prices which in the last 10 plus years have skyrocketed. Thats pretty much at any Veterinary now. I think as time goes on, more animals will suffer or people will just stop having pets. Its getting way to expensive to own on anymore. Unless you dont care what shape your pet is in or dont care that it might be suffering. Some prices of the service have gotten ridiculous. Canada and the US.

We first started going here 15 years ago when they offered a free wellness check for a puppy we adopted from the pound. We’ve been their customer ever since and wholeheartedly recommend. Always great service and great care for our animals.

If I could rate Tri-City Animal Hospital a big FAT ZERO I would!!! I called PRIOR to coming in to ask about teeth cleaning for a dog and if they accept payments. I was asked to come in for a free consultation, well my “free” consultation almost turned in to a $1300 bill! The doctor preys on people that love their animals! The doctor was very pushy and was trying to hurry and get an appointment set up before I even agreed to anything or having an estimate!!! Then, when I asked if they take payments, the doctor referred me to apply for a credit card for it with 25% interest rate! The staff, I feel were very nice and honest BUT, the doctor is a CROOK!!! Just preying on people that love their animals! I feel sorry for people that are fooled by this doctor and feel sorry for the poor animals that have unnecessary treatments or procedures due to this doctors greed!!!!!

Called to inquire about cost of vet exam which was almost double what other vet clinics had quoted. I said okay thank you that is expensive and the reception just hung up on me. Not very good customer service. Plenty of other clinics around

First and foremost I’d like to acknowledge that the staff were courteous and friendly but, ... The vet himself is an arrogant and inconsiderate human being. Went in to ask a few questions and almost ended up getting swindled out of over $1000. I got a second and third opinion elsewhere and both Vets made me aware that Tri City East is infamous for false diagnosis and jacking up prices. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY. Seek help somewhere else.

This is the only vet ive ever been where it literally feels like i can call and ask questions like its my family! They arent a vet clinic, they are literally family with all the pets that they see, they always remember our dog, and even the dog that past away which could be hard since they dont talk back, they know our animals and it really shows
